Wer eine günstige, sichere Unterkunft in Hollywood sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten kann man gut mit dem Bus fahren. Nach meinem LA-Aufenthalt kann ich sagen, dass das Hotel in der schönsten und saubersten Gegend von LA liegt. Man sollte allerdngs kein Problem mit Schwulen haben. Das Hotel liegt in einem absoluten Schwulenviertel. […] Aber auch wenn man nicht homosexuell ist (so wie wir), waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu dritt (3 junge Mädels) und wir konnten uns Abends problemlos raus trauen, nicht so wie in anderen Gegenden. In direkter Umgebung ist eine Bank, mehrere Bushaltestellen, ein Starbucks, Trader Joys (Biosupermarkt, mit einem deutschen Supermarkt vergleichbar) und einige Bars und Restaurants. Der Pool im Hotel war sauber, die Rezeption war einigermaßen freundlich und auf jeden fall immer hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. W-Lan hat funktioniert. Alles genau, wie beschrieben. War also alles ser gut. Mehr

Das Hotel ist nicht der Reißer, aber es ist in einer sehr guten Lage in West Hollywood. Von dort aus erreicht man alles sehr gut. Die Gegend selber ist nicht herausragend, aber ok. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal freundlich und auskunftsfähig.

Das Hotel ansich ist zu empfehlen, liegt aber mitten im Gay- Viertel der Stadt. Keine Supermärkte oder sonstige Shoppingmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Nächster Supermarkt zu Fuß 20 min entfernt. Dafür jede menge Gay- Bars. Eingang liegt in einer Tiefgarageneinfahrt. Personla freundlich und bemüht, Zimmer sauber mit Kühlschrank. Pool gepflegt. Als letztes Hotel von unserer Rundreise waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht. Als letztes Zimmer auf dem Flur hatten wir eine blöde Zimmeraussicht.Das eine Fenster zur Strasse Parkplatz von einem Supermarkt und das andere Fenster mit Blick auf Mülltonnen.Die 1 Nacht war der Horror ,2 x klopfte jemand Nachts an unsere Zimmertür so das mit Schlaf nicht zu […] rechnen war und als wir gut eingeschlafen waren kam die Müllabfuhr und leerte 4 große Container aus Metall . Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber ,der Duschkopf war voll mit Kalk ,der Lüfter machte einen Höllenlärm als wenn ein Hubschrauber landen würde aber gebracht hat er nichts.An den Wasserrohren von der Toilette war der Rost nicht zu übersehen. Positiv ist der kleine Pool in einer schönen und ruhigen Hoflage. Badetücher liegen auf den Liegen und Stühlen bereit. Alles in allem kann man es buchen um Ausflüge von dort zu unternehmen. Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Unternehmungen in Hollywood und auch um z.b. die Filmstudios zu besuchen. Hotel ist sauber und modern

Gute Lage, sichere Umgebung, sehr sauber und gepflegtes Hotel.

Have not been to Los Angeles in 15 years and loved my stay. The room was great, had a balcony that overlooked the pool, very nice. Will stay here again!!

I chose this hotel mostly for location. Overall it was a good choice. It was clean, the location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and bars, the front desk was friendly. Of note, parking was like 25 dollars per day (meaning we checked in at 3pm and had parking till 3pm the next day). A bit pricey but considering parking sucks in West Hollywood, […] it was worth the investment. The only downside to the room was that we had 3 of us and only 2 small double beds. It would have been nice to have 2 queen size beds. Definitely recommend this place. Mehr

There are loads to be improved in this hotel. The facilities are well dated and begging for a revamp. The location is good and I guess traffic will always flow into the hotel. It does not represent value for money from a quality point of view. It is good for location though.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Nothing fancy but for the price OK. OK that is until they tack on a $27/day parking fee.

Wow, this place is really falling into disrepair. I've now stayed a few times in different rooms and the showerheads are weak and/or shoot all over the place, the walls are dingy, the lighting feels like you should be at a strip joint renting the room by the hour. The cleaning staff uses the strongest bleach possible, so the room smells awful, and they […] are good at leaving their hair behind after the cleaning. Central location in West Hollywood, safe neighbourhood, friendly staff! But the hotel has a nasty smell, has a slightly dated interior ('80s feeling) and the rooms don't really have any kind of view. But nice pool area and a small, but decent fitnessroom.

While it has a great location, I don't find this hotel to be particularly luxurious or cleanly. The staff was barely polite, and we had an issue checking in. I understand that hotels can be busy, but we were told many different things about the time we could check in. When we arrived, there were also other angry guests who were waiting for the rooms […] "to be cleaned". It seemed arbitrary when evereyone was allowed into their room... And once insided, it did not look or SMELL very clean. Luckily we only stayed two nights, and did a lot of sightseeing while in town, away from the hotel. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I might reluctantly tell others to "take their chances", because it is so conveniently located.... two night stay in April 2012......not up to par for the rates their charging. ..The only thing going for this hotel is its close proximity to restuarants & shopping. Charging $27 a day for parking is ridiculous Rooms do not appear to have been updated since the '80's. Heart of the gay community in West Hollywood. Great Location, was able to walk to every bar, club and restaurant in the area. The hotel itself was nice. The staff was amazing and helpful. They let me check in early without charging or hassling me. I only have 2 dislikes about this place. Found a bug in the bathroom. Some kind of beetle or roach type thing. The front desk moved me immediately without […] hesitation. The parking fee is insane ! $27 a night. But it was definitely better than dealing with street parking or getting a dui after leaving the clubs. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and will absolutely stay again. Mehr

Our travel agent booked us into the worst place ever. I found the Ramada within minutes online and booked in straight away. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is a little on the old and rundown side but presents well considering. Walls a little thin but I would most definitely stay there again.

