Wunderschöne Anlage etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum von Palm Springs. Schöne Wohnungen mit Küche , Waschmaschine , Trockner , Grill auf dem Balkon . Eigene Garage mit 2 Fahrrädern inklusiv. Aufenthalt war einfach zu kurz.

Die Santa Rosa Mountains bilden die dramatische Kulisse für das Indian Wells Golf Resort, das über zwei Meisterschaftsplätze verfügt. "Ideally located"
We have stayed here before and found the hotel ideally located. However, this time we were disappointed that the robes that were provided were frayed and needed to be replaced. The air conditioner would only work if the temperature was turned down to 65. Nothing major, but annoying and unnecessary for a five star hotel. "Beautiful property"
We stayed in room 6118 and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. The pool was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Its a resort, so you have to expect all the fees. 25 for valet parking, resort fees etc, but we expected that. Overall the room was large, comfortable, and clean. The spa was very nice and private. "Beautiful Family Friendly Resort"
It was a lovely time for me and my family! The aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful. We ate at Cava which is poolside and quickly felt the vacation sinking in. I loved that the pool was only about 3 feet deep because my 4 and 5 year old were able to play for hours while my husband and I watched from the luxury of our lounge chairs. Excellent service and the friendliest staff by far. Best dinner ever at the Sirocco. Beautiful location for biking, walking and relaxing. Only complaint was that the beds were a bit lumpy and things a bit dusty. So a bit more elbow grease and new beds would make this a place an A+.

Everything was great until the last day when we checked out and there was an additional 25.00 charge for each day we stayed at the hotel. This additional charge was a "Resort Charge" that is over and above the amount charged when I booked the hotel. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa was a great place to relax... We have 2 kids - ages 7 and 10 - and the pools were great. They have an infant pool as well. "Nice getaway"
The surrounding city was immaculate, not a blade of grass out of place. Wasn't thrilled about the >25% "tax" the resort charged in addition to the resort fee which they did not itemize so I did not understand what it was for exactly, it was a little confusing upon check in to find the elevators to the guest rooms, and we had a fun adventure of getting […] stuck in the elevator for maybe 10 minutes but were rescued quickly. We were in town for a fundraising event for company sponsered event but found some time to enjoy the pool as well. Fire pits on site were a nice touch. "They dropped my clubs hard onto the parking lot."
We liked our room and the staff was always kind. The bellman allowed my Taylor-Made GBG golf clubs to crash to the ground while taking us to the Players Course. Major bummer the abused my babies that morning. Leave your clubs at the course when you arrive, that way you won't have to worry about them being abused and you being late to the tee box since […] they claimed they could get us to the course on time; but we were delayed getting the clubs in the morning. we gave 30 minutes to get to the course it took over 50 minutes all in all. Expected more prompt service. We had all of our meals at the resort and the food was tasty. The course was well kept and had a fun round. Great greens. The bed was very comfy and the room had a great pool view. The bar downstairs was on until well after 1:00 am. They closed off the pool bar on the day we left and there was little advanced warning. When we went to relax on the balcony, I was injured by a broken chair. They brought up new chairs but nobody asked me about it at checkout. We might return if some super special deal is offered buy next time we will try a different resort for comparison. Mehr

GREAT HOTEL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY BRING A CHILDREN'S CUP WITH LID AT DINNER. NICE BEACH/SAND AREA AT POOL. YOU WONT FIND A NICER STAFF. KATE AT THE CONCIERGE TOLD US ABOUT A GREEK FESTIVAL IN TOWN, WHERE WE HAD A GREAT LUNCH. GREAT VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS FROM ALL OVER RESORT. THE FLOWERS AND LANDSCAPING ARE FANTASTIC.

