This hotel is so bad that it needs to be condemed. The phone doesnt work in hotel, there are stray cats running all over the place, the window curtains does not close properly, ther room needed painting and a proper secured door, and the hotel need to get into the 21st century and get rid of the old televisions in the rooms while providing more channel […] options for paying customers. In addition for the quality of the hotels, the rates were too much. Mehr

Quality Inn Phoenix Airport was an okay place to stay for one night after late arrival in PHX. Room was clean, front desk was helpful, breakfast spread was what you expect. This property is just a little tired, but okay. Exterior entrances, long narrow rooms with so-so privacy. Bathroom adequate, carpeting so-so. Limited landscaping. Probably appropriate […] for the rate, though I suspect there are nicer places to stay. About 3 miles from airport terminal. They do offer shuttle though we did not use it. Mehr

In the bathroom and by the sink there was streaks and spots on the wall. Some were ok such as paint. Others I had an idea about and was not happy with. Others I had no clue about and was even unhappier with. I stayed here because I was going to Chase Field and Mesa, and it was between the two. I had to do a double check when I got there because there […] was a Holiday Inn Van blocking the Hotel lobby Door. I was a little wary giving the clerk at check in my CC for incidentals. He laughed when he gave me my room. The clerk at check out was not much better. The landscaping was minimal, possibly because of being in a desert, which is ok. While there for two nights I saw one other couple. They spoke a different language so could not ask about their room. The parking lot however was basically full while we were there. It seemed like most of the cars there never moved. Avoid this place. Avoid this Place. Avoid this Place!!! Mehr

Wireless service was down my first night there, but they did get it restored first thing the next morning. The facility is clean, but it is also showing signs of aging and neglect. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, as it consists of the standard fare of artificial eggs, soy-based sausages […] and little else -- and they don't change the menu from day to day. In all, for the price, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I'll stay there again. Mehr

We only had a short stay at this hotel because we checked in at 10:00pm and left at 3:00am because we were catching a flight. We chose this hotel for the location and free shuttle to the airport which was on time and very easy. The wake up call was on time also, even though we were already awake. The staff was very kind.

We were initially concerned about the general state of the hotel as it is old and in need of renovation. However, we observed that renovations are in progress and our particular room was fine. In particular, given the renovation activity, we were pleased and surprised how quiet it was within our room. My only specific issue with the room was a significant […] air gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. The "free" continental breakfast was excellent with hot food including bacon and sausage. We would rate this a good deal for the money! Mehr

The hotelis old and in need of renovations and updating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Shabby Rooms, Extreamly poor TV , Pool, Grounds & Lobby OK

This was a great place for us to stay and we stayed there twice. First room was wonderful, and so was the second room , but the second room needed some repairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful both times.

What a horrible stay: 1. Bug in tub. 2. No elevator. 3. No breakfast left 1 hour into breakfast time. 4. Leak under sink. 5. Toilet ran all night.

This hotel should be a one star. I have stayed in two star hotels, 10 times nicer than this. When I walked in the room, I wanted to turn around and leave but couldn't because I already paid for it. I only stayed here because it was close to my office and so many hotels were full with it being spring training in Phoenix, including the hotel I always […] stay at. The carpet was filthy, the walls had been touched up with paint that didn't match, The bathroom door had been "patched". It had old looking flat beds with ugly gold bedspreads. The TV looked like it was from the 70's. I felt like I was in some road side motel in the middle of nowhere instead of a chain hotel. I have stayed at this chain before and did not have this problem. The front desk person was nice enough. That is the only thing nice I can say about this hotel. Mehr

The motel may be fine overall, but my room had the filthiest carpeting I've ever seen. Black and brown patches covered the floor. I didn't examine them to ascertain what they might have been, but made sure I kept my shoes on whenever I walked on the carpet. Had the hour not been so late and I been so tired, I would have tried hard to find a cleaner […] room or motel. Mehr

My wife and I needed a place close to the airport for an early flight. The Quality Inn was great for that. It is less than a 10 min drive away (and less than 15 from downtown). Fortunately, it does not sit in the flight path so we never heard a single plane. It sits in some kind of office/ industrial area. So it is quiet at night. The Sheraton is right […] next door and another expensive hotel is just down the road (so the area can't be bad). The room was acceptably clean, but the rug was badly stained by the front door. The pool looked nice, but we arrived late and never used it. My wife was very impressed with the selection in the free breakfast. The guy at the front desk was also very nice and helped us with the lobby computer to print our boarding passes. Since it is a cheaper hotel don't expect to see mostly suburbians there. It was a very mixed crowd. At check in, my wife and I were a little uneasy about a group of angry looking Middle-Eastern men sitting by the front door. Yet, we never heard a peep at night and slept soundly. Summary: It's not a hotel for a vacation, but it is a great and cheap airport hotel. Mehr

If you're staying at a hotel in this area, you are likely a college parent or on business. (Only 10 minutes from ASU, much quieter and less traffic.) In either case, this hotel is an extremely good value, clean rooms and decent breakfast - cereal, yogurts, etc. (Could use some fresh fruit!) Only issue was when I was given a "no-smoking" room on check […] - in, I went to the room and it reeked of smoke. There was no problem getting me another room, though. But the hotel should have maids pay attention to the smells, and make sure that "no-smoking" rooms really are smoke-free. Mehr

The AC in the room is not having the capacity to deal with Phoenix summer. The free breakfast is good.

We were surprised and excited to find a jacuzzi tub in our room wih a king-sized bed. The excitement was short-lived as the control for the jets did not funtion properly.

Very helpful and has quick service to and from the airport. Made traveling thru phx tolerable.
