We stayed here the night before our trip down the Blue Ridge Pkwy. It was pet friendly, the rates were reasonable, and the room was clean and smelled good. Linens were clean. No bedbugs or any other creepy stuff. It's barebones, but perfect for at least one night with a small fridge and microwave. I was not satisfied with the hotel at all. It took three trips to the front desk to get a key that opened my door. The front deskman was not helpful and didn't seem to care about my stay. Once inside, the room was extremely dirty. The carpets had not been vacuumed, the pillows and pillow cases were stained significantly, and the shower curtain was completely […] ripped in half.
