Hotel Savoy Moscow - Moskau

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Metroanschluss gleich um die Ecke. Preis ist zu hoch, bei mir ging es gerade noch wegen 3for2 Nights - Aktion. Service an der Reception war gut, Service im Business-Center war schwach, die Dame dort war etwas überfordert

Das Hotel erinnert an ein Schloss. Insbesondere der Speisesaal erinnert an den Spiegelsaal vom Schloss Versailes. Bis auf die Bettdecken hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen (Bettlacken dann Wolldecke dann wieder Bettlacken - nicht schön) Die Stadt ist sehr sauber und schön aber leider auch sehr teuer.

Kleies staubiges Zimmer mit alten Betten und einfachen Wolldecken als ueberbett - wie in einem 2 Sterne Hotel. Restaurant war leider geschlossen am Abend wegen einer Gesellschaft mit lauter Musik. Fruehstueck auch incht wie in anderen Moskauer 5 Sterne Hotels schlechter Service und wenig auswahl. Es gibt viele viele bessere Hotels in Moskau !!!

Eines der absoluten TOP-Hotels in Moskau. Zu Fuß die ganze Innenstadt erreichbar. Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hallenbad komplett neu. Gelungene Renovierung des Hotels aus der Zarenzeit. Frühstück bestens. Ruhige Lage des Hotels in einer Nebenstrasse.

Stilvolles Hotel inmitten von Moskaus Zentrum. Eine ubahnstation ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen nur vom Frühstück war ich enttäuscht.

A beautiful hotel. Spectacular architecture and interiror design. The hotel staff are very profesional and serviceminded without being "tip-hunters". No extra charge for internet access, spa area or such things and that´s very nice and even uncommon. I was only staying in Moscow for three days, so I wanted to stay at a 4-5 Star hotel near Red Square. The prices were very reasonable, the staff very helpful, and the accommodations immaculate.

Location: perfect, walking distance to everything yet not overlooking a busy street. Staff: fabulous, willing to help with every little thing, they really care. Room: nicely furnished, classically decorated, l'Occitane amenities, chocolate with your turndown service. Internet: free and fast. Swimming pool (w sauna): large, satisfying. Breakfast: always […] included, excellent quality and variety (but no omelet maker, no fresh-squeezed juice, and never changes from day to day, which I would find annoying if I were paying full 4-digit USD rack rate). Other slight negative: Fri. and Sat. night, loud music from the restaurant permeates lower floors. This hotel is small enough that staff gets to know you. One of Moscow's best! Mehr

This is a very good hotel located near Red Square, only 5 min to there. They also provide a very nice breakfast, especially Sammon fish. But the room (classic room) is a little bit small even it is well and nice decoration.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast room is spectacular, as is the breakfast. In fact, the breakfast alone is worth staying at this hotel. Our room was lovely but not huge (as is common with these historic boutique hotels). The bathroom was 100% up to date and gorgeous. I should mention that we had a "standard" room so the rooms a step up in price may be […] much larger. The service was perfect. There is also a car and driver available for hire by hotel guests. The Savoy Hotel in Moscow is the most opulent hotel I have ever stayed in. The Hermitage Bar off the lobby is simply wonderful. The pool, gym, and sauna are perfect. The real treat however is the restaurant. The menu is exotic and daring, but still keeps with tradition.The layout ,design, and room decor simply must be experienced The staff in all area's […] are extremely courteous and professional. (all I met spoke English very well) I have stayed in hotels all over the world, but have never been treated to such pampering as here. It is truly a spectacle. (oops ! I have failed to even mention the room.) Oh, and the rooms ! If you can, try to get one on the second floor, as the ceiling heights are dizzying there. Great location, great room, great service. Very happy with this property. Very quiet due to being somewhat off-season for tourists. Fantastic pool and weight room. Looking forward to staying here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly. It is very close to Red Square and other tourist attractions. We do not have to use any transport. Hotel is nicely decorated. Would be perfect if they have tea/coffee maker in the room

This is a wonderful, classic hotel in the center of Moscow. Close to all the best shopping! Red Sq, Kremlin & Bosloi Theater as minutes away by walking. Metro stations close by. Will stay there again when I return in February.

Our experience at the Hotel Savoy in Moscow could not have been better. The staff, workout facility, breakfast, and room amenities were first class. It is conveniently located to Red Square and the subway. We were felt pampered from the moment we arrived.

It was a pleasure to stay in Savoy hotel. Every thing was exselant.

