Auch die Umgebung natürlich und lebendig Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort Alle waren begeistert besonders auch wegen der guten öffentlichen Anbindung

Eine mal etwas anders gebaute Hotelvariante mit sehr schönem Innenhof. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber. Die Nähe zur Bastille war unschlagbar und obwohl das Hotel so zentral lag war es ausgesprochen ruhig. Ein Trakt wird aktuell komplett renoviert. Preis-Leistung fand ich für Paris angemessen.

Wir fanden das Hotel sehr zeckmässig eingerichtet, inkl. Teewasserkocher. Der Spaziergangh durch dem Hof gibt ei angenehmes "Heinkommen". Das Frühstück haben wir nicht versucht, es gab gemütlich Kaffés die uns mehr entsprochen haben.

Th e hotel was wonderful. very clean and the staff were wonderful. everything we ask for was there in minutes. they were helpful with directions and travel suggestions. I would definately stay there again and suggest anyone traveling in the area to stay there as well. the rates were very reasonable and we booked on line and saved half price to desk […] prices and there were never any problems with anything. No complaints at all. wonderful and very clean. everyone spoke english and was very very helpful. thanks to everyone for makeing a wonderful trip for us. free coffee and sodas and beer in the rooms everyday, shampoo, hairdryer, elevators worked well. they had hotel umbrella to use all day. we booked one night on line to see if we liked it and wanted to stay there and they told us to go back to our room and book it on line and save half price that way. very nice. we took sodas and water from the room for the day and saved about 5 dollars each for those because of the euro exchange. close to subway which we used everyday and it even goes to versai and drops you off at the effiel tower' Mehr

I was very pleasantly suprised as this hotel exceeded my expectations.

hotel is conveniently located close to a metro and walking distance to the historical Marai district. free wi-fi. didn't try the restaurant as they are expensive. Staff recommend St. Michel for meals and it's an excellent recommendation. We were very pleased with our hotel selection.

Lovely, clean hotel with warm and welcoming staff. A one minute walk from a metro (st sebastien froissairt) but not technically located in the marais, although it's not more than a ten minute walk. The hotel is modern and well kept with a nice big courtyard for evening drinks. A couple of funky little French bars line the street and are worth a loo […] k. Mehr

What a gem of a hotel. Just spent 3 days in Paris. Great location, lovely rooms which included a microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. Staff were friendly and would thoroughly recommend the hotel and Le Marais to anyone thinking of booking a stay in Paris

This is a great hotel. It's actually a collection of apartment buildings centered around a quiet courtyard. While the rooms are for the most part quiet, we were woken up every morning to the sound of cars honking below our window. The first morning it went on for 2 hours. Not their fault, but next time I'd request a room on the court yard. Note, this […] hotel isn't in the actual marais. More Marais adjacent; across Blvd Beaumarchais. Still close to everything (Metro, Marais, Bastille, etc.) They also have a deal with a free tour group that gives walking tours for tips. (Just an FYI, it's probably best to plan on tipping about 7-10euro / person which seems fair as it's best just as an orientation to the Marais.) Oh... Also if you're going to take a cab to this hotel, be sure to have the address as there is also a restaurant by that same name. Mehr

We stayed for 2 nights in mid August 2011 and had a junior suite to take our 7 year old twins and us. The room was tight for space but clean and very quiet, a big plus!! Good location for getting around Paris. We thought the breakfast was busy and expensive. We ate at the hotel restuarant one night, the food was very good but they didn't seem too happy […] to accomodate us in the restaurant, I think they were short staffed. The front desk was very helpful. We would stay there again but would take all of our meals out. Mehr

10 minutes walk from Bastille and Republique squares (equidistant.) 2 minutes walk from St-Sebastien Froissart metro - the nearest. Very nice hotel although neighbourhood was a bit scruffy/mixed and had a pizza takeaway & bar just opposite which didn't look very nice. BUT hotel was outstanding and all the rooms run back away from the entrance and ours […] (and most I think) opened onto a long rectangular uber cool courtyard with beautiful planting and secluded seating areas. We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and spacious. The fold out bed for 3rd occupant was comfortable and easy to set up. Tea/coffee making facility in the room. Bars and restaurants nearby. 5 Minute walk to Metro which is essential to get round the city. Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble and all spoke good English. We left an item […] of clothing behind and the staff found it and sent it to our UK address though we had to pay the postage (which is fair enough). Can recommend staying there. Mehr

What a find this was! Boutique hotel recently done over with an amazing inner courtyard. Excellent restaurant with nouveau cuisine. Bed very comfortable in a nicely appointed room. A little away from the main sites, but easy access to Metro. Looks to be in the 'locals' section with restaurants and pubs near.

This hotel is not near any major tourist attractions. Unless you're in excellent health, everything is a long walk away. There are metro locations within walking distance. But they were pretty empty late at night making it a little unnerving. I can't tell you about the breakfast because it stopped too soon for me. No one seemed to be dining at the restaurant. […] But there are some okay places across the street and at the corner which why it got noisy late into the night! The garden at the center of the hotel is nice unless it rained every day as it did on my stay. Mehr

The Hotel is charming and the service is good.. It is not in the Marais but close enough. I would happily stay there again.

The room we were given at first was not what we thought we were supposed to get. The room was to have four beds (one set being made together as a king). However the Hotel did give us a Suite instead and that made all the difference in our trip. The Hotel is lovely and the people are delightful. I would absolutely recommend this Hotel.

