Waren eine Nacht im Hotel und es hat uns nicht gefallen. Hatten kein warmes Wasser, Haare vom Vorgänger, laufender Wasserhahn und brummender Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück ist nicht Frühstück. Es gibt einen Raum wo man sich Kaffee nehmen kann, ein Waffelautomat, 2 Sorten Kornflakes, trockendes Toast und Baggle. Wir würden es nicht noch mal buchen. Sehr nettes Hotel,das einen Hammer tollen Pool bietet, super Service, für die USA außerdem ein atypisches, nämlich recht gutes, Frühstück (mit Rührei!). Prima Lage, Gegend schien ungefährlich. Leider ein paar eher nicht so tolle andere Hotelgäste, die uns aber nicht störten. Lautstärke der Klimaanlage war extrem.

I would stay there again, it was a nice hotgel and the price was awesome, walmart was right behind it so very conveinent, a great hotel

Was in Phoenix for one night and this place was fine. Couldn't beat the price. The bed was old and hard but for a single night that was fine. Probably not going to be returning. The staff is great

Nothing special.....but you get what you pay for - except the Wifi was not good.

We had requested a no smoking room and got a smoking room which reeked. Also the carpet was filthy, we felt very dirty after leaving there. Our clothes reeked of smoke. Another customer also complained that he was told that when these 'travel websites' are used to book rooms, that the hotel will give out the first available rooms because he requested […] non-smoking and got a smoking room, as well. The only problem we encountered was that the refrigerator in our room froze everything in it. It was fine for the drinks but it wasn't good for our salads. We should know better most hotels frigs are set too high.

Although the hotel room has what you need for a short stay, customer service was not a top priority. The breakfast room was a disgrace - dirty, no food left or any attempt to provide more even an hour before the room was closed.

This was a very busy place, with some unsavory characters. There was a type of incident involving a fire truck spraying white foam about...including at our car... A 2 night stay should warrant at least the emptying of the trash - that did not happen. The morning breakfast was horrible - a waffle maker that hardly worked, the "eggs" were also suspicious. […] Coffee pots were not marked - was one supposed to be decaf? The bread for toast was stale...All in all - a cheap place to stay - guess you get what you pay for. Mehr

My stay at this Motel was a terrible experience. First, the Motel was nothing like the pictures that were posted on Hotels.com. This entire place was filthy. There were vagrants in the parking lot of this Motel, the rooms smelled like cigarrette smoke, the elevator was filled with graffiti and dirty, the mattresses were lumpy, the swiming pool water […] looked murky/dirty, their were hotel guest drinking beer/ smoking cigarrettes in the pool which went against the motel policy (no enforcement of rules), the jacuzzi was out of order, the list goes on and on. Needless to say, I will not stay there ever again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Mehr

there was a staff member that was yelling at people because they where taking there food to there room. he could of just said thatthe owner dose not want you to take the food to room instead of yelling.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. They do not even have bottled water. The overall appearance is that of run down place that gets clear when you get into the elevator. They do not have a clock and the outlets are in the most inconvenient locations. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

This hotel was disgusting. As in there were roaches in my room. Also, the front desk was not helpful when my key card didn't work. I had to wait 30mins before getting into my room. And there was lots of shouting and screaming all night by other hotel guests. So horrible.

Plusses: Hotel employees courteous and helpful, breakfast buffet every morning, two-room suite with kitchenette nice for the family. Minuses: Wish we'd requested "non-smoking" room, which we later noticed they do have, wireless internet did not reach our room, front of drawer fell off when we first tried to open it (worked fine as a shelf...) Not the […] best neighborhood, but very convenient to Walmart. For our purposes, it was a great location, and the price couldn't be beat. We did not try the pool, but others were using it. Mehr

All I can say is we stayed at this hotel being close to our business event for 5 days. yuck. AThe breakfast was horrible, unedible. runny powdered eggs, the pool was green for the entire stay (5 days) poorly maintained, elevator stunk. do not recommend

The room was very smelly, carpets were dirty, would not recommend this hotel ever!!!

We were there for Spring training. The room was fine and well located. They were doing work on the roof that had a bad odor during the day but not in the room. All in all worked fine for a basic hotel

I've stayed here before when it was a Comfort Inn. It's nice enough, clean room etc. but had a few minor inconveniences. There was not a remote for the TV> not a big deal but would have been if hubby had been along. There was not trash can at all in the room, and the toilet was real slow the first night and didn't flush at all the second. Again, would […] have been much more of a problem if I hadn't been alone. There was a group with a bunch of kids staying the second night I was there. The kids were running around until at least midnight making quite a bit of noise and the next morning they had made a huge mess in the breakfast area. That wasn't the hotels fault, I would blame the chaperones, but I know there were some very irritated folks. Mehr

if you are planing to stay at this hotel, you may need to bring a few things. Items such as a bathroom door, tub spout and shower head. Because our room contained none of these. Oh, and if you need to call the front desk to ask for these items, you might also want to bring a phone cord to plug the phone in with.

