Approch from downtown by Massachussetts Avenue, cross I-4 then take sothbound 41 a few yards into Ramada.Good pool, convenience store at hotel drive exit. Denny's next door for breakfast.Large comfortable rooms with twin queens.

Great room, spacious, comfortable, up to date furnishings. Very Nice. two negatives: Water flow on shower is so restricted by a special nozzle that it 's spray was uncomfortable; and I thought the mattress was just a little uncomfortable. The price was great, the comfort was great and I would stay there again!

I was actually surprised slightly by how nice this hotel was. I was a little skeptical at first when I booked through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very professional and friendly and so was the the clerk the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable and the only complaint would be that the toilet didn't flush that well, […] but it would eventually. The hotel had a nice lounge where they were having karaoke there that weekend and the bar staff was very nice there too. I didn't do the free breakfast either morning that I was there, but heard that it was pretty good from other people staying there. Overall, I would definately stay there again if I'm in the Lakeland area looking for a place to stay. Mehr

The hotel was very dirty. Other than making the bed I do not beleive our room was cleaned after the previous guest. It was disgusting!!!

Very nice clean hotel. Great price and close to a lot of good restaurants. Wish the bed had been more comfortable.

We had our family of five staying in a room at this hotel. While the building shows its age a bit, the staff was friendly, the room was quiet (even though we were right on the freeway), and our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

We stayed here after coming back from visiting Tampa and on the way to Daytona Beach. This is a nice hotel, everything worked, the staff was very nice, and it was right off the interstate. Lots of restaurants are nearby.. fast food and sit-down. I would stay here again if I needed to.

The hotel is just off the exit. The employees were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Even though my room was supposed to be a non smoking room and the people at the front desk warned of a $200.00 fine if smoking was apparent in our room........the room still STANK, STUNK, STINK of old cigarettes from god know's how long ago. All our clothes wreaked of smoke.........just from being exposed to the air in our room. I had to wash all the […] clothes that was taken with us for a one night stay. I would NEVER under any circumstance spend another night at this Ramada........it was really nasty......... Mehr

Older Ramada close to interstate so some noise. Easy access, Plenty of parking and large rooms. Though older room appeared to be clean. Not bad for one night if you get a good rate.

The plumbing did not work right. The toilet would hardly flush and the hot water in the shower did not work. When I tried to take a shower only a trickle of hot water came out so I had to take a cold one. The front desk people also knew about this the whole time because when we informed them of the problem they said "oh, yeah, we have water pressure […] problems in many of our rooms." The other hotel guests were extremely loud and kept us up all night long. The room was clean and the bed was ok but other than that it was terrible. I would not stay there again. Mehr

Accessible to Lakeland Center which is where we were going for a show. Resturants close by.

You can tell it's an older hotel that was remodeled. Overall room was ok a/c worked well, beds were fulls not queens for a double room. So if you have 4 adults forget about sleeping because beds are tiny and were older matresses. Pool was cloudy, and has green scum spots at the bottom. So no pool for a florida vacation. Parking lot was a bit small for […] the size of hotel, so you had to park around back and carry everything around as only 2 doors that would allow you entry. Overall for the price. the breakfast was not up to par. no meat!! waffes,toast, juice, muffins.it needs something else.

Handcap room, was at far end of hall and elevate did not work at end of hall, so had lot of walking. bath tub nob had to have maintance come and turn it on for us. then it too 15 minutes to get hot water to room, we timed it.. good location for a hotel....

ROOM WAS CLEAN, CLOSE TO A RESTAURANT, DENNYS, NICE BATHROOM, LOTS OF HOT WATER FOR MORNING SHOWER.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and proffesionalism.

Located right next to I-4, which was convenient. Everything, was great except for the complimentary breakfast . Pitcher of milk and orange juice was not placed on ice and sat on the table for over 3 hours. when we came in, there was no muffins or bread for rwo conseutive mornings and there was no employee to be found.

The room had a few updates but should definately not be 3 start. Probably 1 star rated. Mold on the ceiling was the real kicker.

Just the basics: Clean enough Everything worked Free basic brkfst in the AM Back door not secure easy to leave open. If a guest wanted. Should close and lock when released Excessive fee for pet we feel as cleanliness of hotel did not reflect it

Dirty gross and they forgot the wake up call

Liked- "Let's make it right" attitude of staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Coffee 24hrs Close to hwy and several conveniences. Disliked-breakfast was awful. Not serviced at all. Carbs carbs carbs. The place is a little worn but must be hard to spend $ on it since business may be a little slow.

Would I stay there again......no. It was no way a 3star. Continental breakfast...... Not even close, bread and English muffins. The carpets were filthy, full of stains in the hallways. Needs a lot of upgrading.

The staff was nice and switched me to three different homes. They were all hot. The AC units blew air but it was not cold air.

The room was very clean and John (the manager) was very helpful, when the online reservations were messed up. The contential breakfast was good. The only complaint, was that only 1 elevator was working.

Rooms were very nice, clean & spacious. Breakfast room was large & a wonderful hot breakfast was served. Price was very reasonable too!

I recommend this hotel is a ***,* .you must see.

Comfortable. Could be great, mediocre staff, some minor cleanliness issues. Bed was cozy and the pool was great!

First room did not water from the basin. No problem switching rooms. New room carpet was dirty toilet bowl had urine stains on it. Try another hotel close by. Don' t stay here.

The people that work there are amazingly nice and accomadating. The problem was my room was filthy, there was a sweet and low package behind the toilet, there was hair in the sink, there was no ice bucket, just the lid in the room, there was no pen, and there was one coffee cup and no others for regular drinks etc. There was also only one bar of soap […] by the tub, and usually you get one for the sink as well. I can never stay there again. The hall carpets were filthy and the drains were slow and the lighting is horrible......have to be honest Mehr

There is apparently a lack of information from booking online at hotels.com and what the hotel receives. I requested a handicap accessible room with TWO double beds. The hotel gave us 1 bed and said that the info from hotels.com did not mention 2 doubles. I made this trip with my son and did NOT want to sleep in the same bed as him. So this was NOT […] a way to start our check-in process. Next, we find out that in order to get to this HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM, which was on the FIRST FLOOR, you had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk down the hall, take the next elevator back down to the 1st floor and then go to the end of the hallway to access this room. Also, in order to get to the ice maker, you had to go down a flight of steps - no elevator. Therefore, it was NOT handicap accessible. However, the staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. I think this hotel was great for the price we paid. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. On checking in they were not able to pull up our reservation but they did not give us a hassle, they went on and checked us in and then sorted it out after. We were very tired and therefore this was very much appreciated. Great staff great stay.

Greeting this hotel just turn over from a Holiday Inn to a Ramada,there's some maintance have 2 be done on the room i stay in on 7/09/11 rm. (132) there was a toilet problem.The room smell of smoke,there were smell of mold.these was a few thing's i notice.i did report it 2 the manger and he told me that because i book through a third party that he can't […] give me a refund.
