Front desk reception made me feel very welcomed. Decor is comfortable, classy and cozy. Complimentary late night snack is a nice gesture for late sleepers. Very relaxing, good place to unwind after busy tax-free shopping trip in Portland. Good food at Beach Cafe. Short drive to Bellevue.

The hotel and room was excellent! The check-in/check-out was fast and the staff was extremely courteous, patient and helpful with all my questions. The positives: the place was clean, grand and located right on the water. In addition, they have a late night snack bar with hot food! The negatives: Their gym isn't 24 hours, they don't have a pool, they […] charge for parking and the surrounding neighborhood is residential with not much to do unless you go to downtown Kirkland. We needed a place to stay for one night. The Woodmark Hotel at Carillon Point offered a relaxing, beautiful and comfortable environment. I particularly enjoyed that there is a lot of arts and crafts on display around the hotel lounges. We had fun looking at the model ships and other art works. If I ever go back to this area, I will DEFINETLY stay at the Woodmark. The staff was outstanding, the hotel is very clean and the room was excellent! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Had gone for hospital appointment-was located in a great place near everything we needed!

Awesome Raid the Pantry was great,

I loved this place and can't wait to go back. So nice and quiet and private. My only complaint was the pillows. They were not soft or feather.

Hotel has so many little extras that I was overwhelmed! We were offered champagne on arrival and greeted very warmly. Room was beautiful and loved the body care products in full size. Martini bar was so smart! I could go on and on with all the small touches. Excellent food at Beach Bar.

I find when I purchase through hotel discount sites that the hotel usually puts you in the less attractive rooms (either decor or location). The overall condition of the hotel was fantastic, everything was in place, but the location of this room was on the ground floor, in the back, right next to the main HVAC systems. It sounded like I had a large […] diesel truck idling right next to me all night. I did complain to the morning manager, but he shrugged it off and mumbled that he would have it checked. Mehr

My only regret was that I did not find this hotel sooner! I've had at least a dozen trips to Seattle but my trips up there are coming to an end. Woody, the hotel dog, is a local celebrity and a real cutie. The staff is great and the rooms are fantastic. The hotel itself was kind of cold but it was unusually cold in Seattel the week I was there during […] a major snow storm. The only downside is that you have to walk across the parking garage to get to the fitness room and it was freezing cold. Not good after a workout. This place is not only beautiful (located on Lake Washington) but extemely well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly and they literally attended to every detail. And when you check in, you are greated by Woody, the hotel Golden Doodle! ...to stay. I was in Seattle for business and only had one night @ the Woodmark, but it was spectacular. When greeted at the front entrance by Woody, I was instantly happy. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff and the waiter who refused to serve me my clam chowder until the new batch was "just right". I was ill-impressed with this hotel for this past New Years. Parking was considerably annoying causing me to have to get out of my car to go inside and ask as there was no valet during the early evening. Check-in was smooth with little to no hiccups and we were up and in our room within three minutes. I spent a considerable amount of money on this […] room and frankly, it was a huge disappointment. The bed was terrible, we could hear everyone in the rooms next to us banging away and there were far too many Adult channels available that it made it impossible for us to choose. No thanks. Mehr

This was our second visit this year; We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family. We were warmly welcomed by staff and resident Labradoodle, Woody. The hotel is in a lovely location on Lake Washington within walking distance of downtown Kirkland; the real star of the show is the staff who are extremely warm and helpful. There are two comfy fireplace […] seating areas, a good place to sit with a book and a glass of wine. After a very long flight from the east coast, the massage I had at the resident spa was fantastic. Highly recommended. Mehr

Our stay was outstanding, service wonderful, and the room was great. We had a complimentary upgrade....but with a king bed and pull out couch. Not too comfortable since there were 4 adults in our party. Had to request bedding for the couch at midnight. Other than that was a fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. We went for a romantic WE on Lake Washington. Unfortunately I got some sort of stomach bug and spent most of the time in the BR. We will return.

i was extremely pleased to find that the hotel was exactly as advertised - service was outstanding as was the room. I visit the Seattle often and would definitely book this hotel again.

I was quite surprised by this hotel by the lake. It is a bit out of the way. But, you can still get to Bellevue in less than 10 minutes. Very clean and comfortable hotel with good restaurant choices in the complex. Starbucks across the street. The views of the lake are really nice.

Food, service , staff, and attentive staff all top notch. Reservation error- not thier's- handled quicklyand courtiously. a great escape/ relaxation / fun spot.

