The only thing wrong with this hotel is the bathtub was stained. Beyond that, it is comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are going to visit Farmington, this is a nice place to stay. It has adequate ammenities, with access to microwave and our room had a mini refrigerator. On a positive note the hotel was inexpensive, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful + the breakfast was probably the best we had on this holiday. Sadly this was rather offset by fact that the sink caused problems + when we tried to put on the airconditioning before we went to bed we found it gave of a dreadful smell so could not be used.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed at The Region Inn for five days on business. So I spent a lot of time in my room crunching paperwork. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. There was adequate lighting for pouring over tedious files. The recliner was a welcome change when I got tired of sitting […] at the table. The free wi-fi was fast enough for shuffling gigantic files back and forth. My room was really quiet. Even though I was right off the pool and next to the elevator. I had feared that the ambient noises would keep me up... but, no. The room was incredibly quiet. Another pelasant surprise. My room was kept sparkling clean, every day. Check in was a breeze. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly -- without being in my face. Helpful but not intrusive. Location wise, it turned out to be close to what I needed. It's kind of in the middle of town atthe intersection of highways. So, you'll be centrally located whether you're heading tothe west end of town and out to Shiprock, or whether you're heading up to the east side of town with the newer subdivisions and businesses. The only downside is that I didn't get the chance to try the restaurant. For the deal I got on hotels.com I would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Farmington. Mehr

Clean, quiet ,and comfortable - much nicer than I expected at a non-chain hotel, and in a small town. Friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip through New Mexico. It was a comfortable room, quiet and clean. What more could we ask for? The price was right too. Would stay there again if passing through.

We used the Region Inn as our home base for our vacation. The staff was welcoming, the room neat, clean and spacious. A warm lobby welcome and a delicious breakfast with killer raisin bread. Be sure to go to Three Rivers Brewery for craft beer great conversation. It is only a few blocks away. An excellent choice for you.

This was very clean they were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy...

I did not hear any rave reviews about the hotel prior to arriving, but found the place to be quite nice. Clean and convenient with friendly staff. My room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep for the 5 days I was there. Parking was secure and the on-site restaurant has really delicious Mexican cuisine featuring some low-fat specialties. Was awakened at midnight by adjacent room occupants that argued and cried the rest of the night. Had to turn the AC Fan on to mask the noise. Could actually hear the conversations going on and could not sleep until turning on the AC about 4:30 am. Other than that, the rest of the experience was okay. Nice, modern, clean, centrally located and priced right. Friendly staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed in regardless of price. A great value. Locally owned. The only complaint is that the breakfast bar wasn't ready at 6:30am...we were told it would be by 4:30am. Only one half pot of coffee and no food. Very clean hotel. Spacious, nice recliner, iron plus ironing board, good coffee, and waffle every morning, yhe only bad thing was a small refrigerator.

This hotel puts you on Broadway, which will get you almost anywhere in Farmington. Hotel is decent, but the Mexican restaurant downstairs, Tequila's, is great. They also have a bar and a patio, so after work you don't have to drive anywhere, which is not advised in Farmington after you have had even one drink!

Will stay there again

I am always pleased with the level of service and the friendliness of the staff at Region Inn. I stay there once a month, and they always remember me and call me by my first name.

I stayed here mid- March 2012. It was clean, the rooms were well- maintained and the staff friendly and competent. Could have payed more, but a very nice surprise so I'll be staying there again. I needed another day of work so I gladly stayed there again the next night. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel with a bar. The pool and spa were closed, […] but they had passes for a spa facility nearby. Mehr

My wife and I stayed only one night, but were well satisfied with all aspects of this hotel.

Hotel fairly new, rooms clean and site very good.

I stayed at the Regions in Farmington in late-February 2012 for business and had an exceptional experience. I could not believe how clean the room was, particularly the bathroom. I was also especially excited by an excellent breakfast that included waffles! I would strongly recommend this motel to anyone passing through the area.

Im from the area and was a first time staying here and is a comfortable hotel and close to a few bars as well as resturants. Front desk people make you feel welcomed. Breakfast waz the overall best part of the stay. They had many food to pick from and will stay again.

Had a pleasant stay. First time staying here and the price and location were optimal for us. A little busy considering it is on one of Farmington's busiest roads, but that is a microscopic issue at best. We even stayed another unplanned night due to conditions which required us to stay and were accommodated right away. The gentleman working both nights […] was very helpful in finding a place to eat, and his recommendation was spot on! I am normally a business traveler and stay at the larger chains (Marriott, Hilton, etc..) however see this is a great alternative and will certainly stay here again! Mehr

So we stayed here for vday weekend. The service is horrible, they looked so crabby. The key cards stop working so we had to go to tthe front desk to reactivate them a few times. The place looked like a hotel out of a scary movie. The blanket was as thin as the top sheet, and the pillows felt like a semi ran them over a few times. staff very friendly. Somehow our room booked through Hotels .com came in through Expedia. We booked a King non smoking and were given two queens because they said they were out of Kings. The staff were nice and changed our room a short time later.

The hotel was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel (infrequently) for the past three years. This time, the hotel seemed more worn and more in need of a facelift. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, just the accomodations need a lift.

I have stayed in the Farmington/Bloomfield area before but never stayed at the Region Inn until my last visit. I will stay at the Region Inn for any future trips. The establishment was fabulous and the price was very resonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the resturant located in the building was also very good!

The region inn in Farmington is well worth the price we paid. the rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had fresh fruit, 2 waffle makers, yogurt assorted pastries and Hot Coffee. Even had wifi in the room. We stayed 5 mights while visiting family and will stay again.
