"LOVED this hotel! Will definitely stay again!"
The rooms were very nice and updated, the beds were VERY comfortable! New comforters for every guest (stripping the bedspread is usually the first thing I do, but didn't have to this time). Room was very quiet too. Staff was friendly. I will probably be making more trips to this destination, and I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel!

We first visited years ago, arriving very late, and hungry and were impressed at the caring staff, who rounded up a nice snack for our small family. This visit the staff was every bit as friendly, our room was great, the beds clean and comfortable. (I love the new console in the bathroom). I left my phone charger upon checkout, but when I remembered […] to stop by the hotel two days later, they had it in a bag labeled with the room number in which we stayed. The only thing I graded other than a five, was "surrounding neighborhood". But hey, it was rural KY and it was convenient to restaurants and a Walmart. Love this place. Mehr

Wow, what can I say? This hotel was by far the best that the wife and kids I have stayed at in the southern Ohio, KY, WV area. The location is great and the hotel staff was very attentive. Good staff, great room, clean, with a heated pool even! What can I say? I have tried a number of hotels down there, but this is by far, my favorite. Finally, good […] service in this area. The only suggestion I would say, would be to have the hotel staff maintain two staff members until 11pm. Our front desk person was so helpful, but way way too busy for one person on staff. couldnt have ask for a better place to stay an exceptional service only problem i had was a 40 min wait at check in , yes it was with a reservation ...but overall it was outstanding,,, kudos to toni an the room cleaning staff they made me an my family feel at home ......by the way i will return......awesome job guys
"Newly Renovated & it shows!!!"
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last two years & they just finished their renovation. Beautiful rooms, and you get a microwave & baby frig even though it is a Hampton Inn (not Hampton Inn & Suites). Have been to a number of hotels in this rural area, mainly trying others due this one being full or better price on room, but I always go back […] to this one & with renovations done, can't see why I would go anywhere else. Also a quick walk to walmart if you forget anything & walking distance to some restaurants. Mehr

Nice room but I thought a little pricey for the area..room was clean, hot breakfast..very nice but again i thought it was a little pricey for the area.
