Love Homewood Suite. Comfortable room and wonderful beds. Good location!

Nice and clean. Friendly people. Would stay there again.

Our 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size for our family. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras in our rooms which included granite counters, ceiling fans, and whirlpool bathtub. We will definitely be booking at Homewood Suites whenever possible!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again. We were disappointed that the hotel charged for any extras like toothpaste and toothbrushes. Our luggage did not arrive when we did and so we had to request a few extra items to make it until the morning. All the items were charged to our room,which was not a big expense […] but just an unexpected one. Mehr

I love this hotel, my boyfriend and I stay often. As always it was clean and well staffed. The staff is very courteous and respectful. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. I'm not sure if they segregate the smoking from non-smoking floors/rooms. My wife and I both smelled smoke at different times on our floor and not all the rooms had No Smoking signs on them. Also, despite the Hotel being only partially full, they put people in the room directly above ours? They were young girls from a volleyball team and they were stomping […] around until very late. The last thing was the demonic TV's. Our LG TV in the sitting room turned on the first night at about 1:30 a.m.. In the morning I checked to make sure that the alarm was not set and despite this, it went on again the next night at about 3:40 a.m.. Otherwise this is a very nice Hotel and our suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was hot and plentiful and the manager's reception was a nice treat on the one night that we were able to partake. Overall, a good value and we would stay there again. Mehr

this is a great place to stay. They have a great complimentary dinner Mon-Thu, and a wonderful complimentary breakfast. This is my second trip to this location, and I will be back again. The staff is so nice and helpful, they actualy have the idea that they are there to serve the guests, I felt like a valued customer. Love it.

We enjoyed out stay and everyone from the housekeeping staff, front desk and kitchen were so very nice to my entire family. They were very good at accommodating us and everything we asked for.

the room we stayed in had been previously smoked in so it just had a stale smell to it...the showerhead made a horrendous sound....and lets just say GOLD CARPET. The beds however were soooo comfy.

Only stayed 2 nights but it was all good. Good breakfast buffet offerings and weekday dinners.

Please get the ice machines fixed, other then that a great hotel and will stay again and again

We were very happy with our suite, we had 8 people three of which were children and the rooms as well as the bed were very large and comfy. I would stay here again. Just know as you will want soon as you walk into your room turn on the ice maker if you will want ice they empty and clean it out after every guest.

the service was friendly, clean and great comfort as far as the room goes.. No ice machines in hotel other then the one in ref. in room and it was not working, the ac unit never cooled off the room although at 110 out that is some what understandable but still. the ceiling fan made an awful noise on high and only one in the sperate bedroom so the living […] sitting area was hot. asked the front desk about ice and she said if i wanted to bring a container down they would give me ice, the first day i did that the second day i just went out an bought a bag so i could have cold drinks during my stay. I was told they would put in a work order to get this fixed but in my opinion it should have already been done, Or least the offer of bringing enough up to but in the freezer while i was there. Hopefully this is just a one time thing because other then not having ice for drinks and a little warm it was a great experience. Mehr

The hotel staff was very friendly. We liked that the bedroom was seperate from the living space. We will stay here again for the next basketball tournaments.

Nice place, great location, good food. Little on the older side, no treadmill (was broken all 5 days), nice pool, horribly uncomfortable chair and sofa in rooms.

We stay here every time I go to visit my brother. All the rooms are suites and have a small kitchen and a kitchen table. It is nice to be able to separate the kids in a different room on a pull out couch, etc. The pool area and sports court are nice for families and the full hot breakfast is always good and very convenient. You can't beat the price […] if your are looking for a place for a family - the staff are alwasy very friendly. They also have a Wii you can use down in the lobby if you ask!! Mehr

Everything was great -- The only inconvenience of the suite is that the person using the living room couch/bed at night must interrupt the couple in the closed bedroom to use the toilet. The bath should NOT be inside the bedroom BUT available separately to both areas.

All employees were very nice and accommodating. The room was very large and clean. The kitchenette was well stocked and provided everything we needed for our weekend there. There is a large covered patio, pool, hot tub and basketball court all clean and well maintained. It was too cold to make use of them but I will be returning in the summer. The breakfast […] was amazing. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and a major highway. It is a great location for the metroplex. I really liked Homewood Suites. They treated me very well and although I did not partake of it, dinner was offered to me included in the price. I have never been to a hotel where this was offered. I was also made to feel welcome because I was chosen as guest of the day when I checked in. I was given a goodie bag in my room and there was a very nice […] hand written note by the girl at the front desk. I was personnally touched. Mehr

We arrived earlier in the day than expected, they did not promise, but did say they would try to get us in. We were settled in our suite within 15 mins. It was clean and comfortable. We were close to EVERYTHING!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a very good experience. Would recommend.

enjoyed the room, separate bath room area, well equipped kitchen with dishes. hot complimentary breakfast is big plus for families

Stayed here during Thanksgiving for visit with family, couldn't have been happier. Very quiet, very comfortable, like a small apartment with separate bedroom/living room/kitchen. Does NOT back to freeway like some others, but very close for convenience. 2 TVs, in bedroom & living room. This hotel was very nice and exceptionally priced for the kind of room it is. The hotel staff was very courteous. Will stay there again.

Great ! Room was spacious and clean, parking lot was well lit and clean. The only disappointment was that the handicapped ramp led to a door that did not open from the outside. This was inconvenient and hopefully repairs will be made to this door.

room was so nice and comfortable. loved having the two beds in a seperate room from the sofa and bathroom was able to get ready and not disturb those still sleeping. nice location to restaurants and shopping. breakfast food area in hotel was nice but crowded while fixing plates. overall nice and would stay there again.

We recommended this hotel to our wedding guests the weekend of our wedding because of its proximity to our wedding venue. The hotel went beyond our expectations to make our guests feel comfortable with friendly customer service from each employee. No complaints by any of our guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. And for our larger parties, it was perfect […] for them. I personally stayed there in a room by myself the night before our wedding, and got a perfect night's rest. I was quite surprised at the layout of the room - kitchen and living room area made it feel like a small apartment rather than just a hotel room. Although I didn't get a chance to check out the evening meal offered, but the looks of the menu posted in the room it seems, especially when considering the breakfast they offer for free, an amazing deal! […] The bathroom looked like it could do with a bit of freshening up in regard to the paint, but overall, very pleased.
