Room was clean, but very worn. Needs updating. The towels were in poor condition and stained. But it was very quiet and got a good night's sleep. The staff was very helpful and great attitudes. Good rate.

We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff friendly and the beds very comfortable. It was a little noisy with traffic in the hallway and from the floor above but nothing that kept us awake.. If we are ever return to that area we would definitely stay there again.

Door to bathroom wouldn't shut all the way, shower curtain rod installed incorrectly so the shower curtain wouldn't stay shut and the bathroom floor got covered in water, unimpressive continental breakfast with only one woman working it and the hotel was packed with a spring break crowd. Hotel definately not worth the price we paid to stay there.

We stayed at the Ramada Inn for one night on the way down to Florida. It was a great place to stay. It was right off the expressway and the guy at the desk was extremely nice. The rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean, but overpriced. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice. The pool is clean but small.
I was very pleased with this room, it was really clean and spacious, would recommend and stay in this hotel at any time.

"Great Staff - Overnight only"
We arrived later in eving to this hotel. The location was easy to find and staff was very courteous and friendly. The lobby was well kept and the ajoining indoor pool is very inviting. The trouble began at the room. We were placed on the very last room of the longer wing, facing the lake. Nice but room smelled of cigarette smoke and had old towels in […] bathroom. As this was last room and it was late we stayed. Overnight the temp dropped and hed to turn on heater. This unit was quite noisey and temp control did not work so was all or nothing. The dining room has excellent home style cooking which we enjoyed and the staff were very kid friendly. Food was great. Only complaint overall was that upkeep to the rooms and some other areas of hotel, (dining roof was cracked, water stained, old tapestry type wallpaper) This place could be a great stop for family and friends if some updates to interior and visitr who smoked paid for cleaning costs. "Nasty"
The staff were very polite. Allowed me to check in a day early. However room was horrible. Stunk, nasty, my daughter got bitten by bedbugs. My baby wouldnt sleep at all there. neither could i.

"Elizabethtown Ramada - Excellent Choice"
The staff and rooms are excellent, good central location to everything in area. This is my second stay in less than 6 months. Plenty of places right by hotel to dine. Easy access to interstate or downtown areas.

Great location...very easy to find. Only minutes from the highway. Close to everything. You even get 10% off all surrounding restaurants! Room was clean and service was excellent! Beds were very comfortable even tho I saw other reviews that said otherwise. I would definitely stay here again!
The Ramada at Elizabethtown was remarkably clean inside and out. We were pleased with the bathroom cleanliness, but overall it was surprisingly clean. I had some regretable experiences in the past with the Ramada brand years ago. they were in trhe hotel circle and accessability to the area was very good. The staff provided a great map to get around […] the area, which is something more destiantion areas should have. We choose this hotel for price, location and the indoor pool. I was pleasantly surprised and everything was very nice for our stay.
We arrived very late in the evening and the front desk person was very happy and very attentive. She even called a few minutes after I arrived in the room to make sure everything was to my liking.

My wife & I plus my daughter's family of four booked two rooms the morning of our overnight stay on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The rates thru Hotel.com were comparable to motels one knotch lower in quality. We got in 8 pm, yet our rooms were on the ground floor and adjacent to each other. The desk clerk went our of her way to be helpful and recommended […] two places for dinner giving us discount coupons for each place. Food was great and we were treated well by the restaurant staff. Morning breakfast at the motel was great and included biscuits w/ sausage gravy in addition to the normal continental breakfast stuff. This is the second time we've stopped at this motel on a trip from Memphis & Detroit. Each time has been a good experience. There are at least 5 other motels at this exit so competiton is high. "Tidy hotel near Bardstown & Lincoln Birthplace"
Hotel was tidy & well-kept, courteous staff. Offered a daily full breakfast. Is a 20 min highway drive to Bardstown (Bourbon Country), and is also close to Lincoln Birthplace National Park. Elizabethtown has many amenities & businesses if needed while traveling. A good place to stay.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and informative; rooms were basic but clean; beds were comfortable. We stayed there only one night, so for our purposes, it was priced right.

Advantages: Excellent location. Many excellent dining choices nearby. Super clean rooms. The breakfast bar has foods that work for all!! Disadvantages: This is a dry county. Third floor hallway has a strong smoking odor even though our room was no smoking. Ice machine was out of order on third floor. "Cigaret Smoke throughout 3rd Floor"
We had reserved a nonsmoking room, but when we arrived we noticed a strong residue of cigarette smoke in our room. Shortly after that, we also realized that the entire 3rd floor was infected with cigaret smoke. When I informed the hotel staff, I was told that our room is indeed nonsmoking; however, there are two smoking rooms at the end of the hallway. […] Although the staff member apologized, he did not offer to move us, nor was it clear whether there were any part of the hotel with better ventilation. So we had an unpleasant experience overall. Our hotel was very convenient in location and we were able to walk to many varied restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast although rather encompassing was rather boring after a week's stay. The only negative was that the pool heater went out half way through our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were clean. The staff friendly and helpful. You can walk to several restaurants but not much to do there. My only complaint was that I thought the bed was not that comfortable, but my husband thought it was fine, so maybe just me. I would recommend this hotel.
