Sehr gute Betten, alles pikobello sauber. Der geringe Aufschlag für den "Executive Floor" lohnt, dafür gibt es freie Getränke, leckere Appetizer am frühen Abend und ein astreines continental breakfast sowie einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Lediglich die 21$ für die Tiefgarage sind ein Wermutstropfen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

"Location was perfect to downtown Atlanta"
I loved it!! The room was clean...the entrance to the hotel smells wonderfully!!! It was close to most of the museums/attractions I wanted to visit.

Extremely accessible from the 400 and easy commute to the Roswell and Alpharetta areas. It also only took about 20 minutes to drive to the Buckhead area. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. My stay at your hotel was very comfortable and in a very convinent location. The only thing that I wish was in the room was a microwave. Overall my stay was excellent and the customer services was great!

Hotel was nice with friendly staff, but there were dirty panties in our closet..., other than that it was a great hotel, I give 4 of 5 stars. Close to everything as well, we went to a concert at the Verizon amphitheatre and this was very convenient, mall is within close proximity as well.

"Hyatt in Georgia"
I recommend this hotel to anyone, each and every one of the staff was super nice. The room was clean and confortable. I rate the overall hotel 4.7

The best way to describe the Hotel in relation to cost is one word, ADEQUATE. I am surprised that Hyatt would allow such a facility to fly under any of its banners. It was clean, but then again I would hope that Motel 6 was clean. The interior looks as if it is waiting for a much needed upgrade.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. I would gladly recommend this hotel to any friend and plan on staying at the same hotel the next time I am in Georgia.

Should have basic first aid supplies available at the desk. We inquired at the front desk for rubbing alcohol (for swimmers ear) and were advised none was available. the desk clerk did provide directions to Target so we could purchase some. Otherwise the hotel was in very good shape. The rooms were spacious and the flat screen HDTV's were nice.

The stay was great but when we checked in the guy at the front dest was eating soup or chili while he was checking us in. I though that was very unprofessional. Also there were no DVD players.

We came down to go to the American Girl store and for an event at the Georgia World Congress Center. We were very happy with the hotel and its overall cleanliness and location. My highschool girlfriends and I met just to have a little weekend reunion. A perfect spot. The living area was perfect for us to stay and chat and we were in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great weekend.

Upon checkin my husband and I were very please with the level of customer service rendered. The carpet guy was there when we arrived cleaning the hallway on our floor...still loving it.. until later that night and the following morning. The shower head was broken.. the channels kept going out on the flat screen(amenity) and the hallway ended up smelling […] like feet.. Stale and packed back. Housekeeping doesn't speak english... the front desk staff on Sat. day were sooo rude and lacked customer service.. long story short.. NOT ONLY WILL THIS B MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THE Hyatt/NORTH POINT OR ANY OTHER HYATT HOTEL FOR THAT MATTER.. TOTAL TURN OFF Mehr