Just stayed at the Woodmark over the Sept 25th weekend. Great place with nice attention to detail. The surroudning area is very nice and quite posh, about a 20 minute walk to downtown Kirkland. Lots of good eateries and shopping, and you're less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Seattle. Beautiful view of the lake, nicely appointed rooms, and very dog […] friendly. Will definatley stay again next time I'm in Seattle. Mehr

Everything was perfect, however, I received a 5:00am wake up call that I didn't ask for. This left me wondering who was going to wake up late and be angry that they would miss an appointment. I also had room service knock on my door and wake me up at 2:00am giving me towels that I didn't ask for, again leaving me wondering who else was going to be annoyed […] while waiting for towels. It was either a practical joke or someone at the front desk has a serious case of Dyslexia. Mehr

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. It's exclusive, quiet, beautiful, and the staff is fabulous. I never want to stay anywhere else. Woodmark made my vacation a dream getaway. They pay attention to details here - and it shows. Now if only I had enough money to live here - yeah it's THAT good.

The view of beautiful lake washington was just lovely. There is a small park right beside this hotel. You can go for kayaking, fishing, swimming in the lake or go for a nice walk. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is very beautiful and so is the area. Though we went with kids,the place is more for adults, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly,and they have a cute lobby dog which my son loved. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our room was very comfortable and the service was good. We were surprised to find, however, that our room overlooked the terrace where weddings were held both nights that we stayed. The music from these weddings kept up until 11:15 one night and 12:15 the next night, sometimes loud enough to shake a light fixture in our room. This was a wonderful staycation for our family because the service at the Woodmark was excellent! We also loved the "raid the pantry" fun, although my children could barely stay awake for the event....but they enjoyed it!

The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful, as we forgot our laptop charger, I called few days later and item was still there. It was a quiet hotel and nice view. Room was clean and tidy. And nice for wedding receptions. We came with 2 children and they loved to see Woody. Only disadvantage was having no pool or hot tub facility. We only went to the […] closer beach park and small rocks rather than sand on the small beach area. The yacht club was just few docks packed with boats and not a club house with facilities. Valet staffs were nice but found a small spot tripped on my Mercedes-Benz 's bumper when we checked out the other day. Don't know if it was the staff careless or someone back into my car at the parking lot. Mehr

Hotel is in a lovely lakeside location. The hotel restaurants are over rated. The room was pleasant and spacious, but the pillows were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. They should provide standard pillows to sleep on, for a comfortable night's sleep.

If you want feel relax and release stress from daily life, you must go this hotel. The view from the room is awesome and pretty clean room and comfortable. When I ask any information to hotel staffs, they kindly answered everything as they can. I will def stay there again and recommend this hotel to my friends!

Booked 3 nights for 3 people. Son wasn't too thrilled to find out he would be in a trundle for three nights. Apparently our room with two beds had been given to other guests. At least they didn't charge us. That was the only con. Great location. Great walk into town, 1.5 miles. Very short ride into downtown Seattle. Bellevue very close by if you want […] to catch a movie. Raid the pantry is a must at 11pm. Don't be late the good stuff goes quick. Partial view was still a great view. I suppose if I wanted to knit pick...a few of the tiles in the bathroom could use a good scrub. Free kayak use! Don't pass this one up. 3+ Mehr

Our room was great, loved the bathroom. The toiletries provided were wonderful. We loved having easy access to lemon/lime flavored water in the library and coffee each money in the elevator area on the main floor. The view out our window of Lake Washington was beautiful, as were the lawns and outdoor seating areas. We stayed here for a week in advance of a family wedding. The setting is gorgeous and downtown Kirkland is just a short 1 mile lakefront walk away. The front desk staff could not have been any more accommodating, always greeting us by name and meeting every request with a smile. There are several small restaurants on site, along with the resident labradoodle, […] "Woody". Fireplaces around the property were always lit and there were many comfy seating areas, inside and out. The room and view were great..just what you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. When I was looking at the hotels online (prior to my stay)..I was wondering if this property would be a bit "musty"...it was not at all. The room was very upscale, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Loved the size of the hotel, location, ambiance, views of the lake, restaurant, and all the wonderful hotel staff. I really cannot find anything wrong with the Woodmark!

The Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland, Washington does not only feature the most beautiful and calming view, but also an amazing experience being a guest at the hotel. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and even though we experienced difficulties with the reservation of our room, the staff was unbelievably amazing. They worked very hard and bent over […] backwards to make our stay wonderful. The rooms are amazingly clean, something I find in most hotels is lacking, even at a more expensive level. We appreciated the small bottle of champagne and chocolate sent to our room to celebrate our occasion. This hotel has the best staff I have ever had the pleasure being served by in all my travels and I would highly recommend staying there. The only small disappointment was the food at the Beach Cafe, but it may have been an off-night for the chef! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Mehr

What a marvelous place to relax! and the greeter at the door "Woody" the little dog was an added benefit, more hotels should do the same. The room was beautiful with a view of the lake, very relaxing.

Free newspaper in the morning, glass of champagne when you arrive, bottled water brought to our room, & an amazing location right on the waterfront! We loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Starting with a very welcoming reception, every aspect of my visit exceeded all my expectations. I intend to return to this hotel on future visits to the Seattle area.
