Das DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay ist ein super Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Miami. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, total sauber und mit einen herrlichen Ausblick. Service war auch 100% top. Lage ist zwar nicht absolut im Zentrum, aber nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel fährt der gratis Metromover mit dem man alle wichtigen Punkte in Miami […] schnell erreicht. Zusätzlich fahren sehr viele Buse zB nach Miami Beach beim Hotel weg. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Mehr

Wir sind seit Jahren immer wieder im Doubletree gewesen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnt, das Zimmer mit Blick über die Bay. Der Zimmerpreis mit dem gegenwärtigen Dollarkurs ist fast ein Schnäppchen (off season, Mai). Man sieht dem Hotel das Alter langsam an, die Teppiche, Schiebetüren zum Balkon und sanitären Anlagen sind nicht mehr Top-class. Zimmer sind […] grosszügig, Kaffemaschine vorhanden, aber Internet nur gegen Bezahlung. Das Hotel wirkt anonym, da der grösste Teil fest vermietete Condominiums sind. I've stayed here twice I love this hotel. The two times I've stayed was because I was going to Miami heat games and the location of this hotel is perfect. Its worth paying a little more to have a bay view room which is a beautiful water front view

Hotel was nice. The room was not ready at 3 pm but they gave us a breakfast voucher for 16 dollars. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door starting at 8 am wondering when we were leaving.

Hotel - Amazing! great room and service..... Valet on the other hand... .my prada sunglasses went missing off the dashboard in my rental car. Valet said they never saw them...but I know I always leave my sunglasses on my dashboard. Lesson learned.

Nice hotel with waterfront view, but front desk way understaffed. Every time I called there was a five-minute wait. Otherwise, up to the standards of a DoubleTree.

We arrived and were "upgraded to a condo" unit for our 3 night stay. The fresh cookies from the double tree were very tasty. Upon arriving to our room on the 36th floor we were amazed at the breath-taking view. The unit had a really nice kitchen and adequate bedroom. BUT... The bathroom was in bad shape for an expensive hotel and the toilet flusher […] struggled to do anything. There was hair (not ours) found throughout the bathroom and around the floors of the living/sitting areas. The furniture in the living and sitting areas were old and tired. The addition of a feminine hygiene product wrapper left on the floor in the hallway was an especially nice touch. These cleanliness issues were further explained when no maid or service ever inquired or visited out room for our three day stay. Mehr

This hotel was the best place to stay before our cruise. The hotelwas just like it's name grand. Very convienent. Clean beautiful and had our car ready in no time.staff rest to please. Would stay there again.

Since the pool was being fixed and cable tv had issues they comped us a bottle of wine. View was awesome from balcony. Waterfront activities are a cab ride away.

Great location if cruising from Miami. Near Bayside Market ,good shopping. 15 min taxi ride to South Beach area. 5 min from Miami port. Rooms VERY spacious especially great for families and parents with young kids,you want in same room or suite. My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel, the room was very clean and the view from our balcony was lovely. You can take a quick drive to South Beach and we also took in a basketball game at the AAA Arena which was in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great downtown location and has 5 restaurants on site. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. However, hotel is way past due for renovation and deep cleaning. Price is great for the area and it was an ok place to spend one night. We parked on the street overnight because we were leaving early in the morning--saved parking cost.

They upgraded our room and it was really nice. They recommended restaurants in the hotel and the food was great in both restaurants we tried. Thanks for a great stay! We will keep you in mind when we are back in town.

Very satisfied with my stay, I always stay at the beach, either the Fountain blue or one of the other Southbeachgroups. Im adding this one to my list of places. I was upgraded to a suite wich met all my expatations

Good Room. Good Location. Good Staffs. etc

My wife and I were informed upon arrival that there was no self-parking and that valet parking was VERY EXPENSIVE per day! This was quite a shock since the surrounding neighborhood is not the kind of place you'd want to park your car. ALSO: The elevator was sometimes non functional. We had to be escorted by security down a freight elevator. This building […] also houses a residential section and these people ALL HAVE DOGS! We watched dogs peeing on the sidewalk while waiting for our car numerous times. BEWARE OF YELLOW PUDDLES! I accidentally set my bag down on one! YUCK!!! The housekeeing is NOT GOOD. Expect a semi-cleaned room. The front counter employees are very nice and helpful but that's about the only good thing about this hotel. Mehr

I had a horrible experience here last year. Imagine my dismay when I foudn myself booked here again! Luckily the hotel was renovated and I had good night's sleep without hearing my neighbors, construction sounds, staff, etc.

