Meine Freundin und ich haben uns das Hotel für ein romantisches Wochenende in Denver rausgesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Nachdem unsere Anreise auf grund des starken Schneesturms am Vortag erheblich erschwert wurde und unser Flug von LA gecancelt wurde, kamen wir ohne Gepäck (war noch in Dallas) in Denver an. Der Check-In verlief problemlos und schnell. Zudem wurde uns direkt mitgeteilt, dass von 17-19 uhr eine Manager's reception statfindet, bei der es kostenlos Cocktails/Longdrinks und Snacks gibt (Das wiederholte sich auch am Samstag; ist anscheinend eine dauerhafte Veranstaltung). Das Zimmer bzw. die Suite war perfekt. Neben einem Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und Couchecke gab es im Durchgang einen "Küchenbereich" mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Waschbecken. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Auch das Schlafzimmer bot ausreichend Platz. Das gesamt Zimmer war sehr sauber, was das wichtigste für uns ist. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Man ist in 10-15 Minuten zum Pepsi-Center gelaufen (Arena der NHL und NBA Teams), ebenso ist das Convention Center direkt neben dem Hotel und in der Umgebung sind diverse Restaurants und Shops. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr üppig und sehr lecker. Einzig die Wartezeit bei den Omlets war etwas länger. Das war allerdings auch dadurch bedingt, dass das Hotel anscheinend fast ausgebucht war und wir zu den Hauptzeiten gefrühstückt haben. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Airports. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei. Das Bad erstklassig. Die eingebaute Küche mit Mikrowelle und riesigem Kühlschrank wollte ich trotz kleinem Shop im Hotel nicht nutzen. Das Hotel liegt wegen der Airportnähe auch in der Mitte vom Nichts. Eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Service punktete durch die spontane Bereitschaft den kostenlosen Shuttlebus statt zum Flughafen auch zum Rental CAr anzubieten. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Das ginge besser. Ganz bestimmt bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder.

Fairfield Inn By Marriott Denver West Federal Center in Golden befindet sich im Geschäftsviertel. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in der Umgebung: Dinosaur Ridge, Coors Brauerei und Red Rocks Amphitheater. Spent two nights there and requested a quiet room. My room wound up adjacent to end of hall stairwell. Pluses: Clean, close to my work location, very friendly staff at all levels. Lone Star grill next door Minuses: Shower in room above was louder than shower in my own room. Stair traffic noise transmitted into room. Breakfast was OK (avoid microwave […] Jimmy Dean breakfast burrito...Jimmy is no longer with us. Now we know why). "Very nice!"
We were on the road and pulled in pretty late--we were still greeted with kindness and enthusiasm by the front desk personell. The entire staff at this hotel is very warm and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

The initial interaction upon entering the hotel. The front desk clerk was rude and very short. The bathtub was dirt and and stained.

"Great for an extended stay!"
We stayed here for 3 days. Love the size of the King Suite and it was emaculate just like the picture. Very comfortable and Right next to the Highway 6 for easy access to other areas of Denver. 5 minutes from stores. 2 restaurants right next door. Only complaint was the breakfast was very basic (no hot food unless microwaveable) However the laundry […] facility and workout room is next door to the AmericInn. If you aren't kid friendly though be sure to tell them that...I have my 8 year old with me and they seem to have put ALL the kids on our floor in our end of the hall so it was a bit noisy Mehr

Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. Indoor pool and hot tub, great continental breakfast. Great steakhouse next door. Comfortable beds with big, fluffy pillows.

"I'd hoped for better"
I was hoping for a better stay. Don't get me wrong, the room was comfortable, the internet was strong and they have a couple restaurants within waking distance. However, I got lost trying to find my way in and I was using gps. You either have to make an illegal U-turn or go around a couple of blocks to get there. "Dead and ROTTED Mouse...."
The was a dead mouse in the parking space by the front door. Every day, I expected that someone from the hotel would have picked it up, but each night, when I got out of my car, it was still there. Finally, on the third day, I asked the manager to pls have it removed and she did so. Makes me wonder what is hiding inside the hotel?

When we checked in, Darcy, the lady behind the counter was so sweet and kind. Steller. However, we ended being there for three days, and when I checked our bank, I found out that the hotel had charged us $20 A DAY for possible damage...without ANY prior knowledge or discussion with me .Darcy had mentioned to me that she needed a credit card for any […] incidentals that we might charge to the room, but nothing about the hotel charging us an additional $20 PER DAY FOR EACH DAY WE WE THERE! The money is flagged as unavailable in the account until two or three days after departure. So be aware that whatever they say is your rate...just add on an additional $20 PER DAY that they "borrow" against your account. I believe it is unethical for any person or institution to take money out of my account with out my approval or at least prior knowledge. The hotel should at least have something in writting that states their intent to do so; which they do not have. ONLY that they need a credit card number for incidentals......THEY HAVE NOTHING IN WRITING THAT STATES THEY "BORROW" $20 PER NIGHT! Mehr

"Fairfield Marriott"
The hotel is ok, it's fine, clean, moderatly new. The pool was clean, fresh towels. Close to Denver and easy to find. But, the BEST part of the hotel is it's staff. Very friendly and able/willing to help with what ever you need. We will stay here again for sure!

The folks that work here are extremely helpful and friendly. All our needs were met. The hotel needs carpet stretched and updating in areas, but the other hospitality lacks for nothing.
"close to races"
We picked this hotel because it was close to the races we were in Denver to see. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the track. The desk clerk was most helpful with printed directions. We didn't make it in time for the breakfast, we're late sleepers. but it was clean and nice.

The only difficulty was the hard left turn you must make to access the hotel from the Frontage Rd. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were super friendly and personable. They informed me that the room key-card was a free pass to the athletic club a few blocks away and that was a great bonus! "Breakfast"
The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. There were no breakfast sandwiches, but there were breakfast sausage "corndogs"- yuck. The OJ was not functioning, but the attendent did get it working. It just felt a bit beyond frugal and almost cheap. The waffles were good, however.

The Fairfiel Inn by Marriott in Denver, CO on 6th Avenue was very nice. It was a bit hard to find but the service and rooms were wonderful. The area was quiet. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and l really enjoyed how she talked and treated me on arrival. She was also the desk clerk who checked me out […] and was still cheerful and smiling. I really like that in people who are in customer service. This is a great place to stay. I will stay here again if l go back to Denver for a weekendl Mehr
