Crowne Plaza ist ein Hotel der guten Mittelklasse, nach jakarta massstaeben. es bietet alles was man braucht, service ist guter Standard, Restaurants sind guter Standard, Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet, Es gab kleine Maengel im Bad, Badewannenabfluss hat mehrmals geklemmt, und Einlassbatterie an der Badewanne konnte nicht einfach abgestellt werden, und hat tagelang lautstark getropft. Fuer mich ein Aergernis sind die hohen Internetzugangskosten von ca $ 15 pro Tag, dies sollte im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein

"Hotel Sheraton Bandara - close to Airport"
This hotel is very convenient for an airport stop over. However we arrived about 11pm after a long flight from London and the restaurant & bar were closing so the only option available to us was the room service
"Airport hotel"
Sheraton Bandara is great when wanting to be close to airport. Food costs are high, but this is to be expected with no competition close by. Staff was excellent, room was great. This was my third time at this hotel, will stay there again.
"Early check out has penalty."
I want to early check-out less one night but the penalty is one night with tax.
"Mesquito Repellant"
The location to the Airport is excellant. This is my second stay, my first I had a garden view room and had no trouble with mesquitos, thought i would try a lake view this time....although great view i dont think the seal on the sliding door worked well. I fought mesquitos all night long.......dont forget repellant if you ahve a loake view room.
"Jacarta hotel"
first time in Jakarta, and the place is kind of crazy. but the hotel is really nice and it has a great security. the room was really clean and i had a great view. i would stay next time i visit.

"Jetlag Special"
The hotel shuttle was priceless after a long international flight. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Wonderful room and delicious breakfast to start the day in a new country. It was recommended to me by a friend and it totally worth it. I continued on to Bali from here and the airport shuttle again was great.
"Exceptional Service, etc."
I love boutique hotels and this wasn't one of them, but was outstanding as well. It was an older hotel, but had all the amenities and class that is sometimes missing in the newer hotels. I had a wedding to go to and broke my button last minute on my suit. Hotel reception scrambled to find a button and helped me with a smile...you don't find that service […] in any U.S. hotel that I know of. Huge pool, good size rooms and exceptional service. If you're looking for nearby attractions, this is not the hotel, but if you are coming from the airport and want a great day/night to unwind- this is the choice. Mehr
"Great hotel very close to the airport"
Hotel is very close to Jakarta international airport and has a shuttle service to the airport. Stayed here on two separate occasions on the same trip. Each time called the hotel from the airport and the shuttle came to pick us up in a very short period of time. Shuttle is also available for departure to the airport. "Great hotel"
We were given a room with twin beds on the 1st floor facing the lagoon. The location was great, however, the room eeked of mold (or smoke maybe though the room was non-smoking). We asked the front desk to change rooms which they promptly did and moved all our stuff by the time we returned from dinner. The new room was great though we didnt get the lagoon […] facing room. "Nice room, but waited over an hour to check in"
Room as booked was not available when we arrived at 3pm. We had to wait for "cleaning" which took more than 1 hour. Lobby coffee shop is unbelievable expensive ($9 cup of tea, $4 soda). Rooms are very nice and pool is nice. Plus hotel is only 5 minutes from airport. Buffet breakfast was also quite large and nice.
