Wer auf der Durchfahrt ist und ein Auto hat, ist mit diesem Hotel bestens bedient. Es liegt direkt am Fluß und macht einen sehr netten Eindruck. Nebenan ist auch gleich ein Dannys, was einem morgens die Suche nach einem Frühstück erspart. Nice hotel. Though some hairs in the bathroom and the shower. The surrounding is good since you can do some activities like diving with manatees. We had a room in the inner circle which therefore was much quieter than the rooms that were located at the street side of the hotel. We definitely could recommend this hotel.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Ein- und Auschecken superschnell und unkompliziert. Für uns vor allem günstig: die Lage zu Bird's Underwater, dem besten Veranstalter für den Manatee Schorcheltrip (nur ca. 2 km voneinander entfernt). Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend mit allem […] bestückt das man so benötigt. Kein Ungeziefer oder üble gerüche, der AC funktinierte einwandfrei. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm (keine Chlorbrühe!!!). Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann die Instandhaltung vor den Hotelzimmern. Im Gegensatz zu den supersauberen Zimmern, sieht es in den Gängen vor den Hotelzimmern ganz anders aus. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherhotel und da es keine Aschenbecher auf den Gängen oder an den Treppen gibt, lagen überall ziemlich viele Zigarettenkippen herum. Eigentlich schade für den Gesamteindruck. Abgesehen davon ist das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert, wir würden dort wieder übernachten. Mehr

Wir waren bereit das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Wir sind im Großen und Ganzen damit zufrieden. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist OK. Einrichtung - naja geht so. klasse Motel für eine Zwischenübernachtung, Free Coffee, Ref., Micro, all U need. Klasse Pool sehr gepflegte Anlage. Für den Preis unschlagbar, wenn man Homosassa Wild Life oder Weeke Wachi besuchen will. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön zum Baden da nicht so überlaufen wie Ft. Myers.

Ich muss gestehen, dass der erste Eindruck nicht besonders überzeugend war. Trotzdem waren wir von unseren Zimmern angenehm überrascht - alles sauber und funktionstüchtig. Auch der kleine Spielplatz und die Poolanlage waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, wenn man mit den Manatees schwimmen will und auch der 3km entfernte Park war […] einen Besuch wert. Die Zimmer sind soweit in Ordnung. Obschon im Zimmerpreis das Morgenessen enthalten ist, muss dieses bezahlt werden (10% Rabatt) lediglich der Kaffee gehört zur erbrachten Leistung. Schade.

the hotel was clean; the room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator; no hot tub and swimming pool not heated; overall it was a fine place to stay for the price; although a "romantic getaway" we did not spend all our time in the room as we enjoyed some of the local places to play and eat.

Hotel is older and room smelled musty but it was close to restaurants and there is a dive shop on the water right across the parking lot. The room rate was reasonable as well so all in all it is an OK place for a one night stay.

I really cant complain about anything. Days Inn is in a perfect location. Its on the main road which has many attractions and activities. Located next to a Denny's is a plus.

I was happy with the convenience of the hotel to the Manatee tours and did not expect the hotel to be perfect based on other people's comments but I was really disappointed when the wi-fi was unable to be used because the signal would not allow me to do work that I had to get done which was the main reason that we reserved our room at this hotel in […] the first place. Location was great for staying overnight to be at 6:00 a.m. manatee swim. Was able to go to swim and have plenty of time to come back to room to get changed before check out at 11:00 a.m.

We were so looking forward to our stay at the Day’s Inn in Crystal River, this was our first visit to this part of Florida, and we took the opportunity to divert from our tour of the Tallahassee area. We so wanted to see the Manatees in their natural environment. What a letdown this hotel was, it completely spoilt our visit, we became so disappointed […] that we left the region the very next morning and moved quickly onto our next port of call. The hotel was lifeless with no soul; the receptionist was less than helpful, our room was bland with no hotel guide or directory and all she said was that the hotel does not provide this info anymore; there was not even a TV guide. We commenced our Florida tour on January 1st and have stayed in quite a few hotels on our route, this was by far the worst experience of our tour and to add insult to our stay, we paid about $20 more than the average nightly cost we are paying, this was also the only hotel that did not provide a complimentary breakfast. Our advice would be to give this one a miss and stay at the Holiday Inn Express just along the road. Mehr

Stayed here for one night before snorkelling with the manatees. It was very close to everything in town. The rooms were average hotel rooms. They were clean and offered comfort for an overnight stay. I would go back to Crystal River and this hotel.

The late reservation was handled with ease. Clean serviceable room with great amenities for the price. The maids and other staff bent over backwards for us, and really made us feel special. I will be back next winter.

This is one of the better hotel locations in Crystal River. This isn't a 4 star hotel and there really aren't any in Crystal River, but this Days Inn was far better than another hotel I stayed at with the same rate. This is a better location - closer to the center of town where the good restaurants and businesses are located. It is cleaner, but is still […] an economy hotel. It's a great value. I enjoyed having the Denny's attached to the hotel - you can get food, coffee, etc 24/7. My only real complaint is the external room entrance. The room opens to the pool or parking lot - there isn't a controlled access building with interior entrances, but it looked like all the hotels in the area were this way. A huge benefit to this hotel is onsite coin laundry. I was there to scuba dive so it was super handy to dry my towels before packing to go home. The pool is nice and clean and there is a boat dock about 100ft behind the hotel. A very nice area to walk around. Mehr

we visit Crystal River about 2x a year to play with the manatees with our kayak group. we usually have 4-5 rooms. I love staying here as it is close to Hunter's park, reasonably priced, and clean. I love the pillows! we enjoy sitting out on the patio area by the pool the night before and socializing. everyone know that I will be busy the next morning […] getting everyone on the water and en route to the springs, so this is usually the only time I get to spend relaxing with them and we make the most of it! We booked this hotel to be close to the manatee stuff. We had decided to rent kyaks as not be locked in to a time frame with the tours offered. They were out of kayaks but the woman directed us to a place within three miles who had some we could rent. There is a Denny's attached where you can get 10% off your bill if you are staying here. This is a perfectly serviceable hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing skeevy. Stayed there when we went to see the manatees. Needed two cheap rooms for me and the kids and at $55 a night I have nothing to complain about. Across the street from water which is very pretty. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

After reading all the negative feedback, we weren't expecting too much. We just needed an affordable place to sleep at before our early morning manatee tour. The price was pretty high conpared to to other motels in other cities. The room was ok, it seemed clean. There was nothing special about the room but it had everything we needed! Lady at the front desk seemed unable to communicate with her check-in system. It took forever but once in the room was CLEAN and nice. There is a Denny's attached which gives a discount.
