I had to book a hotel last minute so this Comfort Suites was the best I could come up with at the time. It was just "OK" - it took 4 tries to get keys that worked - after the 3rd failure, maintenance had to let me in and drop my bags so I wouldn't be late to a meeting. When I got back later, they finally had keys that worked. The room was rather old […] and dirty - you look in the cracks and crevices of the shower and can tell it's been a long time since it was deeply cleaned. The towels are very old and very rough, as were the sheets. As I said, it was just "OK" - given better choices I wouldn't pick this one again. Mehr

You can walk to a pub, asian food, subway, and other fast food or across the street to Shilo. I have eaten at the pub several times and its decent pub food I like the burgers. Shilo restaurant and bar is also good I would eat at either place again or stay at either place. Depending on what room the put you in at the Shilo this hotel has better rooms […] over all. comfortable bed. clean room. seating area and desk. micro/fridge. breakfast started @ 4am. seemed much quieter than most motels. GREAT VALUE!

Very comfortable and convenient hotel at a value price. We plan to stay there again.

The hotel is a bargain and the staff are very friendly and helpful in pointing you to local attractions- even print maps for you

This hotel was one of the best things about our stay in Portland and a warm refuge from the unrelenting cold rain. The hot tub and sauna were a welcome relief when we came in from the cold. The hotel is dated and it's breakfast is limited. Parking for more than a day is not available. Not recommending this hotel.

We got a very clean, large room with a loveseat, comfy chair and coffee table, a large TV, and a king bed. And we got to swim in a pool, lunge in the hot tub, and steam up in the sauna. The included breakfast was nice: cereal, bread, fruit, fruit juices, coffee, pastries, eggs, sausages and a make-your-own waffle iron. We needed to get to the airport early and took the max from our house in Beaverton to the Comfort Suites the night before the flight. The airport shuttle made it so convenient for the trip to and from the hotel to the airport, and there were surrounding restaurants in very close walking areas for most any type of food you may desire. The room was very […] large, had a small fridge and working microwave, coffee and tea maker, and there were toiletries, plenty of clean towels and the linens on the bed were comfy and clean. There was also a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and cold cereals, toast, muffins, fruit, juices, milk and coffee. Everything was great about this hotel except for the breakfast which could use a little improvement

I was looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay with easy access to PDX. This place fit the bill. It had spacious rooms, a fridge and a microwave, comfortable beds, and had eating places and a small convenience store all nearby within walking distance. Breakfast needs improvement.

If you need to stay in a hotel near the Portland, Oregon Airport, this hotel is a good (relatively cheap) option. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Quiet A/C unit has setting for constant fan with temperature adjustment by degrees, perfect comfort. Great shower, thick towels. Spacious room, Comfortable beds, feather pillows were a little thin. It was a very comfortable hotel and easy access. The beds were very comfortable.

Highly satisfied with my stay. Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Location was great to be able to get around Portland. Breakfast was good. Perfect for the price.

This hotel turned out to be better than I thought for the price! The room was much larger than expected, with a small sitting area. The room was very nicely updated and clean. The staff was friendly enough, but nothing much to write home about. the breakfast is typical, nothing special but a great option for those on a budget.

We stayed several nights at the Comfort Suites Portland Airport. Very accommodating continental breakfast times (4am - 9 or 10am). Unfortunately, every time we went down for breakfast, there was never a place to sit. In addition to the seating problems, I felt sorry for the employee working the breakfast area because she was having trouble getting around […] to refill necessary items because of the number of people in the breakfast area at the same time and the closeness of the tables to the counter area. Surprisingly, was very comfortable and quiet. It served out needs quite well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice front-desk staff, good breakfast and extremely helpful shuttle driver who made a a special stop to drop me off at the light rail station instead of the airport. Highly recommended!

The room was great, I love when the shower and toilet are separate from the shower. It makes getting ready with kids easier. The neighborhood was nice, no worries about going out to the car late at night. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was really good. We will be back!

Very much appreciated the breakfast hours of 4:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. due to an early morning flight. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean & comfortable. Staff was very courteous & helpful.

We stayed here in route to Asia. The shuttles service was fast, convenient and friendly. We used it three times and it was always first rate. near airport, good location

I thought this hotel was a very good value. The front desk was quick on check in. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection to choose from. We were very pleased with our 2 night stay.

This hotel was perfect! Nice, clean room. Pool was great. Breakfast was above and beyond a normal "complementary" breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great amenities and Pool on site. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on surrounding facilities. Wifi worked flawlessly. No better facility for business traveler.

Our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, but opening the window helped alleviate the mild odour. The Inn also does not have a turn off, and the median blocks a direct left turn. You must turn somewhere else, and switch directions in order to enter at the front. The bathroom was a little small. Parking was a breeze, the breakfast was great […] (they start at 4am!). No loud noise from other rooms, friendly staff, no problems with the room. Mehr