Is te second time I stay in this hotel. It has a very good location for my pourposes and the prices are good. I have already recomended for friends.

I have stayed here off and on for nearly 20 years and I love convenience of the location, parking and staff. The rooms are comfortable but everything is dated. The hallway carpet is the same as I remember the first time I stayed there. All of the outlets are worn, switches may or may not do anything, showers/bathrooms are very dated as are the wall […] coverings. That being said I stay here every time I am in LA. It's a great place just needs a total extreme makeover floor to ceiling in every room. Mehr

This hotel's location is it's best draw. Although clean, it is in need of a major upgrade. The facility requires a major facelift of common areas and rooms, and possibly changing out of the air-conditioning unit. The thermostat that was installed for convenience was out of order, prompting me to have to go to the Front Desk to request for assistance. On […] the morning of our check-out, my traveling companion and I had gone out to grab breakfast, and returned to being locked out of the room. Once again, I had to go to the Front Desk to request for assistance. The explanation given was that with Daylight Savings Time, the programming had not been updated. I come here for work a lot. For price and location it's a good place. Staff not very friendly except for when asking for you credit card. They copy it a lot and will ask for it repeatedly. Charged $1 per day for safe. Didn't ask for it and didn't use it. Insisted on a refund employee very angry at that and caught an attitude. Have to request washcloths […] they never have enough which for a hotel seems like an odd request. Mehr

A very comfortable room in a mediocre hotel that was filled with partying teenagers. It seemed like a spot where they would rent rooms to hang out in. That was annoying. The area's not bad and has a nice bit of gay nightlife.

This is very well situated in West Hollywood, Gay Disctrist. It is an open, wide and enjoyable area to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to all of you, and will go back again and again.

Just here for an overnight business trip, but found the hotel pleasant and conveniently located for my purposes. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice dining options within close proximity (easy walking distance). I will need to learn the neighborhood a little better if I decide to stay here again because West bound Santa Monica Blvd. is apparently a […] 24/7 traffic jam. The room looked like it was 3/4 cleaned when I first arrived (hair in the shower and sink) and maybe 1/2 cleaned while I stayed (luggage and clothes moved to other parts of the room, windows & curtains wide open even though I closed them before I left). This hotel was the most reasonably priced for our needs. It is convenient to just about anything except the airport!! Some problems with the hair dryer, and the smoke detector. Fixed promptly when staff was notified.

I pretty much guided my choice based on hotel & "suites" thinking if I am paying alot a night it must be a suite or something close to it. Not the case the room was small. Even though a nice room but def not what I thought for the price in the middle of the week.

My sister & I stayed at this Ramada Hotel. One & all were exceptionaly helpful & nice. They just had opened their restuarant & it was awesome. We had a nice stay. The only thing I could complain about was the noise of the parking garage. Thanks!

The room was never cleaned and re-stocked properly during our 4 night stay. It was never vacuumed at all and every day some items were missing, like wash cloths, coffee, cups, towels etc. Dirty cups were never removed, the ice bucket was never cleaned, the beds were never totally made up, and sometimes the radio was turned on. I don't think we ever […] got clean sheets. I complained every night while I was picking up the missing items and received an apology, but nothing ever improved. Plus they charge $27 a night for parking! Friendly staff, however. Mehr

convenient location love it

The room was not as described. There was not any self parking; you had to use the valet service at a high rate per day, we paid the maximum atlhough we were there less than 6 hours, no refridgerator in the room, the energy saving lights were too dim for the black decor and the coverlet was stained. Great WeHo location. My room, albeit basic, was very comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful. This will be my first choice when I want to stay in WeHo!

This is a great hotel, affordable in a great location. You can walk nearby for coffee, meals and entertainment. My only concern is the new energy effficient bulbs which make it difficult to read in the rooms. But the lobbies are bright.

Thank goodness I got a good deal on this hotel because if I had paid anymore for it I would not have been happy. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the room service vacuming upstairs early in the morning and in the middle of the afternoon my room smell so bad of marijuana from the next door neighbor that I had to change rooms. It wasn't the first […] time the hotel reaked of marijuana either. The location was great and so was the service but I would def stay somewhere else Mehr

Spacious room, helpful front desk, nice view of the pool from my room, free wifi, the bed was a delight to sleep on, overall very happy with this choice. It's a good location for my purposes. Hotel guest parking for $27 is too expensive, and there are limited free parking in that area.
