Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Das Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings war es schon ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen, obwohl es unter Airport-Hotels verzeichnet war. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde in klirrender Kälte auf das Shuttle warten, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Und das Frühstück war eher auf asiatischen Geschmack ausgelegt, aber wir haben trotzdem was zu essen gefunden. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel, was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht.

"Best quality for the given price"
The hotel offers a great value for the price it costs. I have been welcomed by friendly staff. The rooms size is ok and room and bath room are very clean. Coffee and tea is available for free day and night next to the reception. The complementatry breakfast variaty was good enough to find something each morning. Several restaurants are near the hotel, […] a greek ratsuarant is next to it. The only down side if you want to visit chicago are the 27 miles from downtown. Wir haben das Hotel wegen des guenstigen Preises gewaehlt und so auch die halbstuendige Fahrt nach Chicago in Kauf genommen! My stay was very good. The location was excellent and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the front desk service was great. Staff was great and facility well maintained.....cigarette smell came into our bathroom through the ventilation system and management gave us a can of spray to deal with it. Tolerable but would have preferred non smoking building. Exercise room was a joke as it had onlhy 3 pieces of home style equipment....not good if you are used to commercial equipment. My first morning I observed a group of undesirables being asked to leave by management. Apparently they had stayed the night and my guess is that they were conducting business within the confines of their hotel room. The police arrived and took over the situation but hotel management handled the situation very professionally. "Manageable for a night stay"
We were staying here overnight before going to O'Hare airport. The hotel is 30 minutes drive to airport and 15 minutes drive to Oakbrook Mall. This hotel is not great if you need to enjoy but you could stay bare minimum. We were given a room with king bed and yellow stains in it. I was not sure if this stain remains after wash. So we asked for another […] room and they offered it because the whole hotel was almost empty except for a few people. In another room the couch had some white stains and the bath tub was so old with lots of stains/spots all around. It probably requires renovation. Free breakfast was okay. There were no fruits and only orange juice was available. The free Wi-fi is better. Old tube television was okay. The remote control has so much of dust in it. The carpet in the whole hotel was smelling and not welcoming, inlcuding both the rooms that we were offered. "Vacation"
Traveling with a baby always has me nervous because cleanliness is a MUST. This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed is comfy(pillow top mattress) which is a plus. House keeping was very thorough. They also had a pack-n-play that came in handy with my 8 month old. Very quiet stay that i will be returning to. The neighborhood is spectacular. […] Shopping centers are in several close locations and restaurants are as well. Sales tax in Lombard is not as high as Chicago so that's also a plus. We chose this hotel because it was the best pice and only a short drive to down town Chicago! It was very nice and clean. The only down side was no pool. "Only one grounded outlet."
It was good overall, but with 2 laptops and 2 phones it would have been nice to have more than one, 3prong outlet in the room. There was one on the base of a desk lamp and the bathroom had one, but I generally don't work there, and charging your phone on the sink is really not a good idea. The curtain was messed up and wouldn't close all the way, and […] the control cover on the air fell off when I went to adjust the heat. The night shift attendant was great as were all employees that I came into contact with. I had an issue it the pizza service on the TV guide and the lady at the front desk personally brought me menus from other pizza places and contacted the first pizza place I call and spoke with the manager in regards to the awful service I received.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
