"Clean and comfortable, but ..."
This room was clean and comfortable, but it was the smallest queen sized bed I have ever seen ... it was a double bed, not a queen. Two remotes for the TV was odd, and the heater was a bit noisy. Still not a bad place to stay
"loved it"
The stay was awesome. The staff was perfect. Very family friendly. I would stay there a million times over My family so enjoyed it all. Pool open late and the breakfast was like a diner. They deserve to be a 5 star hotel. Stay there you won't regret it.

"Hotel country"
I like the hotel but need to have a variety on the breakfast. Maybe a pancake maker as well as the waffles. Overall we will stay again if we return to that location. Thanks!
It was very nice to receive a note from the gal who cleaned our room. "To have a good day." , and signed her name. It was a personal touch of just that home away from home niceness. I appreciated it. And I did have a good day. Thanks for the hospitality.
"There used to be a matching restaurant..."
This hotel is beautiful inside. They really went the extra mile for me. Also, they have a bookshelf with books to borrow and return in the lobby which I thought was unique. I'd go back.

"Great stay"
Hotel met our needs during our recent visit. Nice cozy lobby/entrance area. Room was clean & comfortable. Great Hot breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay if in the area again. Highly recommend to others.

My boys and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were there for Memorial Day weekend. The boys were especially pleased with the pool. It helped with passing the time because the weather was not cooperating with our plans. I enjoyed the breakfast that was served as well. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was SO clean! Very nice hotel. The only downsize was the room where breakfast is held. Too small for all the guest to use. Other than that , I would welcome this hotel.

"Don't trust your GPS to Find this!"
This is no fault of the hotel but DO NOT trust your GPS to find the hotel's location. Both Magellan and Google Maps have the location of this in the middle of a residential subdivision. The map location also shows it in the wrong place. It is right behind the Menards store so if you Google that you will find it. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay […] there again. Mehr

"Good selection"
Other than some detail cleaning that one sees at nearly every hotel this was a good selection for us. Located near lots of activity and easy to find, etc. Nice for the cost.
"Nasty Assistnt Manager"
We checked into our hotel on a Sunday and apparently interrupted the Assistant Manager. She was very unfriendly and rude. She made it seem like whatever else she was doing was way more important that us. The night staff and day staff was great. We were satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. We had 3 little kids and they enjoyed the pool. Pool was just the right temperature. Would stay here again.

The staff working at the hotel were very outgoing and personable. In fact, I left something behind in my room and after realizing it I called the hotel. The person I spoke to stated they couldn't ship it but would be headed to my hometown within the next couple of weeks and would be willing to call me so I can get it back. "Discuisting Hotel"
I was given a smoking room and I am a non-smoker. The hotel was sold out so I could not move. Room #124 is infested with roaches, in the rest room. You can see numerous bugs crawling on the restroom floor. I expect more from a Country Inn and Suites.

Good location off I80. Downtown Davenport minutes away. Not much parking in front of hotel. Got back from baseball game at night and had to park in the back with no enterance from the back, had to walk around to side.

This was a very clean hotel. Helpful staff. Loved the pool and hot tub and although the hotel was full, this area was not overcrowded.

"not satisfied"
I called the hotel 2 weeks prior to our stay and asked if we could reserve a crib for the night of the stay. The lady told me that their cribs are available on a first come first serve basis. We got into town around 11:00 am, which I knew was too early to check in, but I thought we could at least go reserve a crib. The lady explained to me that they […] only have ONE crib and that someone had called the night before to reserve it. I don't understand why they could call to reserve it, but I could not?! Also, when I called I wish she would have told me they only had ONE crib! I would have brought my pack and play with me! My fiance and I shared a room with my parents, so my parents had one bed, we had the other, plus we had a 20 month old sleeping inbetween us. Our bed was hard as a rock, I laid on my parents bed and their bed was not as bad as ours. Our A/C did not work in our room. One nice thing was the pool was nice and warm! And the breakfast was decent, about what I'd expect for what we paid. Mehr
