Ramada West Grand Canyon - Flagstaff

Für den Zimmerpreis geht das voll in Ordnung. War nix besonderes, alles schon sehr lange im Einsatz,...könnte mal renoviert werden.

Flagstaff ist Ausgangspunkt für den Grand Canyon oder auch Monument Valley ist in einem Tagesausflug gut zu erreichen. Daher waren wir 2 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind von der größe her ok, aber irgendwie ungemütlich. Man merkt schon, dass es eher unterer Standard ist. Frühstück ist, wie in den USA üblich, als Deutscher ein eher bescheiden. Außer […] Kaffee oder Saft kann man es getrost vergessen. Die Hotels sind generell etwas teurer in der Gegend. Dieses war sein Preis nicht wert. Würde ich nicht noch mal buchen. Mehr

Wir fanden es nicht gut, die Zimmer waren total verraucht und muffig trotz Nichtraucherbuchung. Service war schlecht.

The hotel was easy to find in a good location. Parking was limited at best due to some construction materials taking up parking spaces. The staff was helpful when located as I could not find them in the mornings but otherwise took care of my needs in the evenings. One negative is that on the first night of my stay, they allowed someone to have two dogs […] in the pool area (I have an issue with this) that barked constantly well past 9 pm, when I called the front desk to mention that it was disturbing, the staff seemed uninterested in solving the problem. At the end of the day the room was clean and comfortable and for that I was satisfied overall. Mehr

cheap,clean and comfortable. no frills. some rooms need to be redone but mine was fine.

The room was clean and was a big enough room that you where not tripping over everything. Down side to the stay was that the room was on the backside of property and next to freeway. Very noisey and had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

We wanted a very inexpensive room and we got it. Clean, comfortable, not special, but didn't need to be. Hair dryer didn't work. Bathtub needed resurfacing or replacing. Breakfast okay, nothing amazing, pretty standard fare. They never put out enough large plates, only little ones so you had to have two or three for your meal which is inconvenient. […] No one appeared to be cleaning tables between patrons, they got quite sticky and covered with crumbs and condiments. Excellent staff

Very quite and very comfortable beds. I would stay here again with out any questions or regards.

Room was on side of the highway- road noise all night. comfortable and good bathroom and amenities. breakfast a little better than most.

clean room. fridge and micro in the room. breafast was very good. pleasant all around hotel.

The faucet in the sink didn't work properly -- it wouldn't shut off and the hot and cold water was not correctly regulated. It was a cold night so I asked for an extra blanket -- there were none in the room. The clerk gave me a synthetic, stiff cover that was full of holes! There was a stain on the seat of the chair. The staff seemed totally uninterested […] in anyone's comfort or satisfaction -- I observed several people at the desk complaining. I was given incorrect directions to a restaurant, and when I mentioned this, I was met with a blank stare. The breakfast was so-so. There weren't enough tables and chairs in the breakfast room, and I felt the quality of the food was very low. On the positive side, the bathtub was great -- an excellent anti-slip mat on the floor with a grab bar, and the shower head had good pressure and lots of settings. Spa broken, many maintenance issues such as broken toilet, disorganized breakfast, unhelpful desk clerks, pretty clean but dated and worn thin linens, luckily we got on late both nights, but the street noise and other guests had us up early!

I specifically asked the reservation staff about the access to the rooms and I was told that it cannot be accessed unless you go to the lobby. That is not true. The bathrooms were dirty,

It is a fair place to spend the night in the surroundings of Flagstaff, if you do not mind to take the car for getting downtown. That said, the room was confortable, clean and well maintained. Full breakfast (including worfres) was included and the general impression is that you get a lot for the price ... except a good location!

We were visiting our NAU student and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. We have stayed at other more expensive hotels in the past but we will be staying here from now on. The only downfall was the complimentary breakfast didn't have any healthy options.

Bed were a hard and the breakfast was slow to small service for breakfast was not good

I choose this hotel because people's reviews raved about the beds. They were very, very comfortable. I stayed 3 night there, with a friend and we were very comfortable. The front desk staff seemed confused at time over basic questions, but they were nice enough.

I was in and out of this room pretty quick but had absolutely no issues. Service was great, quick no problems. I had to check out early to catch my train so I really didn't have much time to experience it.

Bathtub was dangerous, uneven on the bottom, shower went ice cold midway through, showerhead was weak. Faucet on the sink was ridiculous, couldn't get temp right, turn to off....yet water poured out until you got it just right. Was a good value.

The room was excellent. Huge and very comfortable. The staff wasn't very outgoing though.

Hotel was nice but woke up in the morning and had no hot water. Called down to the front desk and was told the maintenance man would fix. Did not get a call back so went down to the office to check. Was told the maintenance man had not come in yet. By the time we checked out (09:30AM) it still wasn't working. No hot shower that day. Front office was […] not very responsive. Mehr

Very comfortable beds! Excellent!!

Clean rooms with complimentary coffee and tea in rooms. Free Wi-Fi! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very good timing for breakfast from 6 - 9 pm, especially for families with kids. Very easy distance to lot of restaurants. For the time of year, very reasonable rates.

This was a great Hotel. I had an infant with us, they didn't offer a crib so we brought a playpen w/bassenette and it worked out great. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable as a hotel bed could be. Across the street from a grocery store and Walmart. IHOP a block down. I would recommend to anyone and I would stay there again.

This hotel is worth a night's stay for the recent going price. The staff was very friendly, and our room was nice. Simple, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The people staying above us we VERY loud walkers, late at night, but I don't think that was anything to the hotel's fault. People should just learn to be curteous in the late hours. The […] shower did take sometime to get hot water in the morning, however it was 10 degrees when we stayed there and we had a unit on the end. But after a few moment of letting the water run, it was nice and HOT. We were just stopping through, and left before breakfast in the morning, but it seemed like it was going to be a nice set-up. This hotel was was nice. Easy to get to off the highway. Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located near a Walmart - in case you forgot any items! (We had to make a stop there!) Definitely would recommend staying here.

The hotel provided a good break fast for the price we paid and room was comfortable.Only bad thin was the wash basin drain didn't work properly.

We arrived in late, from Vegas, and I was very tired. Luckly, the guy helping us was friendly and helpful, and got us to the room right away. The room was great, a lot better than the overpriced rat hole we stayed at in L.V. and a lot cleaner too... I recommend another person to stay here.

I've been to a LOT of hotels, motels and even all inclusive resorts in many states and other countries. As long as the room is clean, smells nice, is well stocked, and has a coffee maker... I'm happy. :) This Ramada had all of the above. It's a great price and a comfortable, clean room.

This hotel was inexpensive (less expensive than expected) was clean and the STAFF are really helpful. I would stay here again. There was a fridge, microwave, FREE Internet and comfortable beds.

Place was good with decent amentitis .. Harkins cinemas are walkable .. Restaurants are next street.. Enjoyed the stay

My husband & I usually stay at fancy resorts but this was a cheap road trip across country & the Ramada was GREAT!!!!! It was very clean & our bed was veRy very comfy!!!! Was a great night sleep!! We even had our two dogs with us & they didn't want to get out of bed in the morning!!
