Das Hotel ist in guter Nähe zum Flughafen, es gibt einen Flughafen-Shuttle-Service für Hotelgäste (kostenlos). Alles sauber und gepflegt und das Frühstück ist auch ausreichend. Mit dem Taxi ist man für ca. 40 Dollar schnell im Nachtleben (Ocean Drive). Als Durchreise Zwischenstopp oder für Geschäftsreisende sehr zu empfehlen!

The room was musty and smelled of stale smoke. Front desk was pleasant. They ran out of breakfast well before 9 am disappointing many. The people tending the breakfast were not very nice.

The hotel was clean and good enough for one night. The room was cold so I set the thermostat to a warmer setting but that didn't help, so I set it to heat and that didn't help either. But there were enough blankets to keep warm, so all is good. We decided to watch a movie but couldn't because they were redoing the system. The desk staff was helpful […] and quick to respond. Mehr

Fine for a stop over close to airport

Very run down hotel. Staff were very polite and shuttle to airport was prompt. Hotel did not feel clean outside of the lobby area.

Just a general observation about hotels in general Why is it when you want, search, and book a room that allows smoking, there's never an ash tray in the room?

The parking space at the hotel is limited and to close to other cars and dangerous to get in and out the parking space. The room I recieved the air conditioner didnt work. So upon my complaint, I was given another room, and this room the bathroom was dirty and it had dirty towles on the floor, also the linen on the bed was also, dirty. Once again, I […] complain and they gave me another room, which the air wasn't really working well..the reason I stayed after the 3rd incident was because one it was late and we were all tired..I was very disappointed with this hotel company and wont be useing there service ever again. We arrived at the Comfort Inn and Suits in Miami late in the evening preparing to fly out the next day. We were trying to figure out what to do about dinner when a flyer "magically" appeared under our door. We ordered a pizza and antipasto. A half hour later we called wondering where our food was and were told any minute now. When he did arrive he had […] no change on him and we discovered a cold pizza in a little Caesars box that was folded inside out. The antipasto had a slice of turkey and salami with a goop of ranch on top. we called back and demanded our money back and was told they would but of course never did. Later in the evening other flyers appeared. No matter how hungry you are, do not order from them. Mehr

After a long trip I really wanted to have some nice meal and a cold beer. Well the food was horrible, service as well and no alcohol served in this Hotel. It is one of the few "Inn's" with a restaurant so if they wold do some more effort they would really have more guests.

We waited over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle (it was supposed to be on a half hour cycle) even after calling. They kept stuffing pizza flyers under our door (last count 4 - and we arrived after 10 p.m.) and the front desk had a problem with check-out (we had used their park and ride and they couldn't find the paperwork). Breakfast was mediocre […] and the beds were terrible. There are other airport hotels that are better. Mehr

the staff was very friendly, the service was good. Easy access to dolphin mall as there is a bus that stops every hour. the breakfast was great and the price is good.

I had a very good night sleep, No Bugs, The hallway way was a little smokey when you get off the elevator, but my room did not smell of smoke. I had a very nice and large breakfast. The Shuttle bus driver was very nice to me. I almost did not stay there because of the other reviews, but I am glad I took a chance on them. Had a good time.

Was clean, decent, comfortable. Airport shuttle runs every half hour or so. Reasonable price. Would stay there again in similar situation.

Wasn't impressed with the neighborhood, also the room had an odor in it, for the most part being next to the airport, couldn't hear the planes - that was a plus

Don't confuse this hotel with other comfort suites! While we were only there overnight, it was not clean and there was little in the way of security. This hotel is not licensed to sell alcohol so we had to walk down the street in an area I would not want to be alone in!

Good basic overnight lodging, convenient to the Miami airport with prompt shuttle service. Room was clean and quiet, but facility is showing some age (paint, carpets, doors). Left too soon to try the breakfast.

This is a good choice for an overnite stay if you have a flight out of MIA. Free Shuttle every 30 min. No frills No Thrills. Free "Continental" B-fast also and Free Wireless internet.

I found the people are the front desk rude. My room wasn't ready when I arrived so I asked if they could take my cell # to call me when it was, and they basically refused. Also, the website says that there is access to the pool at the hotel next door and there is not. They should relaly udpate their website!

It was convenient, not real expensive, great complimentary breakfast, good dinner. It was a good value.

arrogant personell at reception, several electric functions did not work, bad room atmosphere, breakfast service intolerable

We were very pleased with the service provided from all the staff with which we dealt... especially the fellow who used a "rent-a-car" to take us to the mall, because we had been waiting 30 minutes for a taxi which never arrived, and the front desk staff who helped us arrange a tour of the Everglades. We were somewhat concerned with the maintenance […] of the bathroom fixtures... the shower tap, dials, and shower head, all noticeably moved away from the wall... perhaps some plumbing attention is needed. However, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms seemed sound proof. Mehr

Poor location. Restaurant Food was TERRIBLE on the weekend. Only place close by is 2 blocks away and is an IHOP.

This is a great hotel to stay at for an overnight before or after a flight from miami. It is waht it is. not designed to be a destination.

Comfort Inn, not comfortable

The property is an old one but the staff makes up for it with service. The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were very accommodating. The breakfast is standard fare. Nothing to get excited about but it will get you going in the morning.

Good hotel for it's price

I stayed there for one night. The room smells heavily chemical(must be the carpet cleaning detergent). The hallway smells damp and stale. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects comfort in a hotel.

The hotel needs some major work - the majority of the hotel is in very poor cosmetic shape and the hotel smells. Only one elevator is working in one wing to serve all 11 floors. There were light bulbs missing from my room. The air conditioning filter in my room had no effort put into putting the filter in place and was bent and not filtering air at […] all. The room did not have a television remote. The carpet had not been vaccumed. Would not recommend - find a different hotel. Mehr

Very disappointed , the room was very old, the carpet was dirty,the bathroom tiles were dirty and cracked, the metal bars on the sink was rusty,the tv was loosing color, half of the screen was orange and half purple, the remote was not working. It was raining and we decided to stay in and rent a movie but we couldn't because the picture on the tv was […] awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

Overall good value for money paid. Comforter was stained and pillow slips dirty, on one of the double bed. Overall good service, but TV had no remote and I had to plug it in and Connect the cable

This was an excellent choice for 1 night before catching plane early next morning. Very comfortable, excellent check in staff and all we needed.

I would very much stay at this hotel again. It was close to the air port and the hotel took us to the local mall to do some shopping and then the next morning there was a ride to the air port. Very clean and people was very nice.

Greatful for good shuttle service to the airport
