A bit older and less grand than in previous days, but clean, comfortable, pleasant employees, convenient for the Buckhead area and reasonably easy to get back to I-75 or I-85 northbound. No full restaurant, but continental breakfast and good restaurants easy driving. Unless you require new and glitzy, this fits the bill.

Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel over the weekend as we had plans to visit various attractions in the Atlanta area. The hotel was in a perfect location. We were within 10-15 minutes to the Aquarium and in a centralized location from other sites we visited (Six Flags, Medeival Times). The rooms were spacious, but the beds were a little small for […] my wife and me. The advertised gym was really a room with a couple of treadmills, so if you want a workout whielyou are there it will not be a big one. The pool although small was heated and the kids anjoyed it. Breakfast was included and it was great…had everything you really need. The staff was extremely friendly. Ample parking and the hotel was in a good location with many restaurants and stores nearby. Overall I will give the hotel high marks and reccomend it. Mehr

I've stayed at this location several times over the last few years and have always enjoyed my stay along with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Even more impressive however is that lcation's initiative to remain current with technology and hotel trends. They have 2 kiosks located at the front entrance that allow you to check in or out […] right there. No need for staff or waiting for a key, everything is right in the kiosk. Kudos to you! The wall unit HVAC system was not working correctly in the room. Notified hotel staff and they "checked it out" and said it was fine. It was so hot in the room while trying to sleep. Overall staff was just not attentive. Called for a cab and upon arrival they gave it to someone else despite the fact that we were seated in the lobby waiting. Good and comfortable Hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms are ok.

This was an ok place stay. It was rated as a 3 star hotel & it is truely a 3 star hotel.

Right after I checked in and started to get ready for a dinner meeting, there was no water. No Shower, no shave, no restroom. Really? A hotel with no water?! It was repaired but after I had to leave for the meeting. Very disappointed as this was a nice hotel overall and I would have made this my regular Atl Hotel but experience was unacceptable.

Overall clean hotel - rooms are nice. Only negative is that the hotel shuttle stops service at 10:00 p.m. - when we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for us, we were told it would take 40 - 45 minutes. The one negative would not stop me from staying at this hotel in the future.

JUST DO IT! NO REGRETS!!

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms. Liked the big screen TV. Would stay there again.

Had a great stay with no issues!

Hotel is in the perfect location for a getaway with the one you love.....restaurants and shops very nearby.

Stayed here on a Father/Son getaway. The location in Buckhead is fantastic, the room has great amenities (nothing beats a swivel 42 inch TV for a 12 year old!) and the spacious room was well designed. Breakfast was included and had many options. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I would stay here again. Excellent location. Walking distance to great dining.

Had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast was wonderful and y can't beat the location in buckhead.

stayed here based on rate i found on hotels.com. overall, no complaints. great location, very easy access to Buckhead Theater, walking distance. staff was friendly and free parking. the bed was extra comfy and no noise complaints. will definitely stay here again in the future. thanks Hyatt!

Clean rooms, very friendly staff and good location. We had a rental car and the hotel has free parking. Also important was the free wifi. for our next business trip we will stay in this hotel again.

This is a fine hotel and a convenient location on the northside of Atlanta, close to shopping and great restaurants. The staff was cordial and helpful. The continental breakfast was standard, but sufficient. The room was clean. Some others found the parking inconvenient, but I didn't. I would stay there again, either on business or with my family

My wife and I stayed on a weekday business trip. It's very convenient to Lenox Mall where my wife wanted to go while I did my thing. Parking is free at an adjoining garage about 100 feet from the front door of the Hotel. In Atlanta that's worth about $30 at most hotels. Also there is a great restaurant about 200 feet from the front door. The room had […] a large sitting area, comfy beds, a 42" flatscreen, refrig with sink and dinette table, all the conveniences; the staff was friendly and helpful; free breakfast; good price. stayed here 2 nights with my husband. we loved the location and the room was nice. parking is free and convenient. only complaint: what i thought was an indoor pool is actually a heated outdoor pool.

I had a job interview in Atlanta, just a few miles away from the hotel. The rate was reasonable for that part of the city, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the location was central to many attractions. My only complaint is that the shuttle only travels two miles from the hotel. My interview was 3.5 miles away and I had to take a cab. My whole […] purpose for getting a hotel that close to my interview sight was to have use of the hotel shuttle to get me there. All in all , I was pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking is available. The staff is very nice and go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are clean and they offer a good quality continental breakfast.

Everything was fine except the ultra loud heater wall unit right next to one side of the bed. It was enough to disturb our sleep every time it kicked on, and I'm not a light sleeper!

I love the layout of the room. It isn't just like every other hotel room. Believe it or not, that is why I picked this hotel over other hotel in that area.

We stayed 3 nights [with three kids,2, 8 & 10] in the double room with pullout - his was a perfect location and style of room for us. Free parking, wifi and breakfast were great, Really great value and convenience for a family stay in Atlanta.

This hotel was very convenient to everything. The parking was easy and free. I would stay here again when staying in Atl.

This hotel was easy to get to, but the parking is far. It's in a parking garage next door rather than right outside of the hotel, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker. Besides that the staff is quick and friendly and the rooms are the standard Hyatt Place rooms.

Checked in and was assigned a room with overpowering smell the of cigarettes. Had to get another room. Every floor in the entire hotel had dehumidifiers going in the hallways because of a recent roof leak !

at the time of our stay the hotel appeared to be about 35 percent under renovation. We noticed no disruption in service, cleanliness or comfort during this reno. There were minor construction noises but not before 9 am. Very impressive.

This was the first stay for me at one of the Hyatt Place line of hotels. I must say that I was expecting a similar experience to other "express" style hotels, but what I got was far different. This is definitely not your typical "express" hotel -- I wouldn't even call it that. It's almost like a new category -- perhaps a "lighter" version of a W hotel. […] It's a place that would be appealing to both a business traveler and those in their 20s-30s looking for a fun visit with friends. I got a GREAT deal for one night, booked just hours before. The room was VERY comfortable and spacious. Brand new amenities (nice multimedia setup and HUGE television), plenty of work space, plenty of entertaining space, FREE parking, FREE wifi! Only criticism was the fitness "center" -- basically just 4 or 5 cardio machines (I was hoping for some free weights or cable machines). Down the street from some pretty good bars, and a Gordon Biersch right behind...just an right minute walk to the Marta. Overall it was excellent and I will be staying here again! Mehr
