The Hotel was nicely maintained and close to the shoppes. My kids thought the free snacks and breakfast were great.

My daughter-in-law and my grandson and I stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. They made us feel very welcome right from the start to the end. I am planning another trip back already with my husband and a few friends.

This very fine hotel is within walking distance of most Frankenmuth attractions and shops, and very close to Birch Run. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and our very comfortable room. Especially impressive was the Happy Hour selection of drinks and food...no need to go out for dinner! There was also a good selection […] available for the breakfast buffet. Had a wonderful time with my kids! Car windshield broke on the way and it didn't matter because everything was within walking distance. The staff even helped me find a reputable glass company to fix the window so it did not slow us down a bit!

We were very comfortable in our room. My children were a little upset the pool wasn't bigger, but it didn't bother me. Close enough to everything so site seeing was pleasant.

Check-in was not until 4:00 PM, but we arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk even called us shortly after we checked in to make sure the room was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything. The hotel offers what they call a "5:30 Kick-back", where guests […] are given a card for 3 free alcoholic drinks, and dinner is offered at no extra charge. They also offer a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and other various things. The location would normally be in walking distance of many things in Frankenmuth, but our stay was in February, so we decided to drive since it was so cold. We would have walked on a warm day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

I can not think of anything that we were unhappy about our stay, a most enjoyable time. The staff were super friendly, courties and efficient. The food was great and our room was better than most other hotels we have stayed at. Although the hotel was busy we hardly heard any noise, once in our room. This is our second time staying in Frankenmuth at the Drury Hotel. It was spotless and we thought the pillows, some being hard and some being soft, were very comfortable. The waitresses at the morning breakfast were extremely efficient and friendly. Clean and comfortable. The late evening mixer,with hot munchies was a nice touch. Be advised that at certain times of the year (over school breaks), the hotel is VERY popular with families with children.

Nice room, great free food. Really like the free pop, coffee and popcorn from 3 pm until 10 pm everyday. With the free breakfast and afternoon snacks you don't need to spend much money on food at all. Recommend this place to anyone heading to Frankenmuth, Mi.

Such a quaint hotel in a very quaint town! Loved that it was walking distance to all the beautiful little shops. What a very nice surprise to find beverages and appetizers gratis when we arrived. Lovely touch! I certainly would consider this Inn when I return.

I found the hotel to be centrally located to the charming little shops in frankenmuth. It was conveniently within walking distance to most shops and food places. I enjoyed being able to have the option of eating their free food that they provide, however i did not eat it so I cannot comment on it. I did however enjoy the continental breakfast. There […] was an abundance of people all swarming the food area, however it was kept stocked frequently and quickly. However the dining area is a little small. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable however there were no trash bags in the room only small trash cans with no liners. Having taken my 5 month old daughter with me I found it inconvenient and unsanitary to throw her diapers in the unlined trash cans. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and I would be willing to come back and stay there again. Mehr

Durury Inn was a wonderful hotel. We were veryhappy with the service, everything was perfect. The room was decorated very nice and it was super clean. The whole hotel was very clean and organized, the staff was very professional. We were very happy with our stay and have already recommened the hotel to family. Staff very nice and helpful. We even recieved a call to our room making sure everything was all right. Loved the cocktail hour and snack buffet. Was great after a day of shopping. Hotel staff could not have been nicer, got us into our room by 1:00 as opposed to 4:00. Breakfast in the morning was very convenient and had everything one would need to start their day. Reception in the evening was a very nice bonus after a full day of walking all the shops that Frankenmuth had to offer. Close to all of the shops.

The hotel is located in a convenience location approx. 5 mins from the river where the shopping and other attractions are. The room is reasonably large and clean and free of odor. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is pretty quiet. I specially enjoy the free afternoon snacks. They offer a varieties of hot snacks. I skipped dinner after the […] snacks. Booked with Hotels.com and had smooth, effecient, friendly service. The hotel was fine, great location and included breakfast and happy hour which saved us money on food. Suites offered comfort as well as fridge and microwave which we used. The only thing I would have appreciated is for the maid to make up the beds daily and the breakfast staff to ensure […] everything was well stocked without having to be asked. We loved our stay - would definitely go back. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a simple maintenance request and it was taken care of immediately. They had a great breakfast bar (hot), as well as "happy hour" from 4-7 p.m., and free popcorn from mid-afternoon to evening, along with soft drinks. It was close enough to walk almost everywhere […] we wanted to go. My second stay here - enjoyed both. Appreciate being able to have Breakfast - 5:30 meal did not participate - not my diet. Not necessary for me - enjoy eating out. Will return again - enjoyed the Suite - worth the extra cost! Thanks, Doreen

