The hotel was clean and average. The continental breakfast didn't have as much as most other Comfort Inns, but it was ok.

The hotel was neat and clean. It kind of had an old feeling and it felt a lil crabby like it needed to be dusted. The hot breakfast was horrible! Overall I think its worth the price, the workers are NOT very friendly they act as if you arent even there. The pillows are wonderful to lay on! also the bathrooms were very clean!

Booked this hotel for 6 teams working in the area. The staff bent over backwards to get my guys in even though they were very busy. Amazing staff and management. Guys were Impressed esp for the money! Will use this hotel when ever in the area!!!

The hotel was perfect for the rating it got up to the last day. I woke to find a letter under my door stating the hot water heater was done and they would try and get it fixed. The letter ended in "sorry for the inconvenience. I know that there isn't much you can do in the middle of the night to get replacment parts to a water heater, but this was a […] huge inconvenience not to mention it was a cold morning. The hotel staff were very helpful. I was not from the area and the man at the front desk got me mapquest directions to several locations.

I booked for 3 nights with a good advanced booking discount. The non smoking room assigned to me was in good condition, no smoke, queen size beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard. I am pleased with the price and the quality.

Be cautious about this place. My Mom and I stayed 2 nights in separate, adjoining rooms rooms in very late July. Easily accessed location from highway. Place is quiet and beds comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly but this place is VERY basic. Vending only on ground floor (our rooms were on 2). Bath water in my mom's room was silty, and […] warm, but not HOT. We reported to staff who could not fix. Coffee and ammenities not replenished until requested, in either room. Tissue supply out upon arrivel (e. g. room not really ready for new guest). My room was not vaccuumed well ~ I accidentally dropped some chips, and crumbs remained the next day.... I have extreme reservations about staying again; I would only if I had no other option. Mehr

Everything I want in a hotel is available at the Comfort inn in Brooklyn Center. Affordable, clean, friendly, safe....all in one place. We will always stay there when in the Twin Cities.

Comfy beds but basic place. The breakfast continental was okay and the staff was friendly. Very nice basic accommodations.

If your going to have good time this is not the hotel for you !!!

Temperature outside 90+degrees. No ice available for guests. Had to drive about 1/2 mile to a discount store to get ice for myself. Guest book in room said to ask for pizza coupons at reception desk. Coupons not available. Had a smoking room, but was still very smelly.

Pretty much amazing comfortable rooms, great online access only thing was if you want to go swimming you had to get a pool pass to the health center instead of right in the hotel. But overall awesome place to stay.

There were 2 beds in the room, the one beds sheets and blankets were not clean. There were pubic hairs and stains and other junk in the bed that had not been cleaned.

Very reasonably priced and comfortable. A place to sleep at.

I stayed for 10 days. The front desk staff was friendly and worked hard to make sure my stay was pleasant. The housekeeping staff, while cleaning my room, discarded a bunch of stuff that should not have been discarded (unopened food items mostly). Consequently, I did not request maid service very often during my stay.

This hotel offered the best price for type of quality room you get compared to other hotels. It was clean, staff were quite friendly, and the hotel itself felt "safe." They offer a continental breakfast with juice, tea, coffee, muffins, cereal, and waffles. No hot food except for the gravy & biscuits. There is a small work out room and a large hot tub. […] Someone had "turned off the switch" the night before, so it was cool the day we had wanted to try it out. For a hotel that was budget friendly for an overnight stay this was fine. We did have a problem with the room we were initially given as the heater did not work. Once we called the front desk, they switched us to another room and everything was fine then. The elevator make noise like it may need some maintenance done. It was ghetto! The room was nasty they need 2 learn how 2 clean!

I felt very safe and comfortable in my room. I was staying by myself. There was construction on the other side of the street and I did not hear any of it. Great Price for Room. The Hotel personnel were very friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We needed a place to stay because we needed to be at a conference at 8a.m the next day. This was perfect for our needs.

I was attending a conference with another colleague this past weekend. My first concern was that the hotel clerk would not say our room number out loud "for safety reasons." Then when I saw some of the other customers I understood. There were a number of shady people around the hotel. Our room was fine, and the breakfast was good, but I was a little […] nerve racked by some of the people staying there. One in particular who was clearly very drunk and checking my friend and I up and down. Maybe it was just an unlucky weekend to pick. There was at least one staff member who was a tad rude. Mehr

Great for the price! Breakfast was very good, wide variety of things to choose from. I would go back again when in the area.
