Hilton Phoenix Airport - Phoenix

Lage (Flughafennähe mit Shuttleservice) sowie Ausstattung des Hotels waren gut., leider war das Hotel sehr hellhörig (schlecht isolierte Türen), so dass an Nachtruhe nicht zu denken war. Für Business-Reisende daher eher ungeeignet.

Can't complaint close to the airport and bed was comfortable .

This was the first time that I had stayed at this Hilton Hotel. And this place lives up to the Hilton reputation. It was close to the freeway and it was very affordable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hilton you guys ROCK! I will definitely be coming back.

I read the reviews and decided to take a chance... Very comfortable and spacious room! Although there was a prom the noise level was not disturbing at all. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and recently updated but the walls are paper thin. I could hear every word my neighbors spoke and everytime a door closed the walls rattled. Room service was excellent.

Other than the loud college kids next door, hotel was excellent!

The noise level in the room was extremely high. Kept waking up all night because the walls and door are apparently made out of 1/4" plywood. Food in bar was great though. Also no shampoo in bath. Sadly I did not notice until after undressing

Hotel is clean but average. Near the airport so depending on which side of the hotel your room is on, you will hear the air traffic. In an office park area so nothing scenic around it. A Starbucks kiosk with limited service/menu is close by, and it's a quick trip to Scottsdale.

Everything was fine ... except I was disappointed that there was no coffee shop in the hotel to grab a cup of coffee and bring it back to your room. The restaurant in the hotel did not offer "to go" cups ... and we had to go across the parking lot another hotel to buy coffee. Suggestion ... when the room is booked for 4 adults, there should be 4 "single […] serve" coffee packs in the room instead of two. This would have rendered the no coffee shop problem a moot issue. Aside from this sticking point - a fine hotel with good sized and clean, comfortable rooms. Mehr

Great resturant! Great food!

Was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to drive to the Hertz Rental Car Return Center. Was able to park the rental car at the hotel and give the keys to the hotel and they time stamped an envelope for me. Then we took their shuttle to the airport. One less stop and a lot less luggage handling. All the service personnel at the hotel were […] extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. Mehr

stay was for one night to catch a connecting flight early next morning. also used this hotel previously for a one night stay due to flight schedule. room was clean and comfortable and very close to airport. will use this hotel again next time in phoenix.

Beds were older than the hills and very uncomfortable, I was put in a smoking room that smelled so strong that I thought that I had smoked one myself

It was a very nice hotel. It had everything you could ask for except we got a smokers room (I must have missed the no smokers checkmark). Also it had no free breakfast, but most of the higher end places do not. Next time I will be more aware of those problems before booking. Also, 3 days after leaving there is a pending $50 on my charge card that I […] am waiting to disappear since I already paid for the room before arriving. Mehr

Air conditioner was not working properly. Work was done to repair, but left a mess on the floor;(wet), a rag and a socket tool. Noise from hallway was loud as we were across from the ice machine and people were loud and making knocking noises. Hotel staff was courteous. Had to pay for internet access.

Hotel was ok for the price. No fridge in room and older decor. Popcorn ceiling. Very average. Main recommendation is to get a room away from the elevators. Hotel is close to ASU and Mill Avenue which is convenient for restaurants and bar scene. There are two or three other hotels on the same street as the Hilton which you should also check-out.

We recently booked 2 rooms at the Hilton Airport and were thankful it was just a one night stay! The hotel is not of Hilton quality--don't let the name fool you!!! The staff was quick and friendly, but the hotel is in need of updating. The hallway smelt of old, stinky men and we were afraid to take the elevator after the doors nearly failed to open. […] The outdoor security door to the side parking lot was broken, which made us rather uncomfortable to walk the hotel at night. The rooms were comfortable--nothing fancy! NOT Hilton quality--in desperate need of an update/remodel. Shower curtain and drapes both had stains on them--yuck!! The pool/jacuzzi area was small and even though we went down later in the evening, there was food/drink remants still left on the patio tables. The hotel is near the airport, which is great for travelers, but NOT SO GREAT for those of us who want to sleep--we heard airplanes all night long. There are plenty of other options in the Phoenix airport area that may be a better choice!!!! We got a great price for the 2 rooms--but you know what they say--you get what you pay for!!! Mehr

The Hotel and staff was great. I loved the Bar in the Hotel the Bartenders made us want to come back after our event. / Spring Training Baseball. We had so much fun we looked forward to drinks befofe going out to dinner. We had already had plans for dinner outside of the Hotel. But next time will try there. Bottom line Ill be coming back to the Hilton […] for sure! Mehr

We were extremely pleased with our entire experience. Absolutely wonderful staff. I had a Hertz rental vehicle and was able to drop it there with no drop off charge. We also visited a nearby Hilton Garden Hotel and the difference was night and day. The Hilton was so far superior for a very small difference in price.

staff was great... room was great... we plan on staying here again!

I stay at Hiltons all over the country and this is by far one of this biggest disappointments I have ever experienced. It has a good location for the airport, but that is about all. Good for short stay - not much else.

We were very comfortable in our room. Also the bed was so comfortable one of the best beds i've been in staying at a hotel. I'd make reservations again on a good deal.

The service for private car transport and shuttle to the airport was excellent.. This also includes the the excellent assistance of the reception desk. However, the beds were much too soft and created back aches for us all.

We stay here because it's very close to the US Airways Center and some great shopping malls. It is consistently clean and the staff is always very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety.

The location of the hotel is great. the hotel is clean and well kept and the staff is very friendly. We stayed only one night and it was all good.

I made the reservation through Hotels.com while I was sitting in the parking lot of the hotel so there were some issues getting the reservation into the Hilton system resulting in a 30 minute delay checking in. The front desk agent was very friendly and even ended up giving me a free upgrade for the inconvenience. The rooms are very spacious and c […] lean! Mehr

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Phoenix. Airport recently. The facility and staff was uniformly excellent. I will definitely stay there again when in Phoenix

Great Location, Room, Food & Staff just Wonderful!

The room temperature remained near 80 degrees regardless of what we did to the thermostat. We had to resort to opening the balcony door all night. Since it is located close to the hotel, there was a great deal of plane noise. One of the worst night's sleep we've had in a long time!

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Liked the hotel bar. Walls are a little thin we could hear people in the hall but other than that overall pleased!

Shuttle p/u service was a nightmare the morning was better. being new in town we did not know No./So. direction and thats all the ph. service (you had to find the ph.# in a ph. book)would tell us we had to go to for p/u. The bathrm could only fit 1 person or you could not shut the door

Bad heater Bad coffee machine

As good a stay as I have ever had--great stay.

The staff was friendly; they were willing to accommodate our needs. We requested adjoining rooms.

Spent most my time sleeping, but loved what I saw when I was awake. Wish I could have stayed longer. Walls were indeed a little thin, but not bad enough to influence my opinion. Great place.