Hotel was fine once we switched rooms from one that smelled like someone had been smoking in it

This hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, with huge rooms and was resonably priced. The staff was fluent in English and made us feel right at home immediately upon arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is big but feels rather small. The courtyard is nice, especially to kids. The interior style is not to my liking, too much crome, grey glass etc - could be a lot homier. The room for 4 was quite small, just one room even if they called it a suite.

came to do some work in the city, stated at the hotel for 9 nights total. Hotel is well situated , though noisy rooms from surrounding bars. Booked a large room and asked for a large bed(queen) and received a dbl twin bed along with a nice lecture why should i be using this bed rather then queen bed that i ordered and stated on the order that is available.no […] minibar but simple sodas, and very limited food variety to order in all day. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in october 2010. We selected it for the location and were not disappointed. Very close to the metro and in easy walking distance of the Le Marais area / bastille. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room overlooked the delightful garden. Although it wasn't warm enough to sit out it would be a very pleasant […] experience in the summer. Didn't have breakfast because we thought very expensive at 20 euro's per person. However there are lots of places nearby offering petit dejeuner much cheaper. This hotel is very well located - just a couple of minutes from the Metro, and a few stations away from la Gare du Nord and from the main tourist sites. It is in the quietest part of Le Marais and yet just five-to-ten minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and nicely furbished. The hotel... Les Jardins du Marais was definitely very well appointed and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Being that neither my girlfriend or myself spoke any French, the fact that the staff spoke English (very well) was a HUGE help. The hotel bar/restaurant are both beautiful and the outdoor courtyard is devine, easily the key attraction […] for the hotel. The Room... Though the classic room in the Duffy building was on the small side, it definitely got the job done for sleeping after long days of walking the city. The location... The hotel is located in a very French area, nary a tourist in sight. So, if speaking French is not a strong suit this may not be the hotel for you. If you are looking for a true Paris experience, as a local may live their day-to-day, you will love 74 Amelot. But, if you are looking for tourist attractions, shopping, or fine dining you won't find much within walking distance. Mehr

The courtyard of this hotel is exquisite and our girls loved running around in it which to an extent they could without to many noses in the air. The rooms are lovely and very good for young families in need of a fridge. We never ate in the restaurant - even breakfast; the restaurant is not in any sense child friendly with edges glass and plastic everywhere. […] It doesnt matter though as there are two great cafe's just outside the front door. Overall and excellent place to explore Paris from and the Marais district is fantastic. Mehr

My husband and I picked this hotel at the last minute, we stayed there 2 nights and wanted to be in the Marais. This hotel is not really in the Marais but close enough to walk to the shopping streets and also the Metro. The hotel is beautiful with several different buildings and a gorgeous court yard, it looked very promising walking up to the last […] building to our room which was on the 5th floor. The room was tiny but nice looking with a pretty nice view however the bed spread had some suspicious stains which was a big turn off and the 2 beds were tiny (smaller than a twin ) the mattress was horrible, it felt odd and uneven but we were happy to be in Paris ! The next morning we wanted to go see the popular shopping area and the staff at the front desk was helpful but had no clue about the shops, they gave us a small area map with dots for the shops but we found through Google that was not THE shopping area at all, so thank god for I-phones and Google maps we did find the right area. The Marais is GREAT if you are in the right place. The second night we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room, it was warm outside and the room was hot, the air conditioner did not work, we could not sleep and at 11.30 pm we tried to get some technical assistance. The man who came I believe was the night guard and had no idea how to work the air conditioner but said to wait about 20 minutes as he had "fixed" it. We waited 30 minutes,, it did not work. We then moved to a room on the same floor, it had the same problem. After another half hour wait we again moved to another room, this one was on the first floor and it was a nice cold room! My only reason for not wanting to stay at this hotel is because the beds were too small and too uncomfortable. Technical problems can happen anywhere and they did help us find a cooler room. The staff was friendly and helpful but not very knowledgeable. Mehr

Decent hotel with American-sized room space in an out-the-way area. Quiet rooms were appreciated. Bedding appears new and bathroom was well done. On-site resturant is decorated in ultra-modern motif: Yuk. Location: Although it is a short walk to Metro stop, you'll be doing a lot of station transfers to get anywhere.. The main drag closeby is loaded […] with motorcycle shops but NO banks nor patisories. Staff was better than average. DON'T bring a car! Mehr

The hotel experience was excellent. The staff very accommodating. The lobby decor very lovely. The room was a nice size and very clean. The location was perfect. Close to metro's and an amazing shopping area "the Marais." The only one slight drawback was the fact it could be a little noisey in the morning for those of us that like to sleep late. Dårlig start med tildelt røkerom! Jeg bestilte IKKE-RØKER gjennom hotels.com og sa at hotellet jo må lese bestillingen det får!! Min erfaring er at hotellene som regel ALDRI leser bestillinger de får over nett!!!Saken ble fort ordet. fikk et bra ikke-røker-rom. Bra hotell, flott beliggenhet, greie folk i resepsjonen. Men badet er for trangt og den moderne […] stilen med fiolette sofaer og lys er ikke bra. Mehr

Très bien situé ,près du Centre Pompidou, stations de métro proche 1-5 min à pied. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Prévoir un "tapis" pour rejoindre la réception, car la cour est pavée et les valises transportées par les clients font bcp de bruit !! Sinon très silencieux, les chambres donnent sur une trés belle cour intérieure.

konfortabelt og god service, rolig strøk, men lytt mellom rommene og gangen. Hotellet er nylig pusset opp, men det tacky "glamorøse" interiøert er ikke 4 stjerners.

A mi chemin entre l'hôtel et la résidence hôtelière (kitchenette dans la chambre), nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Les Jardins du Marais. Situation excellente (1mn de la station de métro), calme puisqu'en retrait du boulevard, accueil souriant, excellente literie, chambre spacieuse (je précise que nous avons été surclassés en chambre supérieure), […] bref rien à dire. Bon rapport qualité-prix par hotels.com. Mehr
