The room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, very close to Milano Centrale train station. The surrounding streets could get a little lonely after dark. But, it seemed safe in general. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Conveniently located within a block off Central Station. Friendly and efficient staff, good value, clean, good restaurant. Good place to stay .

Lets start with the good things: -The service was excellent -The breakfast was excellent -The lobby area was really nice -Wifi was included in the price And the bad things -The internet was extremely slow -Even though the room was clean, the bathroom furniture was in terrible condition, and in the mainroom's temperature thermostate boxe's cover was […] nonexistent which gave very unprofessional feeling. -Overpriced in comparison to the quality -The surrounding area filled with graffitis etc. Not nice looking in any way. In general: The room we got was pretty much the cheapest one from the hotel, but from a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For christ's sake fix even the thermostate cover. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but the room really didn't meet the expectations laid by the lobby and the four star rating. I have been in many three star hotels with much nicer rooms. Mehr

Great Rooms. Great Staff. The staff was by far the most helpful of any hotel we stayed at in Italy. Hard to tell about the location. Milan in August is a ghost town anywhere you go. This area seemed eerily quiet, but that could have been because it was August. The hotel staff is friendly and very apologetic for what must be Starwood's worst hotel under its management supervision. The hotel is accessed via a small side street, which makes one's cautionary senses ooze at night - with its broken sidewalks, and top to bottom graffiti. The cooked portion of the breakfast is made in the early hours, so get there […] early. If you arrive after 8am, expect plastic-like scrambled eggs, and stone cold sausage. The pancakes and creeps must have been made several days prior. The dining room staff must have taken a vow of frowns, so manage your expectations. The Internet connection is pathetic. The front desk staff was very apologetic and said something to the effect that 'everyone complains' about the Internet. For a Starwood hotel in the 21st century, slow and at times non-existent Internet connection is appalling. On two occasions I asked to speak to a senior management staff, and I was always told I would be contacted. Needless to say, that never occurred. I can’t say I wasn’t warned from reading prior reviews of this hotel, but I was lured in on the “breakfast” and “Internet”. I went horribly wrong. Heed this advise: book somewhere else. Mehr

I stay at this hotel at least once a month on business. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always available. Plenty of great options for restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the Milan Underground.

Nice new, very "American" hotel with all the amenities. A great value for the price and when we tried to book a room on our return to Milan after visiting Florence the rate had more than doubled! The area (Via Fara especially) had some great, moderately-priced restaurants. The area was very quiet as compared to other streets around the station.

Good location, walking distance to Milan Train Station.

The hotel is over priced and the staff is not very helpful. There is a Hilton and Le Meridien right around the corner which are much better bank for your buck and has a full service staff and concierge.

We arrived to Milan via train and had difficulty locating the hotel from the train station. The hotel rooms were small but overall the hotel was nice and the staff was exceptional. A bit pricey, since all we did was sleep there on our way to Florence. One added bonus was the great buffet breakfast in the morning.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, porém os quartos são muito apeertados.

The hotel in the quiet area but just 5-10 mins walk from the central station.Room is nice and clean. Nice breakfast with standard items and hot sausage, scramble egg. Can ask for expresso, cappuccino or latta which are much better than the machine one.

Hotel Tres bruyant surtout la nuit. Petit dejeuner buffet pas tres attrayant internet tres lent si vous voulez acceder a la vitesse superieure il faut payer.

1. nat var håbløs, fik ikke sovet overhovedet, grundet en elendig og nedslit seng. de næste nætter var helt ok, da vi fik nyrenoveret værelse. så vi blev informeret om, at vi skulle bestille nyrenoverede værelser næste gang.

位於米蘭中央車站附近，10分鐘內便可以到達，十分便利。唯酒店附近欠缺商店，如需購買物資，一定要走到米蘭中央車站才可。

The apparatus in the room had a layer of dust on them. I had to struggle with the shower handle (it was too tight)

Inte som de Sheraton som man är van vid i Stockholm. Helt ok hotell men lite långt från allt. Rummen var ok men inte mer än så. Frukost ok. Gym men ingen pool. Nära tunnelbanor och bussar och centralstationen.

Good hotel if you need to be close to the central railway station. If your main interest is in Duomo, La Scala and/or fashion boutiques, you'll find some other place that is closer to those. People were nice and helpful, breakfast was good. Many good restaurants quite near.

We stayed for two nights for the new year. The hotel was very clean but a little old fashion. The pp at the front desk were very helpfull. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel was close to the metro station, took 5 minutes to the Central Station. Froom central station you can go every touristic place within 10 min. Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger några kvarter ifrån centralstationen. Bra rum och ok frukostbuffé. Mycket trevlig personal som mer än gärna gav rekommendationer om Milanos utbud.
