This Hotel is excellent....Close to Airport, Mall and restaurants.. The hotel is extremely Comfortable and clean, they offer a complimentary breakfast which was good.. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and the mall.

I was stuck in MSP for a snow storm, and needed an option I could afford. I took a gamble, and went to this comfort inn. It was really nice, clean and staff was really nice. It is attached to an Outback so that eliminates having to go into commando mode to find a place to eat in an unknown area.

We were driving through and decided to stop and take the kids to the Mall of America. Hotel was very conveniently located to the Mall and the highway for our travels. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only dislike was the air temperature in the pool room. The pool area itself was clean and the water temperature was fine. […] I was chilly just watching the kids play and certainly a bit too cool coming out of the water. Overall, I would certainly recommend the Comfort Inn for any business traveler or any family passing through. Mehr

I think there are cheaper hotels in the same area as this one. Front desk clerk was constantly interrupted during our check in process to answer incoming phone calls which I thought was very inappropriate. Outside temperature was sub-zero and we could not get the room comfortably warm. Had to call the front desk to deliver more blankets. Overall, has […] been recently painted, but not very up-to-date. We were mislead by the parking fee. Hotel.com told us the parking was included in the price and at check-in we were told that is not true. How do we get reimbursed?

The hotel shuttle was convenient and it also runs to Mall of America. I flew in one evening, shuttled to the mall the next day where I met up with family.

The hotel was not worth the price. The bed was really hard, there were a lot of repair needs. The bedroom was clean, but not very comfortable. Internet service was horrid. I was only staying one night, so I guess it was OK for just passing through. Would I go back? Nope. Definitely not for the price. The location was the only thing holding me. We picked this hotel for being near the mall of America and for being reasonably priced. I was shocked at just how close it was and how clean and comfortable it was for the $$. If our kids had been with us I would have had no problem setting the baby on the floor, unlike other hotels that we have paid more for. It also had a flat screen tv which we […] enjoyed. The extended continental breakfast was phenomenal! Two kinds of eggs and waffles, and plenty of healthy fruit and other offerings! Outback Steakhouse on site :) Pool was great, continental breakfast was super (waffles, eggs, ham, cereal, fruit, etc...) Employees were very nice...no hot tub and 2 of 4 fitness machines were broken however so all you could do was use a treadmill but that's the only negative things about the stay! My 12 year old son and I came up to the cities for a little get away. We were welcomed by a very polite young lady at our check in and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean, very comfy beds and pillows. There were limited TV channels, but the pool more than made up for that. The pool area was very clean also. Nice sized pool area and the […] pool had a wide range of depths to it. To my suprise, the pool was almost as warm as bath water, it was awesome. The shuttle bus drivers were awesome at explaining where to go and very prompt at picking me up at the airport!!!!! The front desk clerk was also very helpful in providing toiletries that my granddaughter had forgotten!!! Wonderful employees!

We wanted a hotel close to Mall of America and a few other locations. Room was decent, clean, breakfast was also ok. Great price for a great location.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and after a long drive that was appreciated.

We did not spend much time in our room as this was a shopping trip. It definitely is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but was ok for the price. Our only complaint was that our shower did not drain well. Do have to say however the continental breakfast was very good.

I just love staying at this hotel. All the employees are very friendly and willing to help with anything.

Close to the airport, which is why we spent the night there. + outback steakhouse on site - corridors were very musty - sheets weren't very clean

The hotel was very good for our overnight in the Twin Cities. Our room was comfortable and not drafty. Three building is showing some age, but is very quiet despite the proximity to I-494 and the airport. Having Outback Steak House attached was a bonus we couldn't take advantage of, but we'll look into it next time we are in the area.

The hotel room was much nicer than I expected and found it really nice. I've stayed at other Comfort Inns that were not as nice. We were booked for a doubles room, but upon check-in I inquired about possibly getting a king (it was me with a 3yo & a 2mo), and they had one available for us! We used the pool in the morning & found that the air was a bit […] chilly so we couldn't stay in it quite as long as we had hoped, but otherwise was nice. For being so close to the airport & the MOA, it was really a good deal considering how nice it was. Mehr

The only complaint that I have is that housekeeping starts knocking on doors as early as 8:30am, but check out time isn't until noon. Some people would like to sleep in while on vacation.

The room was great, but we heard doors shutting and opening in the hall and people outside in the parking lot even though we were on the third floor.

The hotel was nice, beds were fairly comfortable. The big downfall of the hotel is that it doesn't have a hot tub, it has a pool but not hot tub. Also the tub/shower wouldn't drain very fast and so in the shower the wayer stood above my ankles which i didn't like at all!!

Staff and service great. Great shuttle service. Very clean. Bed and bedding not comfortable. Breakfast only fair. Very little noise through walls but lots of noise through window. Very noisy truck (garbage truck I think) came very early in am. Sounded like it was dumping a large comercial garbage bin right below our window. My stay at the hotel was a good one. The most convenient part of the hotel with their shuttle service. They have a 24 hour shuttle service that will come and get you and take you to the Mall of America. At the Mall of America is the Light Rail which connects you to the rest of Minneapolis. Great shuttle service to Mall of America and airport. Breakfast had a nice variety and was very clean. Although food items were sold in the vending machine, there was no microwave to heat it up. However, Front Desk did have a microwave and heated the item for us. I had a problem with the bathtub faucet and maintenance came and fixed it right away.

The cost was higher than expected because of park and fly we needed. I did not know that when I booked the room. I also found a few different prices on websites. Ten dollars a day is too high to leave a car parked there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was pretty good besides the cable going out. I couldn't watch the MLB playoffs. The Outback steakhouse wouldn't put volume on their tvs so I went to the hotel bar next door.

.This is a comfortable place to stay with close proximity to the airport. The only complaint is that it is showing its age. The carpets are worn, and the printer in the business center did not work. There were stains on the carpet in our room that were unappealing. The staff is great, and the price is very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Clean, quick service, enjoyed the pool. Great to have shuttle service. Conveniently close to MO, so close that when the shuttle was to full to get us three on a return trip back to the hotel , it only took less than fifteen minutes to return to pick us up and we were the only ones on. Would have no problem staying again.

The rooms were a little old and receptionist not v friendly, i wouldnt say rude.

The front desk was great. Very help full. Parking was also good. The pool area & breakfrest area were clean & taken care of. The hall ways were old. The room was clean, beds were full & not queen size. We did find a bug in the bathroom but it was not a roach. The shower was really nice. I did ask for the remolded room & I got one. This is a really nice hotel. Close to the Mall of America (0.8 mi). Restaurants are close by. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
