In der Hotelbeschreibung ist nicht erwähnt, dass die Sauna 7 Euro/Person und die Parkgarage 20 Euro/Tag kostet. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen, war 2 Tage kein kaltes Wasser in der Dusche, sodass nur heißes Wasser in die Badewanne eingelassen werden konnte und nach dem Abkühlen verwendet werden konnte. Am letzten Tag wurde dies endlich behoben. An […] einem Tag war das Zimmer nicht gemacht und die Fernbedienung fehlte. Das Personal ist nicht besonders qualifiziert, spricht schlecht französisch. Das Hotel erfüllt alle Anforderungen, die man an ein gutes 3-Sterne-Haus stellen kann. Mit deutschen Maßstäben darf man hier nicht messen. Den dt. 4-Sterne-Standard kann dieses Hotel nicht erfüllen. Sei es die Ausstattung oder bspw. das Frühstück (absolut ausreichend, aber kein 4-Sterne-Niveau). Aber das Haus ist gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, […] die Lage ist absolut klasse (ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral). Das Auto parkt sicher in der Tiefgarage, die Innenstad ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Für eine Städtetour also ideal. Man verbringt ja sowieso nicht so viel Zeit im Hotel. Fuer ein vier-stern Hotel ist die Ausstattung eher duerftig. Es gibt z.B. keine Klimaanlage fuer die Standardzimmer. In einer lauen Sommernacht ist man dadurch dazu gezwungen, bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Die Strassengeraeusche kann einem morgens den Schlaf rauben. (Zur Zeit unserer Aufenthalt befindet sich eine Baustelle gleich gegenueber dem Hotel). […] Es gibt auch keine Minibar/Kuehlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Ansonsten ist alles soweite OK. Zimmer ist sauber. Bett ist sehr bequem. Insgesamt halt mittelmass. Besonders erfreulich ist dass man die Parkgarage am Wochenende konstenlos nutzen kann. Es gibt aber auch ausreichend kostenlose Parkmoeglichkeiten vorm Hotel. Zur Qualitaet des Fruehstuecks kann ich nicht soviel sagen, da wir keins genommen haben. Mehr

Hotel Husa could not confirm my Hotels.com reservation for almost a day. I had to go to the reception three times, twice in the morning and once in the afternoon. On my first visit to the reception, I provided the reception my confirmation number. They told me reservations through Hotels.com take a day to show up in their system and that they were calling […] Hotels.com for oral confirmation. But my impression was that they did not know what Hotels.com was. Later, we noticed there was no handsoap or shower gel in the room. It took some struggling to get a soap. At one point, I thought about stepping outside and buying something from a market. Mehr

The hotel in conveniently located very close to the Brussels North Railway Station and in close proximity to the Financial district of Brussels. Good hotel perhaps food menu choise and selection could be better

I would not recommend parking your car overnight on the streets around this hotel, as one was broken into right opposite the hotel the night before we arrived. Use the hotel carpark even if it is 20euros. Otherwise the hotel itself is very nice, but the beds are a bit hard.

I am surprised that this hotel has 4 stars, facilities are average. There are no fridges in the room or tea/coffee making facilities. There are also no coffee machines in the hotel. They seem to want to force you into the restaurant to spend as much money as possible. Wireless internet is also not very reliable. Hotel staff and other facilities are […] satisfactory. Nice hotel, big room if a little clinical. Bathroom also very big. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcome. Breakfast excessively priced at € 20. Underground car park welcome if pricey, also at € 20. Easy walk to Station du Nord with easy and fast ride into the centre.

Little far from train/bus/metro station. neighborhood looks not safe...no convenient store and restaurant near by.... check in is 2pm. if you want to early check in need to pay 20 euro. picture show you there is swimming pool but there is only shower and sauna(110F too hot!!! can't use)

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Not a typical hotel room, it was very spacious and comfortable. About 20 minute walk to city centre but would definitely recommend Hotel Husa to anyone.

My wife and our 21 year old son shared a room. After staying in 4 hotels around Europe we were very happy to get to Hotel Husa President Park Hotel. Fantastic large modern clean room. To find a fridge was great. Close to the Metro and Bus and three stops to the centre of Bruxxells. Great Breakfast could not of been happier. Would recommend.

