Excellent!!!!

this hotel is just average; room was clean and bed was comfortable. the overall condition was fair.

Met all my expectation.Highly recomend staying at this hotel . close to Universal and great restaurant.Very clean and great continental breakfast.

The customer service at the hotel was horrendous from the time of check-in. I requested a room by the pool for the kids and, even though the hote was obviously not full, they stated they didn't have one "at this time." The room was OK, but you could hear everything going on outside and Orlando is quite noisy. The TV reception was bad and the "free Wi-Fi" […] is practically non-existent. Mehr

Continental buffet was the worse I have even seen

After reading the reviews I was worried. But I was suprised the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. And the location was great. Took about 4 min to drive to universal studios.

Front desk clerks don't know what smile is...Hotel need more customer services at the front desk......... Ask for direction , they said to read the freeway sign. Told them internet connection not working .They say it's my computer ...Location of hotel is convenient enough to walk around the international strip .

After booking and paying through Hotel.com on arrival at the hotel was told that I need to pay an additional $5.00 per night without any explanation as to why. The safe in the room had no door.

The water in the shower was warm,not hot.

bad internet conection, need for a security conection with password for guess

We found are Hotel to be very good value for money. All members of staff were most friendly and helpful. The courtesy bus was another big plus factor.. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

The front desk lady was really rude that even told me to "give her a break" when I asked her about "resort fee" since there is no "resort" at this hotel. Second there was no internet service and when we called to see how we could get in she told us was "no internet" for the past 2 days and wouldn't have fixed for the next couple days. The pictures online […] don't look like the real bedroom and we end up leaving. Mehr

Very basic hotel, cocrouches in the bathroom, very poor beakfast

The only thing good about the hotel is the location and the price. If you just need the hotel for sleep, rent it, otherwise look up for something better. I recommend just for sleep

The hotel location is excellent but nothing else. Service employees is horrible, hostile and act as if they bother to provide the service. The rooms look embarrassed, cockroaches out of the sink and are walking down the walls. The matress of the beds have to be changed, not the rooms cleaned daily, or put toilet paper or soap. Every night had to ask […] for towels, because they put them incomplete. Also when we got charged extra charge per day. When they made the check-out, he gave thanks, and asked how was the stay, they have an excellent customer service. What happened is very unfortunate because we have been to many hotels, including Howard Johnson and had never experienced anything like this, was very disappointing for everyone, never recommend it. the room needs total renovation, carpet smell bad.

Is in the international drive. In only five minutes o less you are in universal theme park. In the front. Ponderosa souvenir shop an attranction park. And all you want it is there

Where do I start Moldy smelling room that reeked of smoke smell, yes i reserved a non smoking room. Internet connection that does not work. Resort fee but not a resort. Small roaches come out at night, so keep a light on. Bugs everywhere.

For a night or two it's an ok place just to get some sleep. The room was clean but had a bad humidity smell on the carpet. (wet carpet smell). Don't rely on the breakfast included with the room. All they had was frozen bagels and apples.

Location is good, price is good, BUT . . . the continental breakfast was not good. Boring, even. There was a light in our room--202-- that did not work, even when a new light bulb was swapped into it. The ironing board did not stay up, and had to be propped up against the safe and the bathroom counter. Also, the toilet paper holder did not hold the […] toilet paper roll. The holder had been broken a long time ago and never fixed. It was an annoyance every time. Mehr

Overal we were happy with the hotel. Definitely not a four star hotel, but it was clean and fairly well maintained. Couldn't turn the bathtub faucet off, so it ran continuously. Notified management but it was not fixed while we were there. Stayed 4 nights. Also, the bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. Woke with a backache every day. Internet connection always worked, and was better than the connection at the hicer hotel where the convention was held. It was free. Room was sub standard and needed general repair. Bath and sink in need of renovation with new equppment. Furniture and carpet was leaning toward shoddy. Breakfast buffet did not have anything that you would actually eat, […] but did provide fresh juice, tea and coffee. Pool was OK but not resort nice. They had the nerve to charge an extra resort fee on top of the room rate. This place is definately not a resort. But OK for a cheap overnight stay. Bring your own soap. Mehr

Hotel was not that great. They forgot to put the coffe machine, the fridge didnt work, the bathroom leaked, and the ice machine didnt work either. It does have a great location, right next to all the disney and seaworld park. Also many restaurants and shops to visit right next to the hotel. Over all, I liked the location of the hotel but not the hotel […] itself. Mehr

My concern is very good cause the hotel has all facilities i needed and everything was close. All in order but some stuff look a bit overuse. For the fee it is a very convenient place and i will book there again for sure.

Very run down Hotel. We got a great price on the internet and it looked great in the pictures. Dirty stained tub, filthy carpet with an iron burn mark in the middle of the floor. Thin towel. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was very lacking. The pool looked nice but the water was not heated and was very cold, so we didn't use it. […] I can't recommend this hotel and would encourage anyone to stay anywhere else but here. It was run down and old and should be cleaned up and better maintained no mater what they charge per night! Mehr

If small, smelly, dirty room is your thing, then this is the place you would want to rent a room. the location is very convenience and easy to get to from the highway. the staff were not attentive. This motel has very thin walls and you could here a feather drop in the next room. it has not seen an upgrade in decades. this definately is not a 5 star hotel BUT... the location is GREAT and just about anything you wish is within walking distance. It is an older hotel but better maintaned than some I have seen. The pool is VERY clean, our room was clean but as in other reviews if you stay here bring your own towels. It may be that they have more guests than they can […] handle but towels are in short (literally) supply. Can't hardly tell the diference bewteen hand towels & bath towels and they are almost as thin as sheets. DON'T stay here for the convenience of the free breakfast... it's not worth free.