When I went to check into the hotel, the lady at the front counter was kind of rude when I told her I had a reservation to stay there for 3 nights. Originally that was the plan to stay there for 3 nights. What changed my mind and I will never, ever go back to this place is that she had me waiting forever for her to get verification that I had booked […] the room through hotels.com after being rude to me. It seemed she didn't want me to get the room or something. She had told me that all rooms were booked already. I told her that I had reservations and to look it up. When she finally told me she had verified it, it was like 30 minutes past the time that I had to check in. I waited 30 minutes. When I finally got the cards to the room, I went straight to the room to take a nap since I was too exhausted and tired to get my luggage out of the car since I drove far away from California. The first thing I noticed when I went inside the room, was that the bed wasn't done, the remote control to the tv was on the floor, there was thrash on the floor, cigarrete butts on an ash tray and I even told them I wanted a non-smoking room, tampons on the floor of the restroom, thrash not cleaned, soiled towels. I was very, very dissapointed and upset at the service. I immediately told them that I wanted another room and that I wanted to check out the next day and not be there for 3 nights like I originally planned. This place is the dumps, and I don't recommend it at all. Mehr

There was hair on the bed sheets and bath towels. The shower head is the worst I have ever used. Buyer beware! This place is awful

This is a formerly nice property that has fallen on hard times in a neighborhood that is pretty rough. Good value, but our room needed maintenance (all of the electrical sockets were falling out of the wall, making it difficult to connect electronics, etc.). Underneath the beds was filthy (noticed when we checked before checking out). Rooms are getting […] pretty shabby. Nice pool. Breakfast is good, but understaffed, so constantly running out of food and coffee with overflowing garbage cans. Yuck. Mehr

This was probably a very nice hotel awhile back. Not so much, now. The first room they tried to put me in was on ground level facing the back parking lot and you could see daylight all the way around the door. I was alone, attending a workshop at the hotel and was not about to stay in this room. Next they gave me a room upstairs facing the front parking […] lot. This room had obviously been partly renovated. The bathroom was very nice, new finish on everything, etc. The bed was comfortable. The carpet had not been replaced and was stained. No washclothes in the bathroom. I called the front desk, but never got any delivered to me. Would not be my first choice of hotels in the area. Mehr

You get what you pay for! Bathroom and sheets were clean. Hotel lobby and outside kept up but rooms in bad need of new carpeting. Free full breakfast was the waffles, cold and scrambled eggs, 2 types of cereal mini Hostess type donuts, bread and english muffins.We opted to eat out. So far this is the worst hotel I have stayed. The room was not ready at 5 even though the check in time was 4. Finally they gave me a room. When I opened the room the maintenance guy came out of the room. The phone did not work, TV did not work. After talking to them multiple times, they gave me another room which had a TV but no remote. It did not […] have an iron box which they told they will get from some other room. And the outside during the night is extremely noisy. The good part : This is located in a very good area. Sams Club to the left and Walmart to the right. All shops and restaurants are very near by. Mehr

Very low price Hotel and it shows. Carpets are old and dirty. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed felt like a box spring. They do provide a microwave, refrigerator and free internet.

I can't believe this is a 3.5 star hotel. Located in a bad neighborhood behind a gas station. Sign out side said" rooms xxxx and up". That is certainly is not what I paid. Very noisy, people screaming and laughing until late at night both nights I was there. Called front desk but didn't stop. "Full breakfast was weak coffee, bread and waffles .

This is a decent hotel. The beds are clean and very comfortable. For the money, it is the bomb. And they have a hot breakfast that is also pretty good. Again, for the money, it is clean and comfortable.

sheets and spreads were dark colors , im used to white.....whirlpool was tiny and not hot ....... gr8 price .... quiet... good breakfast ...

when upon checking in... they checked someone else in under my reservation, gave my room to this other person. finally, 20 minutes later, they gave me another room... the room was in HORRIBLE shape! TV hanging out of the cabinet by the cord, smoke detectors missing, broken bathroom door, front door didnt close all the way and there people outside who […] were partying and smoking their weed right outside our door (that nasty smoke was coming in through the bottom of the front door...YUCK!!) I complained to the front desk... they said that they would compensate me for the bad experience.. but over a month later and they have done NOTHING to make it better! I will never stay there again! Room was filthy, water ran in toilet and tub all night long, screaming men yelling at each other all night long outside my door, and my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Other than all that, the price was cheap.

This is a nice value hotel, but if you are thinking anything but value, think again. The hotel has the feel of a low budget, bad area of town kind of place, where you stand in line with guys who haven't shaved for a while. (Maybe that is why they are registering.) On the Friday in December when I was there, I was realllly, reallly looking forward to […] a jacuzzi session, but it was broken, and the pool was not warm at all. The breakfast in the morning was nice. So, if you want to save money in a pretty comfortable bed, this is ok. Mehr

The surrounding ares is questionable and also the people who stay there, are also questionable. The tub did not drain and we asked it to be fixed but nothing was done. The tv does not get local channels. I recommend to pay the extra and stay somewhere else!

Location is great, quiet because away from street, breakfast was good, comfortable beds.

This hotel was clean and quiet. The bathroom had beautiful tiles on the floor and surrounding the tub. All appliances worked well. There was not a hair dryer as was advertised and the pool was closed. The breakfast was adequate. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the price.

the watr in bathroom tub ran, not dripped, but ran, many people talking all nigh long outside room. people live there and it home, not a hotel. the room was so dirty. but you get what you pay for.
