Comfort Inn Flint - Flint

Hotel was nice. A bit nicer than the hotel that it's connected to. Pool area could use some updating though

I stayed over night recently in Flint Comfort Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat near by and the main freeway was close so my morning trip was easy to get underway.

This hotel was quiet and comfortable for a one night stay before an early morning flight.

Staff was courtious and friendly I would stay here again And also recommend it to others

only problem i had with this hotel is the pool area is mouldy does not look very clean!!

Rooms were tidyed up in a rush so,I could not feel comfortable sleeping in that bed! The hot tub was not working right! Scum was around the top of theinside, looked like no body wqnted to clean it and was set way to highfor tempature! We complained but they said because we booked thru a second party they could not help us.Ipaid for an extra person also […] and they could not do anything about that, I was very disapoinyed to say the least! The hotel itself was comfortable and the service was decent; however I would probably not stay there again due to the area. I didn't feel it was a very safe area so I barely slept all night.

We had a recent stay for 3 nights, it was great.Rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpfull.we took my mom for shopping and she had a wonderful time.we always have a good experience here and this was the 3rd or 4th time we have stasyed here.all shopping needs close by

The hotel was ok. The staff were great and friendly but the hotel could be a little cleaner. I suspect it is due for a referbishment, or at least that would make a difference. The pool was nice, but lots of sand in the bottom, needed to be cleaned. Location is good, close to the airport, and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway. The rooms supposed to be non-smoking; however the smoke smell was very heavy. Thankfully, the weather was good and we kept the window open all night long. The breakfast was good for the price.

It was a mix bag. The room was very clean except for the carpet. There was plenty of towels and the desk staff was very curious. Breakfast wasn't bad and was ready right at 6:00 as promised. However, the pool was discussingly dirty and had enough clorine in it to kill an elephant. I choose not to swim. I could not get connected to the internet even […] with the desk staff help (and I connect to hotels all the time). The sheets on the bed and pillow cases were very scratchy. The water pressure was low, but that may not be the hotel, that could be the town. All-in-all it was a place to sleep and it was cheap. You get what you pay for, but don't expect much else. Mehr

The only real issue I have is with the Handicap parking, the ramp was really bumpy, caused lots of pain for my mom to be pushed over them, ramp should be smooth not sidewalk.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were clean, but hard and uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night long. The hot breakfast was very tasty and wonderful. The pool was very refreshing and warm (temperature was just right -- like bath water). The hot tub was too hot to be in.

Had to call for directions - great help, and an extra recommendation for the local ice cream parlor when we checked in : )) Better than average room - for the price! Breakfast service was OK - at least there was vanilla creamer!! Couldn't open the window?! But the AC worked fine, so it wasn't a problem.

Room was not very clean. There was dirt around the edges of the carpet where the vacuum didn't reach. No one had bothered for awhile to make the extra effort to get right to the edge. We could also hear footsteps from the floor above us but fortunately that didn't keep us awake. The continental breakfast was good. Good enough for a quick stay to fly […] out of the airport the next day. Mehr

Needs improvement in a big way. Stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and I don't think anything has been done to it since then. It was dirty. The drapes did not close correctly, broken hooks, etc. The bathroom was the worst. The water barely dribbled out of the shower head and there was hardly any hot water. Anyone coming to Flint needs to stay on […] Hill Rd or south of Hill Rd. This place was horrible. Mehr

It was a convenient location for a quick trip to the airport and easy to find. It appeared to be an older hotel that may require some upgrading in the future. The front desk personnel both at late check in & early checkout was helpful. Overall, the bathroom was clean but not what I would call spotless. Would I stay again? Probably

The front desk attendants were helpful and friendly. The lobby was presentable, but the hallways and stairways were dirty. The carpet in the room was worn and sticky. The toilet had mold at the waterline. This just was not what we expected from a Comfort Inn!
