Hilton Barcelona - Barcelona

Frühstück wie immer sehr gut im Hilton. Fitnessraum bescheiden. Der Hammer war das Zimmer. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, dachten wir was ist das denn ? Zwei Sterne Komfort ? Der Schreibtisch aus Stahl kommt gerade mal in die Garage und wird als Werkbank benutzt. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert.

Given the location of the hotel and the facilities, I think that was good value for the money.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were big compared to most European hotels. The breakfast (included) was amazing. My only complaint was there were no electrical transformers at the front desk for us to borrow, which made our stay slightly less convenient than we would have liked.

the hotel overall was quite run down - having been built in 1992. no renovations have been done as is evident in the state of the rooms, corridors and public areas. can't believe that the chain is waiting until the end of the year to renovate this hotel which is in need of them NOW! the staff was very accommodating but the experience was pretty forgetable. […] i was very disappointed and will think twice about staying at a hilton - a shame really. moreover, the hotel is too far from the city centre. Too many apprentice and trainees who provided horrible service and check in was amauturisitic.

The Hotel was clean and the employees there was very nice and helpful.

From the minute I walked in the Lobby, the furniture looked dirty and worn. In the dining area, the tables were not polished, wood chipped in some places and the finish coming off the chairs. Not at all what I would expect from a "Hilton." Also, I asked for a wake up call and it came 15 minutes late. But the absolute shockers were the cost of a small […] bottle of water from the room of 4 Euros, that fact that if you even lifted up a bottle of alcohol from the refrigerator for more than 30 seconds, you would be charged for it (even if you didn't drink it) and that if you had dinner in the restaurant, it only included your meat--you had to pay extra for anything you wanted to go with it! The Hilton Barcelona is well placed to serve as a base for a long weekend to the lively city of Barcelona. A good bus service stops right outside the hotel and the excellent Metro is less than 5 minutes away (buy a ticket for 10 trips to save money.) The Camp Nou is a 15 minute walk away. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a large Junior Suite, […] with all mod cons, very nice - but a little dated and slightly tatty fixtures and fittings. Breakfast served from 07:00 to 10:30 is an above average buffet with a great selection of food and drinks. There are some great bars and restaurants in the side streets, where the prices are significantly cheaper than the main tourist areas. Mehr

The moment you check in it's a very nice experience the hotel lobby it's very peaceful, rooms are clean, and very good breakfast.

Not worthy of a Hilton. Simple small rooms. Unprofessional staff.

I dont think the hotel deserves 5stars rating .The size of the room is too small,most of the facilities are not up to the standard. The carpet was not clean. I recommend this hotel as a 4stars hotel

Great service, outstanding breakfast included in price. Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff; had to print tickets to Vatican Museum; simple email to customer service center had tickets delivered under the door when we returned from site seeing. Starbucks (free wi-fi with purchase) next door. Easy walking access to shopping & eateries. Take heed of all […] warnings about pick-pockets on the Metro; saw it happen twice to unsuspecting tourists at Las Ramblas station. Taxi from airport about 25 Euro & 20 to the port split 4 ways in our group with luggage; a bargain in itself. We loved Barcelona! Mehr

If you going to Barcelona, you have to stay here. Wonderful rooms, food, and staff make for a dream stay!!!!!!!!!!!

perfect customer service,very helpful answering my questions and concerns,only complaint: breakfast buffet too much $24.50 euros.Both the Subway and bus-line available within two blocks radius, NEW 30inch flAT SCREENS TV IN ALL ROOMS.VERY VERY CLEAN

スペインの治安がイマイチということで５星を選んだ。 かなりレベルの高い質感を期待した。 が、部屋の面積が小さく、ベットは量販店で購入してきたような粗末なものなど期待はずれのホテルだった。 サグラダファミリアの入場について尋ねても全く適格な情報もなく、全く期待はずれだった。 値段だけは一流だった。 全くつまらないホテルだった。

It is not what you expected from a Hilton, but nice and clean with a "great" breakfast. Definitely recommend if the rates are reasonable.

de handdoeken zijn wel erg groot en dus zwaar. verder was het prima ondanks het zeer harde matras en zeer zachte kussen.

