Kids were partying all night long and the staff did nothing to stop the noise. The hotel was nice but Marriott is off our list.

Stayed here with my husband and two teen-agers during a 12 hour layover en route from St. Maarten to home (North Carolina). We arrived exhausted and hungry. Mario at the front desk was friendly and welcoming - immediately creating a sense of fun & relaxation. The guy in the restaurant gave us great service despite our walking in just when he should […] have been shutting down. I just felt like the entire team was ready to be at our service - from airport shuttle to front desk to the restaurant. I bet they have a great manager to cultivate that service so consistently! Service was nice, room was clean, but smell of cigarettes and we had non smoking. The walls are very hollow, we could hear everything outside the door and the people in the other rooms. If I had to stay for more than one night, I would not use this hotel again.

We was in the hotel for 4 days and It was the most exciting and comfortable stay that we could have had.

I enjoyed my brief stay. The service was excellent and friendly. I was driving from Florida to Northern Kentucky and chose this hotel as a resting spot. I was greeted with friendly service by a gentleman named Tony. I was immeditely assigned my room. I especially enjoyed the internet hook-up and the modern bathroom. Due to my need for rest I did not […] get to check out any of the other aspects of the hotel. I was in room 153. The only problem with that room is that it is adjacent to the side parking lot door and the elevator lobby. There were people coming and going with loud conversations until about 3:00 am. I'll be more attentive when the desk clerk asks if I have any preferences as to room location. All in all a place that I would stay again and recommend to others. Mehr

We checked in late and were traveling with a toddler. They got us checked right in to a 1st floor room, & had somebody bring the pack & play right away. We ended up going to the front desk several times to get extra sheets, buy things that we had forgot and every time they were great to deal with. You can't hear the airplanes from the airport (if you […] have the a/c on). My only complaint was the hallway noise since we were close to the gym & elevator BUT again if you leave the a/c on its not noticeable enough to wake a baby so... ...we'd deff. stay here again! The check-in was very smooth. We called ahead to tell them we would be a late arrival and they had everything ready for a quick check in. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the ATL airport and had shuttle service to and from the hotel. everything went very smoothly in every aspect. This is the best Courtyard by Marriott I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in a lot of them. It has everything all the others have and the greatest pool, nice and warm, indoor; softest beds, pillow tops; quiet, yet very near to ATL. Go 85 west toward Montgomery, exit at exit 71 (Riverdale Road), cross over one of the runways and turn right on Sullivan […] Rd. The Courtyard is just beyond the Super 8. There is a Ruby Tuesdays across the steet. One mile away is the Park and Ride lot. Beware, there are several Marriotts around ATL. This is the Airport SOUTH. After over 50 years of business travel, this is the best for ATL by far. Mehr

We had a lovely stay @ the hotel, but I paid for breakfast with my plan. Unfortunately would couldn't get it without a small problem. We didn't receive a confirmation email from hotels.com and had trouble getting our breakfast. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Have no major complaints. It was an average hotel. The hotel needs upgrading. However, I have no objections to staying there again. Did eat at a great restaurant near there called The Pecan

Property was just as nice as any CYMarriott, but staff are decidedly NOT UP TO EXPECTED MARRIOTT STANDARDS (one front desk and one cafe employe)

Hotel was easy to find and away from the busy traffic in Atlanta. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. You have a flat screen TV with HD. The lobby was also beautiful with the cafe inside. Pool was indoors and my kids really enjoy swimming.

We didn't use this hotel for the airport, but it would have been really convenient and close. We used it for easy access to the MARTA and to Riverdale, GA. The College Park MARTA station was about 5 minutes away and Riverdale was about 10. The only complaint was that there were almost no restaurants in the immediate area except for a Ruby Tuesday. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, only one of the beds had a comforter/blanket, and only two towels were provided. I asked at the front desk for more towels and had to call back down later when the towels still hadn't been delivered. I had to call down for a comforter/blanket as well, and it took them two trips to deliver the requested items. On […] the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the temperature in the room was good. Breakfast was good, and the front desk attendant was very helpful in sending a fax for me. The hotel was near the expressway and my meeting site. Eventhough, they were in the middle of remodeling the property was neat and the room was clean. I would have liked to have had a micro-wave in the room and the system never did warm the room. Overall I had a nice stay.

The room, location, and front desk were fine. The HOT breakfast was not available due to construction in hotel, so do not pay extra for it as it does give you the option when you book. It is a simple continental breakfast. I would have never stayed here had I known this ahead of time with much better options all around the area.

We have stayed here several times, taking advantage of their "Park and Embark" package. Very convenient. Hotel is clean, comfortable, everyone friendly. Several restaurants nearby plus they are remodeling the lobby and their own restaurant. We will definitely stay there again.

Great price, friendly staff, clean hotel, free internet & I couldn't hear the patrons in other rooms. The neighborhood is strictly hotels with a Ruby Tuesdays restaurant - clean & quiet. Many food options in nearby airport area. I will defintely choose this hotel again if the price is right.

Simple, clean, accomodating hotel. Perfect for my one night layover.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and have always been pleased with the service and the comfort and cleanliness of the room.

Thought the $10 a person breakfast was kind of steep, but other than that a good hotel

I've always had good experiences with my Courtyard stays in the past, but this didn't quite do it. Staff was friendly when we came in. I had paid for the room and breakfast, but they did not check the reservation, so I had to come back for the breakfast coupon and prove that I had paid for it. The room was fine--though this hotel is starting to show […] its age. We had trouble ordering a movie, so when we tried to call the desk, we found the phone was not working. I finally jiggled the jack and got the phone to work. It took several conversations with several people, asking the same question, before they figured out that something was wrong with our service. Once they did, they called the Pay-per-view service and got it fixed. But it was frustrating to have to talk to get transferred to several people before that happened. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was good. However, the lady service took over 10 minutes to give me the check after I asked for it. Even when I told her I had a plane to catch, she seemed in no rush to get it to me (even though, all the check was for was to give my coupon and to give her a tip). It just did not meet to my expectations and next time I'm in Atlanta, I'll check out another hotel. Mehr

This hotel was very modern, clean and had a very friendly staff. The staff was knowledgable about the area and helped us find sites within the area. There are several other Marriott hotels nearby so make sure you check the address carefully.

For the money they need to update the rooms; no flat screen outdated furniture...just expected more for the price

Probably the best area to be in a College Park Hotel. A bit secluded with 4 or 5 other hotels and the one restaurant 1 block away, walking distance. Clean and decent all around. No complaints. Great location close to airport terminal for early morning flight out. GPS navigation recommended to allow easy in and out of the area.