This hotel is a real gem. The breakfast room is over the top opulent. The room was elegant & comfortable. Walking distance to Red Square, Kremlin, Gum store. The best shopping is Moscow s steps away.

I have only good things to say about The Savoy! The location is great, the rooms are great (mine was in the lowest category fyi), the breakfast (included in the rate) was great, the wi-fi is fast and reliable, and the staff is fluent in English and knowledgeable about most tourist things. On the rare case they cannot answer a question, they are happy […] to look something up and get back to you with an answer. Should I ever return to Moscow, I would almost definitely stay at The Savoy. Of course the room rate is always a consideration and this hotel was a much better deal on weekends than weekdays, I recall. Mehr

I couldn't find anything to fault at the Savoy, classy ellegance and style.

Beautiful lobby, ornately decorated room, comfortable beds, close to Red Square, Bolshoi Ballet, GUM, and great restaurants - both in the hotel and nearby (try Vogue Cafe). One of the best breakfast spreads you have ever seen in a stunning dinig room. Beautiful indoor pool as well. A real gem!

Beautiful lobby, great location in theatre district, 12min walk to Red Square. Professional staff speaks English. Received early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean, tasteful decor with high celings and muted colours, architectural detail. Extremely quiet room in midst of city except for last night. When I couldn't sleep due to a wedding […] held on site, I was immediately moved to the highest floor into an executive suite, which was perfect. Bathtubs long enough to soak in, powerful showers always with hot water, good lighting in baths. Substantial full buffet breakfast gratis in Rococco dining room, free WiFi in rooms with fast speed. Only criticism was no coffee/tea maker in room, no ice available. Very close to metro stops and has a gourmet food court in nearby shopping plaza with some take-out options. While close to theatres and Red Square, it has no views and is not very close to major museums. But extremely comfortable and friendly with a luxurious feel in public areas. Guest rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Mehr

I was satisfied with this hotel with the exception of the service. We could never get a second large towell and the breakfast buffet service was lacking. Overall, the hotel is well-situated to see the major sites and a nice property.

The hotel was spectacular. It is located next to several metro stations and is easily within walking distance to Red Square. The staff were very helpful, the interior of the hotel was opulent, and the rooms were quite comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The buffet breakfast was great and had lots of food options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Good quality room service menu. Well presented hotel gym and swimming pool. Good value for money. The only fly in the ointment was the access to internet charges being relatively high. I would definitely stay there again.

Savoy is outstanding. In Moscow you must have staff who speak English. Staff at the Savoy are fluent, helpful, and perceptive. Rooms are spectacular. Fabulous lap pool, convenient location, great brunch daily. Worth every penny and then some.

Pros were: 1.Great Location, 2. Comfortable room, although smaller than expected, 3. Professional staff at front desk 4. Fabulous buffet breakfast, 5. Beautiful pool. Cons were: 1. Expensive for size of room, 2. Very unattractive view of inner metal roof of hotel, 3. Consierge service pleasant but unhelpful, 4. Front desk personnel were not friendly […] but were usually helpful, had spotty English, except for one who was helpful, very nice, and had skillful English. 5. Un hotel vraiment parfait, de taille raisonnable contrairement aux autres grands hotels moscovites. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Les services (pisicine / sauna, room service, restaurant pour le petit déjeuner ou diner) sont tous aux rendez-vous. La décoration est vraiment agréable et le personnel aux petits soins. A quelques minutes […] seulement de la place rouge et du Kremlin, des Theatres, métro... Foncez sans hésiter. Mehr

HOTEL PICCOLO, PULITO, BELLO COMODO E CENTRALE. NELL'INFORMAZIONE SULLA CAMERA ERA PREVISTO IL BIDET, INVECE NELLA MIA CAMERA NON C'ERA("I bagni comprendono combinazione doccia/vasca con doccia a telefono, telefono, accappatoi e bidet.). TUTTO SOMMATO MOLTO POSITIVO E MI SENTO DI CONSIGLIARE QUESTO HOTEL.

Dette var et fantastisk flott hotell... Hotellet innfridde alle våre forventninger, og spesielt bra var servicen, frokosten og den fine atmosfæren på hotellet. Topp standard på hotellet. Hotellets beliggenhet var helt ideelt med tanke på utforsking av sentrale Moskva.

Nice and quiet hotel within walking ditance to the most interesting things in Moscow. The service was very good! Thanks to good offer throug hotels.com we could afford staying here. The ordinary rates are out of this word! And instead of loandry service we could have bought new cloths! But that is Moscow in a nut chell.
