"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

We really like this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The eggs at breakfast could be improved on. "Conveniently Located"
We have stayed at this same hotel several times because we bought our car right down the street and it is convenient when we need service etc. The hotel is clean and adequate. The breakfast SUCKS though, terrible, cold artificial eggs, etc. Also, this time around, there were shelled peanuts on the floor between the bed and the nightstand -- I guess […] the maids got in a hurry and didn't vacuum!! "Probably will look for another hotel"
2-3 years ago stayed here and it was under renovation. Can't really say I can see much difference. Relatively clean but seems run down. Night clerk on duty when I checked in was not very friendly and seemed put out that he had to get me change twice for a vending machine that was out of order!! "Convenient to Shopping & Restaurants"
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was located outside which was a bonus during the summertime. While the elevators and hallways were extremely warm due to little air conditioning, the rooms and breakfast area were comfortably cool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. We had to wait for breakfast items to be replinished […] as did other guests; we were have preferred a well stocked buffet area upon our arrival. However, the overall experience was pleasant. "Great stay for the price!"
This hotel is squeaky clean and located in a neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. We stayed here overnight while picking up our new car at the dealership down the street. Why do motel room always smell? Always bring air freshener with me. For the most part it was clean, except for some hair and drit in the corners of the bathroom and entry way. Clean room, great staff, nice fluffy towels. Only minor complaint is that our room didn't have a tub like the description said. Our kids are used to showers so it didn't really matter to us. Breakfast was pretty good although the wait for the waffle iron was long. We were planning activities in Frisco, Carrollton, and Addison so this location was pretty […] convenient for us.
