Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 14. Okt. 2012Die Zimmer in den verschiedenen Häusern sind sehr unterschiedlich, zum Teil mit oder ganz ohne Aussicht. Jedenfalls sind sie sehr gross, wir fühlten uns mehr wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Leider war ein Bad geschlossen, das andere eher weit weg. Ruhig. Wir waren erstaunt, dass wir in dieser eher gehobenen Anlage für das Wifi bezahlen sollten, während unserer bisher 3-wöchigen USA-Reise in billigeren Hotels ist das noch nie vorgekommen!

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 10. Nov. 2011Die Lodge ist sehr idyllisch gelegen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick ueber Sedona.Ich war jetzt das 2te mal da und wuerde es wieder buchen. Die Anlage besteht aus vielen kleinen Bungalows die in einer Art Garten mit vielen Blumen und kleinen Teichen angelegt sind.Es gibt auch einen Pool der im Sommer sicherlich super ist (wir waren im Nov. da). Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, sauber und absolut standard fuer 2Sterne.Die Kopfkissen waren leider sehr unbequem aber das ist ja Geschmackssache! Das Hotel bietet kein Fruehstuck aber Kaffee an der Lobby, sowie Getraenke jeder Art an einem Automaten. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist absolut grandios und wohl das Beste am ganzen Hotel :)!Sehr romantisch auch fuer einen Abend zu zweit mit einem Glas Wein!

"Good room for the money"
The hotel staff was friendly but limited on outside knowledge. The hotel room was clean however, there was a hole in the wall where a kleenex box or something was supposed to go. "Horrible Night"
When we first got to our room, it looked run down. Everything in the room seems to be "fixed" cheaply or still broken. We didn't mind that much because we were just stopping here for the night. Plus we were literally the only ones staying there, or so we thought. The hotel decided to put a van full of kids above us. The hotel had no other guests. The […] parking lot was empty except for our cars and the van of kids.... We were kept up all night. And when we finally couldnt take it anymore (1 AM), we called the front desk.. no answer... Overall ok I just wish there was an elavator to get to our room in the 2nd floor and our coffee pot would not work in the morning. I found it different that the office was a distance from the rooms. I am handicap it was a little inconvience for me but it was nice, clean and everything we needed was in the room table, chairs, desk, iron, fridge, microwave […] and hair dryer. "Hard to find, gave me uncleaned room!"
I arrived and was given keys to my room, room had not been cleaned, sheets on floor, garbage on floor, disgusting. Went back to see what was the deal, they had another key ready and told me someone didn't get the memo about my room being switched. I understand these things happen, but I checked in later in the evening, was tired, had to go to 2nd floor […] (by the way this is what I call a MOTEL with doors to outside with 2 floors, like motel 6) then back to office, then to otherside of MOTEL to 1st floor. Room was fairly clean, but there were dirty wash cloths stuck on top of the closed shower curtain. Gross!!! The plumbing on the sink and the shower were totally loose. These need to be repaired. Turn the water on and the entire faucet would move. The rest of the room was clean and the AC worked great, that is a plus. After finally locating the hotel, which is waaay off the beaten path,( or is it just the poor signage on SR89 vs. SR89A?) we were pleasantly surprised at the attractive entrance lobby. The separate smoking and non-smoking buildings is especially appreciated since there is no trace of smoke whatsoever in the non-smoking 2-floor building. It was peaceful […] and quiet and the location was ideal for visiting the Old Town sites, Verde Canyon RR, Jerome and Montezuma's Castle as well as the new Castle Cliffs Casino and The Gathering restaurant, which was excellent. "Low Quality Inn"
Def a let down. Beds were unconfortable, lighting was poor. Pool is advertised as heated and was freezing cold and unusable. Pool gate uses room key card but that was out of order and you had to climb the fence to access the hot tub which is tiny and too hot. Hotel is a mish mash of incandecent and energy saving pig tail bulbs. They even had a pig tail […] bulb in the heat lamp in the bathroom. Lobby is in a,seperate building from rooms, about 200 yards away and you need to drive to the horrible continental breakfast they offered. I have stayed in better rooms for far less cost. Antwort von Quality Inn Cottonwood I am sorry about your experience. A bit surprised though. Our Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow to mattresses are liked by most. We utilize energy saving lights in all rooms. Pool is unheated--if advertised otherwise, it's not a website the hotel is responsible for. We no longer have heat lamps in the bathrooms. Cannot change the layout of the buildings. You climbed the fence?! Q Café has Belgium waffles, hot/cold cereals, eggs/potatoes, yogurts, breads/pastries and more. Sounds like there's more to this story.

This hotel is off the main higway, but close enough to everything to be convenient. The best part of staying there was not hearing traffic! Also the desk staff was pleasant and provided a lot of local information. The continental breakfast had a wonderful variety to choose from also. "Very mediocre hotel"
This was a very mediocre hotel. The guy at the front desk was not helpful and bordering on rude. The room was outdated and in need of a remodel. The tissue boxes in the wall were missing the covers, so the unpainted raw edges of the sheet-rock were uncovered. The edges around the sink were dirty, and the fridge hadn’t been wiped out. "Good location for hospital"
We choose this hotel because of the location and the nearness to the hospital across the street as we were visiting a relative who was ill. The most positive remark I can make is that the beds were very comfortable. Several of the light bulbs were burned out in the room and the ice machine outside by the pool was not working. Because all the units are […] outside in the back of the property quite far from the front office, I walked 300 to 400 feet to the front desk where the manager filled my ice bucket. The plumbing fixtures in the shower/bathtub pull away from the wall when turning the water on. Shower head needs to be replaced. The heat lamp bulb had been replaced with just a regular light bulb so no heating in the shower area. The small refrigerator was unplugged and the door would not close. My husband fixed the gasket on the fridge door so that it would close and work properly. We paid a supposedly special rate which seemed a little steep for the quality of the facility.
