We had a really nice stay. The only compaint we had was the beds are way too soft but thats better than hard! Other than that it was very clean and everyone was very polite.

Friendly Staff. Lots of dining 1 exit down interstate. Easy location to get to.

The manager's special on drinks was nice and so was the manager's breakfast. They have made to order omelets and other breakfast food. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty and I love the water falls in the main lobby.

Close to the airport, shopping and great restaurants. Lots of families here but hotel is well insulated and rooms are very quiet. Breakfast buffet was more than prepaid boxed items and included made to order omelettes. Will stay here again.

We stayed with children for a family get-away so the provided made-to-order breakfast, swimming pool, and refrigerator in the room were excellent to have. The staff was very kind and accomodating. The room decor was okay. Wish the bathroom would have been bigger.

A little high on the rates, but having a clean and friendly place next to the airport when you're traveling is worth it.

Very quiet & peaceful. Bed was quite comfortable & easy check out. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for sure. My favorite was the manager's reception--that was awesome! Free beverages for 2 hours (we're talking regular glass wine glasses with high quality wine with a fair variety--not a tiny plastic cup)! This alone is worth a LOT! (Don't count […] on big snacks as it was just popcorn & chex mix----but the beverages were great). Overall, very nice atmosphere. It was perfect for our get-away. Mehr

It was a good value. The hotel was clean, it is close to Zona Rosa and the airport. The hot breakfast was good. The only downside is that there is an extra charge for internet.

My wife & I were celebrating our anniversary when we checked in the staff asked if we were newlyweds because of the T shirts we were wearing. When we told them we were celebrating our anniversary and that we stayed there on our wedding night they checked us into the presidential suite. We had a great time hotel was clean and we were close to shopping.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed. The compimentary breakfast had a chef making made to order meals along with a buffet that was delicious. The only draw back was that the pool was horribly crowded, but it was 95 outside. The only other negative was that there were room service dishes everywhere in the halls waiting to be picked […] up at 4 when we checked in. The pool water was very salty (I know you're not suppose to drink the water, however you do taste it). That was my only complaint. The hotel was a perfect place for a weekend get-away for our family. The extra living room with the pull out sofa made accommodated a family of five perfectly. The manager's cocktail hour and the made-to-order breakfast were added values that made the stay even better.

Typical older Embassy Suites in need of some sprucing up, which they appear to be doing. Service was acceptable, except that the maid tapped (very annoying tap with her key) way too early. I asked her to come back, but no one ever did. As a result, I came back that night to exactly what I left. ( May just be a one-off, but you never know). Bring a suit for the pool and hot tub, bring your Reebok's for the workout center, Precor, my favorite! Evening cocktails and morning breakfast are a military operation, prepare to hold on to that muffin if it's 10:31 AM. And watch out for the falling curtains over the bar at the cocktail hour, they will literally close them in your face. While I understand […] you can't drag out these "free, ahem" amenities. Reminding us that we have exactly 6 mins to get an omeltet is a bit rough. I looked at my iphone and watched at they rolled the cart up to the breakfast bbar and had a second hand run off. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites, but never this location. I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the Manager's Reception and Breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Yes, this hotel has received some very nice cosmetic upgrades. Unfortunately, a convenience upgrade made for VERY uncomfortable night. The thermostat would only let the room get down to 67 degrees. With all the humidity created by the waterfalls, this WAY too hot, even for Thanksgiving night in KC. Add to that $10/night for internet and I think this […] hotel is WAY overpriced. The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating and the made-to-order free breakfast was wonderful! My room was nice and clean, too. My only complaint was that there were tons of unaccompanied kids in the pool the first night we were there. A security guard came down there but never said anything to the kids that were running around the pool with water […] guns squirting everyone. This was very minor in comparison to the great experience I had there the rest of the trip, though! Mehr

My family and I like Embassy Suites so we were disappointed in the condition and service of this hotel after our stay. I would still recommend the Embassy Suite chain, just not this one until they are finished with the renovations. It is a tired and worn hotel, and the while the front desk personnel were very helpful, our interaction with the other […] hotel personnel was not very good. Mehr

Where else can you stay and have a free cocktail and cook to order breakfast included in your hotel stay. The service was great.

This is the second time in the last three months that we have went for the weekend. Happy hour,nice heated pool and back to the room for a movie, and then up the next morning, a wonderfull breakfast, work out, pool, and sauna, stay till noon!

The hotel in house resturant called something grill. This was way overpriced with a limited menu and the quality of the food was not good. The manager did compensate us. It was a Friday night the hotel was full and this resturant was empty, so what does that tell you.

I had looked over other reviews of this hotel before booking. The only real down side was 1 bad review of the pool. Since I had 2 children, the use of the pool was an important to us. When we got there, the kids jumped into the pool. It was VERY dirty. So dirty, in fact, within an hour, the manager came out and asked everyone to leave the pool. This is a great hotel with all the extras you want including free drinks at night and a "great" breakfast in the morning. Pets were no problem and the rooms were quiet (there was a 12-13 year olds baseball team staying on the same floor), never heard a sound. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. Staff was helpful but busy.