This Hotel is very bad its dirty old and very used and bad workers who love to charge your visa card with things you never got, PAY ATTENTION when you got the build. I had to give them my visa card they demanded it, they refused that breakfast and wifi was included and all they said was - Can You Prove IT. i was lucky i printed out everything from Hotel.com […] and cud prove that breakfast was included but thy charged me dobbel of wifi 22 an 19 euro fore the same time i was just in the Hotel 20 hours. I also tried to call and order food at my room and i tried to call and get help for internet because it all was in Spanish or English, I tried calling like 20-25 times..NOBOADY answerd and i had to walk down to reception to get helt and to find something to eat and i get confirmed that i called the right number. In the room you got a big window with nice view but i gut not open and get fresh air, just an not working circulation from the non working air condition, the bad room had rusty pipes who made noises and smell bad, the sink had broken glass and when you showered the water come out on the floor, the door cud not be locked, the alarm on the clock you have to drag out the power so it did not make any noises. From 8 in the morning the cleaning lady constant walk into my room and when she saw me she said something and walk out again, one time i was in the toilet and it is clear they wanted me to move out so fast as possible...and much more its not any 5 star maximum its 3 star i even asked for what address this Hotel is and they gave me wrong answer.....no good just STAY AWAY Mehr

Ved ankomst til hotellet oplyste receptionisten, at de var fuldt bookede og derfor blev vi opgraderet til en junior suite istedet for det standard dobbeltværelse, vi havde bestilt. Fantastisk start. Morgenmad var inkl. og hvilken morgenmad! Alt både koldt og varmt og super serviceminded betjening.

Hotellet har en god placering nær Camp Nou med gode transportmuligheder til centrum, personalet er venlige og imødekommende - godt hotel

Mycket bra hotell med en otrolig frukostbuffé, Kort till tunnelbanan och turistbussarna, Lugnt runt omkring. Ena naktdelen som jag kan komma på är att väggarna är tunna och det hörs från andra rummet när någon torkar håret osv , men inget som störs. Internet tillgång finns men väldigt dyrt . Det finns ett fik, Starbuck brevid om man skulle vilja gå […] in på internet. Mehr

Dejligt hotel, med meget service minded personale og god stemning. Egentlig rigtig godt værelse, men der var utrolig lyt ind til naboværelserne.

Hyvä toimiva hotelli lähellä L'illa ostoskeskusta ja aivan vieressä ok tapas-paikka. Monipuolinen aamupala, auttavainen vastaanottohlökunta, siistit huoneet. Metrolla kätevästi rantaan. Lyhyt matka lentokentälle (taksilla 10 min). Suosittelen!

Mycket fint i foajé och frukostmatsal. Lite sunkigt i korridorer utanför rummet. Dock är rummen fräscha och fina. Hotellet ligger i de finare kvarteren av Barcelona med mycket fina affärer och kontorshus. Lätt att ta sig till och från med buss och tunnelbana. Ligger på kort gångavstånd från Nou Camp. Bardzo mila obsluga natomiast stan techniczny hotelu nie ma nic wspolnego z 5 stars hotel. brak basenu i koniecznosc doplat do internaetu moim zdaniem wykluczaja hotel z polecania innym.Na jedna noc jest ok na dluzszy pobyt nie polecam.Jedy plus to profesjonalna i kompetetna obsluga

Cet hôtel moderne est parfaitement situé pour qui souhaite être entre Sarrià, Pedralbes et Les Corts. L'accueil/réception est très agréable et serviable. Les chambres standard sont spacieuses. Le mobilier est simple, peut-être trop dépouillé pour être vraiment confortable. En revanche les lits sont d'excellente qualité. Vi var ute efter en trevlig weekend i Barcelona. Vi har tidigare haft bra erfarenheter av Hilton därmed var det ett självklart val. Vi möttes av ett rum som var dammigt med mycket hårda sängar. Man kunde höra folk prata i rummet bredvid samt allt de gjorde inne på toaletten. Glöm privat sfär, det kändes som att någon konstant knackade på vår dörr. Våra […] grannar hade andra intentioner med sin resa, nämligen fest med mycket hög musik och därmed fick vi göra klagomål. För att vara rättvis ger vi plus till Guest Service som åtgärdade problemet omedelbart. Internet måste man betala för trots att det beskrivs som "complementary". Hotellet förtjänar tyvärr inte sina 5 stjärnor och absolut inte värt priset. Mehr

situation tres pratique a deux pas du metro arrivee rapide dans le centre ville. chambre tres propre personnel vraiement disponible. par contre le parking est un peu cher 36€/Jour

the staff was friendly and the hotel breakfast was really good. the room was pretty standard and small but it was clean and the location was maybe a little too far to walk , but for like 10 euros ur in the city center.

Ett bra hotell med alla bekvämligheter. Väldigt dyrt att parkera (36 Euro per natt). Det finns dock gatuparkering som är gratis kvälls, helg och nattetid.

Bien situé, même pour faire du tourisme, car loin des quartiers surpeuplés et encombrés . Calme, propre, avec un service efficace . Excellent accueil .