Things were ok until I checked out and found that I had left my cell phone charging unit behind. I called the hotel on two occations and spoke to your staff as to weather they had retrieved my charger and both people said they would check for my missing charger and call me back but on both occations no one called after they said they would. The resort and location is really nice. We enjoyed the resort and the hotel bar and lounge area is beautiful! Most of the hotel is maintained wonderfully but the carpet in the hallways and room could use a "refresh". I was glad to watch the children playing in the heated pool even in the winter. For someone who loves golf, it's a place to discover. If you are more for a body and mind relaxation, there is a spa right for you.

"Mostly wonderful staff"
We had a wonderful stay despite the fact that there was a beauty pageant going on which created a lot of noise at the bar. Our initial room had a family 2 doors down with unsupervised children running up and down the hall. When I requested a room change, the clerk was rude but accommodated us to a much quieter room. Beds are pretty comfortable but the […] real plus was the rest of the staff- with the exception of the rude clerk everyone was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and courteous. "My family and I love this hotel"
Everytime we have a chance to "scape" from LA we go to the Esmeralda. Service is excellent. It is a family oriented hotel. The kids have a great time. They have activities for kids at the sand-pool area and movies every night. Food is a little bit overpriced.. I recommend the breakfast at the hotel..but for other meals try any of the several options […] around. Mehr

This is a VERY nice hotel, the surroundings are very well kept and everyone was attentive, courteous and an asset to your establishment. The Cava Restaurant was far better than many hotel cafes. "Half unhappy & Half happy"
When my husband and I checked into our room OMG it smelled food was all over the floor bed was nasty room service food was still sitting their. The room was never cleaned from the last people who checked out. I felt dirty and upset I didn't want to hear excuses from Danielle at the front desk I wanted a solution and an apologue period. We were given […] another room and did not have to pay the room upgrade fee. After all this our stay was pretty nice the Italian restaurant in the hotel was outstanding in every way. The service by the pool good luck trying to find a waiter to help you, but if you go up to the bar to get your own drink you will be greeted with a smile and friendly ness. The Cava restaurant the food was ok service slow so don't go in hungry or thirsty my husband got up to get his own water. I would maybe go back, but not any time soon. Mehr

I've stayed at the resort five times over the last 15 years and this visit was unpleasant due to the guests and number of families with unsupervised children. Hotel security was peculiarly absent and not addressing disorderly children running amok in the hallways and elevators, guests with coolers of booze and radios at the pool.

The Renaissance - a great place to leave your stress behind and lose yourself in comfort. The room was spacious with a great view and the poolside service was wonderful! A few minor kinks during our stay that were handled expeditiously and professionally. After looking si many different hotels online we picked this one for no particular reason. For our surprise the hotel was everything we expected and more. Staff super friendly and helpful, kids enjoyed a Loy and rooms were just the right size and very comfortable. We are sure to come back and recommend.

We absolutly LOVED this resort and will return in the future for our family getaways! From the moment we pulled up to the hotel to the moment we drove away we had nothing but great, friendly service! Everyone was very helpful especially when our 21 month old son decided to throw his new shoes off the 5th floor into the water, staff went above and beyond […] and took the boat out and recovered them for us!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time we stayed in Palm Springs area and it was a great experience except the hotel situation with the kids coming out of every hole there was. I like kids, but so many of them in the same place it is a little bit overwhelming and it gets very noisy. The place was not maintained very clean either. I've seen stains on the couches located […] in the patio and the pool area is a little bit neglected. Inside the hotel things are pretty well kept and staff is nice and helpful. It took us a little bit to find our room. We stayed in 7044 and it's not identified on the hallway's signage. We had to guess where to go. The room was nice. Overall experience inside the resort is that of a cruise ship. Outside the resort, the neighborhood was great. Good restaurants and great shopping area. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have kids. On the other hand, if you would like your kids to make a lot of friends this might be a good place for you. It is a family friendly place. Mehr

This is a beautiful resort, but be sure to ask if there are any sponsored events going on. We arrived to find a party in the atrium. The sound resonated up through the seven floors until 10:00.