Excellent location for those heading out on a cruise. Ample transportation to the Port. Great hotel experience. Wish we had more time to check everything out.

Great pool and health club. Elevator was out of order when we returned to the hotel with no directions on where to go to get up to floor. Had to ask 3 people. Also A\C was not working well. Otherwise room, view and location were excellent

This hotel is beautifully situated on the Marina. View was nice, we could also see the cruise ship parked that we had just gotten off of. Although there was not much around to do. We had to take a taxi every where. There are shops and 3 restaurants in the building but very expensive. Wish there was more site seeing within walking distance.

Great location ,plenty of places to eat in the building. The pool and 4connected hot tubs was very relaxing. Room was clean and we got an amazing cookie upon arrival!!

Our room had an excellent view of the Bay and we were able to see the July 4th fireworks from our balcony. The accommodations were quite comfortable and the hotel staff were pleasant. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and brought it to the attention of the Front Desk. We could not believe that by the time we returned from a late breakfast less than […] 2 hours later, the problem had been been rectified. Efficient! We would recommend this hotel anytime, however, we found most of the restaurants to be pricey. Mehr

This hotel is very nice and it has many amenities, nice restaurants, a grocery store. I like the mall in the first floor. The room was clean, spacious and all the employees were very helpful. However, the layout of the hotel is terrible! It takes for ever to get to the rooms if you're in the high numbered rooms. There is only one set of elevators for […] the whole floor, and no other way to get to your room unless you walk all the way to the end of the hall. We thought we were walking for ever carrying our luggage. The valet parking was extremely expensive, and hardly any parking on the streets. Across the street the parking was even more expensive! $29 a day is excessive, considering that in Miami Beach you only pay around $18 to $20 a day. One more con I've got to mention is that fact that the stretch of Biscayne Blvd that crossed near this hotel has been under construction for ever and a day. The streets are full of potholes, only one lane and far too much traffic for only one lane. Needless to say that it takes for ever to get in and out of this hotel. Mehr

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to change our room because the air conditioning was not working (90 degrees outside), the bidet did not work and the refridgerator was making so much noise, we could not stand it, the terrace glass pane was so dirty, we had to clean it so that we could see the view outside. We were offered […] another room which was beautiful and clean, a great view of the bay, but the tub was backed up. The hotel was conveniently located near the tram and bus station and certain entertainment centers. The surrounding area is quiet and we would not walk around it at night, and cautiously during the day. The reasons why we might not recommend the hotel is because housekeeping and engineering staff must first see to the comforts of the room. If staff is constantly called to fix or repair things in the room, it becomes most inconvenient for guest (being interrruped, giving out tips, calling to report repairs, waiting for staff to arrive in the room,etc.) We enjoyed the restaurants, especially Tony Chan's. This hotel was very cozy and upscale. The only thing i had a problem with was parking.They only offer valet parking to all vistors and residents at a rate of $30.00 per day and because of the location there is NO free parking at all around the entire area.

Whereas the hotel room was adequate, that's about as high as I could rate my stay. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, noisy enough to keep me from getting to sleep most nights, and on one night there was also annoying music from a party downstairs.Toiletries, coffee items, and towels were not replaced by the maid on some days. On my second […] day in the room, I called the front desk and requested the same pool towels that were in my room on the first day. I was told that they would be delivered within 15 minutes. I purposely waited to take my shower to accept the towels, since I was staying alone in my room. The towels finally came 35 minutes after my second call downstairs. On another day, when I called the front desk for the coffee items that were not replaced by the maid, it took two separate calls to the front desk and twenty minutes of waiting to receive them. It became a game to see what was missing every day, a game that I would have preferred not to play. On my last day, the toilet did not stop running and did not flush correctly, despite the fact that I jiggled the handle and did everything I could possibly think of to fix it. I stayed at this hotel because of the location, but if there was another place to stay that was equally convenient and at the same price point, I would choose to stay there instead. Mehr

this is one of the best hotels on biscayne bay very conveinent u have everything u need on the first floor of the hotel. numerous restaurants,liquor store,bars nail/hair salon,barber shop, store that has just about eveything in case u forgot something and is only about a 13 dollar cab ride to south beach. i extended my stay 3 nights and tiffany at the […] front desk was great.would definetley stay here again would recommen this hotel to anyone visiting miami.