The hotel is of a very good quality concerning rooms, breakfast, lobby etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. But every time I have stayed here, there were long queues at the reception and there always seem to be issues with the payments. The hotel requests a guarantee from your credit card on check-in for EUR 50, which is a bit weird and you do not get […] a receipt if you booked with some online services. Also there can be a local tax of EUR 5 added to your bill. Mehr

Very nice stay, clean and modern decor, excellent bar and restaurant. in the financial district so a nice neighbourhood, all round very impressed

The service of the staff in the hotel is excellent. I noticed there is no air condition in the room. When the weather gets warm or hot in the summer or when it's cold in the winter, it could be uncomfortable. We were happy with our stay because the weather was perfect.

A good location, not central but everwhere easily accessible by Metro. A large, light spotlessly clean room , but tricky to find as on an 'extension' of a road. It would be better if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Parking under hotel was excellent, but it is first come first served as stated on their web site.

Very pleasant stay,was very happy and relaxed after our trip.

The hotel itself is fairly smart and the rooms are very nice albeit a little small. However it's position could be made a bit clearer as it gives the impression of being on the main Boulevard but is actally a small road running on from the end and can be hard to find. The breakfast was good although we had it included as part of a deal and wouldn't […] otherwise have paid €20 each for it. The hotel can be rather noisy, as the sounds of people outside or in the corridors somehow seem to echo round it at night. The position is a bit away from the old town, but we were able to walk in and back without any trouble in about 20 minutes each way, or the metro stop is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Generally it is good value if you can get a weekend deal and don't mind being a bit away from the main sights. Mehr

A great hotel but be careful of hidden expenses. Coffee in the lobby costs! Internet is 5 Euro per hour. Otherwise the rooms are clean & very comfortable. The front desk was outstanding and the overall hotel was in immaculate condition. A welcome relief from our experience in Paris.

The shuttle from hotel into town (& return) does NOT run in the summer holidays!, though reception still show it is available on their info screen. Its a good half an hour walk into town (Grand Place) or three stops on metro. The bar was expensive compared to bars in town.e.g. small bier 4 euros at hotel - 1.50 euros in town.

The room was clean, windows had full lenght blackout blinds, reception staff / night porters were helpful and friendly, no noise from outside or other rooms, only 10-15mins walk to centre of town, less than 5mins walk to gare du nord....... however bed was uncomfortable and hard and possibly could have done with air-con

Way too far away from the center for tourism, and the surrounding neighborhood felt slightly sketchy (and mostly empty) at night. It is the business district, so undoubtedly this changes when it's not August vacation time. It's only about 10 minutes to the Nord station, which didn't make getting around prohibitively difficult. small walk to main areas of shopping and restaurants but worth it, wonderful garden, good restaurant, lovely service and if you are a walker as I am easy to get anywhere and the room is worth the walk

The hotel is OK and good value for money but in my view it is not suitable for people travelling on business. The light in the room was extreamely deem to be able to read comfortably and there wasn't a socket near the desk to be able to use a laptop. Also, no internet connection in the room. be careful with the price of everything there. i had to pay 100 Euro as deposit when i checked in. and 5 euro City tax when I checked out. Poor insulation and poor service . The Husa seems to cater to government workers and business people who aren't paying the bill. On the weekends though, the high rates are relaxed and you can enjoy 4star rooms for 2 star prices. Joli hôtel de bon standing. Chambre plutôt spatieuse et bien entretenue (un petit bémol sur 2 choses à réparer dans la salle de bain). Ménage efficace et discret. Il est vrai que quelques fêtes à l'extérieur peuvent avoir raison des vitres fermées la nuit mais cela reste très supportable. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la "Gare du Nord" soit 20 minutes […] à pied du centre ville ou 10 en métro. Super. J'y suis restée 3 nuits (prix très intéressant via Hotels.com). Overraskende var det, at vi skulle betale byskat til hotellet. Ifølge vores faktura fra hotels.com havde vi allerede betalt denne skat.

Trop bruyant, très mauvaise isolation phonique. Dommage, car la qualité des prestations est tout à fait correcte.

Отель очень средний. Располагается довольно далеко от метро. Убираются в номере плоховато, часто не предоставляют чай, воду. В общем не рекомендую... больше тянет на 3 звезды. Также пытались "нагреть" с завтраками......
