Das Hotel und die Hotelanlage waren top gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Top ist natürlich auch die Lage an den Disneyparks. Der einzige Minuspunkt liegt am Frühstück. Dieses wird in der Lobby angeboten und war 1. nicht sehr auswahlreich und 2. jeden Tag gleich. Schon ab dem 2. Tag konnte ich kein Ei und keine Würstchen mehr […] sehen. Die vorher angepriesenen Mickey - Mouse - Waffeln gab es auch nicht ( ich hatte mich sehr auf diese gefreut :) ). Alles in allem ist es für einen Disneybesuch ein sauberes, komfortables Hotel, nur mit dem Frühstück sollte man nicht rechnen. Mehr

Wifi signal was very poor. We could only access a clear signal at 3am. The rest of our stay, 2days, we could only get an extremely bogged down signal or nothing. Otherwise clean, great beds, rough sheets, fair breakfast, nice courtyard/landscaping, nice pool, but the bar was closed most of the day.

The Clarion is located in the heart of Disney. 10 minutes to all parks. The free breakfast for 2 was nice, (hotels.com says free breakfast--hotel and confirmation say for 2) and it was only $2 for each additional person. The pool was very nice, not that we had a lot of energy after a day at the parks, but the water was clean and the hot tub was hot. […] The rooms were clean and the staff are all very nice and helpful. The room was very clean although set up awkwardly. The room stated two queen sized beds and pull out sofa bed but they were all next to each other and other than the mirror in the bathroom, there was no other mirror. Otherwise it was great.

We needed a place to stay while spending three days at Disney. This hotel met the need wonderfully! Although the room seemed a little outdated, it worked rather well for my wife and I as well as our adult daughter and grandson! The sofa sleeper worked well for our son. Carpet smelt like it had been wet before. Breakfast was ok, they need more toasters, there were about 15 people training to use 2 toasters so I had to go with out. Also, the floors are fairly thin, so if you have kids in the room above you, you can hear ever run/stomp they do all hours. Other than that the staff was great and we would visit again.

The shuttle schedule was not convient. Therefore you spent money on cabs to and from the parks. If you are relying on shuttle service I would not stay here.

The pool was great. Room is a touch small to be considered a 'suite' and the closet is a standing unit that could be larger. Microwave and fridge were fine. Bathroom was good, cold water was lukewarm. Restauraunt is currently under construction. Breakfast area is in the lobby. Breakfast was OK. On days with sausage, which is every other day, the eggs […] are Egg McMuffin-style except very thin and somewhat rubbery. This hotel recently changed its name from Comfort Suites to Clarion Suites. I received an e-mail bulletin which read "formally Comfort Suites." Apprently someone doesn't know the difference between the words formally and formerly! The name change caused a lot of confusion. My wife took a shuttle bus from Disney to "Clarion Suites" and ended up at a Clarion Suites off International Drive in Orlando. She was completely lost. That other hotel had no clue about this Clarion hotel or its location in Kissimmee. The parent company should really update the guidebooks and inform other properties in the area about the name change! My wife attempted to call Reservations from the number on her room key to get the address of this Clarion Suites so she could direct a taxi. They were completely useless; they said they were reservations not an information service and refused to help her. Expedia said that the hotel would charge tax upon arrival. To my surprise, they did not. They only charged me for a long distance call, all other charges were covered by the Expedia booking. Mehr

The walls were thin and you could hear people all around you. Since the doors are on the outside of the building, noise from the pool area carries. We were glad we only stayed two nights. We met another family that left early to go to another hotel due to the noise. Breakfast was poor. At least it was close to Disney and other restaurants.

We arrived at the hotel late at night with a sleepy little girl in the back seat to be greeted by the front desk with the news that they had overbooked. That the room we had booked with two queen beds was not available and all they had was a room with a king and a sofa bed. They offered to send us to another hotel they had made arrangments with except […] that they didnt have any room with two queen beds available either. The person i was traveling with and myself work for a hotel and we were very disappointed to say the least. When a guest books a room that is the room they should be presented with upon their arrival. The front desk attendant gave us a bit of an attitude and was almost insulted at the fact we asked if the price for the booking would be adjusted considering they were not giving us what we paid for. It was late and our little girl had to sleep so we stayed having no other real choice. The room was clean and breakfast the next day was crowded but decent. We are still waiting for the front desk manager (who we left a buisness card for) to reach us and give us some sort of apology for our inconvinience. Mehr

High pitched shrill sound from air conditioner kept us awake nites. Certain staff in continental breakfast area (workers there, somehow?) very pushy and rude, enough that after first day we ate elsewhere. Other than that, things were fine. Hotel had a great location near Disney theme parks (closest to Animal Kingdom), good-sized rooms (2 dbl beds + sofa), and a very good breakfast -- including waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. -- included. For all intents and purposes the hotel provided everything we needed. It provided a shuttle to Disney, had free breakfast (which was satisfactory), and the bed was comfortable (although I think I may have been allergic to something in the pillow), What I did not like about the hotel was the value, the maintenance, and the overall attitude of the hotel […] staff. The price that I paid for the hotel was not worth the broken AC, the stains in the bathroom, the smelly towels and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Third time to stay here in last 12 months and as always a good experience. Clean room, nice pool, GREAT continental breakfast saved me a good 6 bucks a day.. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites Maingate in September and was pleased overall with our stay. Pros - Size of bathroom, size of room, politeness of staff and maintenance crew, hot breakfast and great pool area. We had one small issue with our tub stopper not staying up when showering therefore never draining. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately […] sent someone up to repair it. The T.V. kept flashing on and off without notice. Then when it finally came on for good it had a lot of static on every channel. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were big and they have a wonderful free breakfast

I visited in January 2011, three years after first visiting in 2008. The hotel has declined in quality. 2.5 stars is fair for this hotel. Good points: Good breakfast, nice pool, clean pillows, clean towels, fair price, friendly breakfast & front desk staff. Bad points: Substandard ventilation in bathroom, leading to mold on door (the presence of which […] shows poor cleaning as well). Stains on carpet. Poor job cleaning bathroom prior to check-in & afterwards; particularly poor job making beds (sloppy/lumpy/rushed). More attention to cleaning and maintenance would be helpful. In 2008, I would have given this hotel 3.5 stars easy. Now its a weak 2.5, but tolerable. Staff and hotel location was fantastic. Everyone very friendly and close to attractions, shopping and food. Shuttle service friendly and prompt. Instead of relocating us to another room, they insisted on "fixing" it. The maintenance person got it flushing again, but the told us the "trick" to keeping it working. 家族11人で3部屋予約をして2日宿泊しましたが、思ったより部屋が広く、洗面スペースもゆったりとしていました。朝食も日本人の口に合う物が多かったかな。ただ茶色の食べ物ばかりで、少し胃が重たく感じました。また少し水も臭いがしました。敏感肌の人にはダメかもしれません。

Huone oli pieni kuudelle hengelle. Aamiaisen sai ilmaiseksi vain kaksi henkeä/huone. Aamiainen oli vaatimaton. Huonetta kohden oli tietokonetilassa päivittäistä nettiaikaa 0,5h. Himen erikoista tuokin. Uima-altaat olivat isoja ja lämmitettyjä. Siitä plussa. Siivoojat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja palveluhenkisiä.
