Nice place, friendly staff

Small crowed room. Not enough seating for breakfast. Seem to cater to tourist buses and breakfast area was overwhelmed with just one bus there. Beginning to look a little run down.

Price was reasonable. Hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and tasty.

Very nice rooms! Very clean and spacious. Great Free Breakfast....best biskets and gravy EVER! Only one bad thing...wireless internet was EXTREMELY slow. My browser kept timing out with major websites like Yahoo and AOL. I think it a bandwidth issue. Worked good at 6am, but at 8am, when more people were "up and on-line", it started really slowing down […] again. Mehr

The receptionist was very embarrassed, but I did get a key to room that had not been cleaned and actually I really thought that someone may be staying in the room. I closed the door pretty quick. They made the correction quickly and overall I was satisfied with the room for the price. I was actually impressed with the size of the room.

We hadn't heard of the Alexis before booking the room. The room was big and airy. The air conditioner cooled the room quickly and was quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't small, but not big either. Most importantly to my wife, the room was clean.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and I am certain that I will stay here again.

The fridge in the room doesn't work properly, not cold enough! All the staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great, lot of choices to choose from.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. My stay was great. The only things are the rooms are small and there was no pool but you could look past that for the price and the fact that they serve hot breakfast. The rooms are clean and maid service is offered daily. In all I had a good experience.

the most helpfull staff accomodations were better than others that we have paid more fore. good job

This is an older hotel that has been refurbished recently, and has newer amenities, including flat screen tvs. The continental breakfast was better than most with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, muffins, etc.

Hotel was a bit further to downtown Nashville than anticipayed, but since it was right near expressway, getting around wasn't to difficult. Staff at Alexis was very helpful and kept room clean each day.

I was awaken at 7am to four employees yelling down the hall to each other, 2 in English and 2 in Spanish... room was ok but overall experience not so good.

Conveniently located. Great value for location. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are spotless. Breakfast was very good too.

Would not stay here again.

Decor was lovely and modern! Clean room. Breakfast was not so great but the place was packed. We just left and bought our own elsewhere.

Great room and price being so close to the Nashville Airport!

Was okay. Windows don't open, air kind of stale. Didn't like the handicap room they gave us but to late to care to switch. Bed was comfy. Hotel was a little run down in my opinion. But again, okay for price. Not awful, not great. Probably wouldn't choose again.

Very clean nice hotel conveniently located to downtown Nashvile. The front desk staff was rude and not very willing to help with information about things to do in Nashville. Could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

breakfast is decent. Hotel lobby comfortable and spacious. staff very cordial . Beds comfortable, pillows top notch. So what else would thou need?

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was what I needed and expected.

Not a bad hotel at all. Rooms were excellent. One night, there was either a crackhead or some other sort of idiot shrieking down the hall, but the Front Desk took care of that. Pros: great bed, nice room, very clean, breakfast buffet well-maintained, great coffee. Cons: one elevator, no guest laundry. But for $59-62 per night, it's a very good deal […] . Mehr

Didn't get to take advantage of breaskfast as I left too early fo the airport, but they did have muffins out. Very friendly desk clerk, highly recommend!!! My truck was in perfect condition when I returned.

A great hotel and room, but while at breakfast they cleaned our room - could not use bathroom! Desk clerk was more interested in her phone call than us

Clean, well-maintained. Personable staff. Quiet room for sleeping. All-around, a great stay!

This is a great place to stay overnight if you're passing through or in Nashville for business. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe and was convenient. The staff was very courteous and informative. The rooms may need a slight facelift, however, they were very clean - plus the room prices were very reasonable.

The room was spacious and had a roomy kitchen. Comfortable bed, nice shower pressure and temp. Conviently near the airport (but I drove), and it was about a 15 min drive to downtown Nashville. Nice variety of foods in the included breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend it! Great value for the money.

Was looking for a budget hotel near the Nashville airport, and found this one online. Didn't know what to expect considering it was one of the cheapest in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a great hotel for the price. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, decent breakfast included in the morning. It's only a couple minutes from […] the airport. The only downside is the rooms are pretty small, so it might not be a good choice for staying more than a couple nights, or if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room. But for a quick stay before/after a flight it really can't be beat. Mehr

For the price, it is fantastic!!! I felt like I got much more for my money than a lot of places I have stayed. This was my second time to stay and I was just as happy as the first time I stayed. No it is not luxury and if that is what you are looking for then you will not be happy. But if you are looking for a clean place, nice room, wonderful staff […] who could not be nicer, and a decent free breakfast, then I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Compared to a lot of chain hotels/motels I have stayed at, I would prefer to stay here, esp. with the great prices I have gotten both times. The free breakfast is nice and more than just donuts and dry bagels. I was so happy with my stay and the staff just made it even nicer, esp. the front desk staff. I look forward to my next stay there....nice place, save money!!! Mehr

THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL. MY SON HAD TO LEAVE AT 4A.M. AND THEY HAD A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT WHICH WAS NICE. WHEN WE CAME DOWN STAIRS AT 4 A.M. THE DESK CLERK BROUGHT OUT PACKAGES OF MUFFINS AND MADE COFFEE FOR US. I WILL GO BACK.

This was the second stay at this establishment. Was impressed the first time and continue with the second. Next time in Nashville we will stay in the hotel. Great value for the money. Rooms are a little small but for an overnight the accommodations were above average.

Very good value. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Two possible improvements would be an in-room fridge and fresh fruit on the breakfast bar. Overall, our stay was a positive experience.

Great hotel. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is awesome. Not too far from downtown.