.We are both non smokers and requested a non-smoking room which I believe we got. However, we also think that the room was once a smoking room because we could still smell the stale smell of cigarette smoke. Also, the food served was not the greatest. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the food was great......the free full breakfast and the "kickback:" evening hot meal and beverages was a real treat, including the wine and other drinks. Recommend the Drury hotels wholeheartedly! Duane

Nice idea to have snacks and drinks at 5:30, but not with very bad beer and lousy food. This was the only drawback. Breakfast was mediocre.

My wife & I stayed for a night and found the hotel to be clean, the staff courteous and the food enjoyable. The complimentary happy hour is a nice touch, but for a hotel in a German setting is Bud Light really appropriate? I would gladly stay at the Drury for my next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn in Frankenmuth, Michigan. The extras were great. We will look for them when traveling again in the States.

Great stay! Was dissapointed for others who attempted to check in, it was after the required 4pm check in time but they told that their room would not be ready for another hour as they had ``lots of late check- outs due to a wedding`` The staff member did not seem very apologetic or offer any rebate as far as I heard. I realize that we were in "downtown" Frankenmuth but I didn't feel the hotel and/or location warrented the price paid. I normally stay in Comfort Inns, Best Westerns, Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns and others and have NEVER paid this price. I don't plan on another Drury Inn stay, if I can avoid it. BJ

I saw mostly good reviews on this hotel but I almost did NOT book a room because of what I read in the couple negative reviews about pets, noise and cleanliness. I did not end up having a negative experience at all and I believe that they may have experienced the exception as opposed to the rule. My experience was like the positive reviews I read about. […] As a matter of fact, staying in this hotel was a great experience. My suite was a quiet, large and clean with extremely comfortable beds (and Im a sensitive sleeper). However, the room did have a very, very faint stuffy odor but it was not something I (even as a picky person), would even find terribly offensive. It was probably due to the excessive heat and humidity this year. The complementary breakfast was outstanding and seemed to always be freshly replenished. I did not arrive it in time for the 5:30pm complimentary snacks the night before but Im sure it would have been wonderful too. Did not use the pool but it did look a bit small and water appeared cloudy when we stayed at the hotel. Staff was friendly and overall, what a great value! I would definitely recommend. Mehr

The ammenities of the hotel were wonderful. The only draw back was that our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Although not a full service hotel (i.e., no fitness room, small pool & no full service restaurant), we found our stay at the Drury Inn to be very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The complementary breakfasts were more than one can expect. I would make Dury Inns my hotel destination while visiting other U.S.A. cities. The place is wonderful and close to everything. We stayed at the Drury Inn in Frankenmuth Mi.

We choose this hotel particularly because it was pet friendly and had good reviews on trip advisor. This hotel is not lavish or a 5 star but it was clean, pet friendly and steps away from shops and attractions. What we did not know were the extra perks the hotel offered. Upon check in we were told about the nightly drink and snack option. Basically […] every night guests are given a voucher for 2 free alcoholic beverages as well as a buffet of food at no charge. As well soft drinks were complimentary from 3-10pm every day as was popcorn in the main lounge. We also got a free hot breakfast buffet each day and were entitled to 60 mins free long distance a day within the U.S. and 15 mins to Canada and Mexico. We stayed 2 nights and considered staying a 3rd. The rooms were not large but they were clean and the hotel was quiet. We would definatley stay here again. The next time I travel I will look for a Drury Inn first. Mehr

We found this Inn to be such a wonderful place to stay conveniently located on the main street of shops and within walking distance of many things. The mattresses on the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed a good sleep because of them and the quietness of the Inn itself. Front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurant hours and […] local attractions. We enjoyed the decor and the ambience of this Inn. We will be happy to come back on a return visit.
