Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten.

Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.
Lage
Hampton Inn North Dallas Plano liegt in Plano (Plano - Richardson). Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung: University of Texas at Dallas, Cavanaugh Flight Museum und Collin Creek Mall. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Addison Circle Park und Dr Pepper Ballpark.

I loved everything about the hotel except... when I took a shower I pulled a muscle in my left upper leg because the bath tub was to slippery, I would love for the hotel managment to ask their guests about this little problem and fix it.

We stayed here while we were in town for a football game. The place was filled with fans to the brim and yet the staff remained very attentive to everyone's needs. Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very nice, professional, great service. Breakfast was a mad rush of tons of fans so they were out of a lot of stuff (including coffee :() but […] staff was working quickly to refill. Rooms were very clean, modern, comfortable. "There MUST be better"
Check in was a breeze...Clerk was professional and helpful...Room was not too clean...candy on the floor...something that should not of be used was used on the wood work, and made a mess of it...Breakfast was pitiful...poorly stocked, old, tired fruit, dirty serving area and bends...There MUST be better in the area.. :/

Our hotel room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. Very elegant decor without being ostentatious. It's in a great location -- close to shops and restaurants. My only complaint was the soda machines on each floor did not take bills, only change. But that's a minor problem. Overall, a great hotel.
Although a pipe broke under the sink and I came into a wet floor, the problem was handled swiftly by the manager and I was moved to another room. Rooms were very clean and looked recently up-dated. Would stay there again.

I attended a conference which was taking place near DT. The rooms were extremely expensive. I wanted comfort and safety since I rarely visit the DFW area and this place definitely delivered. Reasonable price and comfortable stay.

Stayed six day with no problems what so ever, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, rooms are very clean, cozy, and the A/C never failed, my room was always at 70 degrees... Everything is close by worth the price.

We took our grandchildren for an overnight stay. Room was fresh and comfortable and the continental breakfast was a hit.
I have stayed in other hotels in the Dallas area and this one was by far the best for the price. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice check in and out was very quick and easy. I have paid a lot more for hotels in this area but this one was one of the best and least expensive.

Our room was clean, temperature was great when we enter the room, not freezing cold like most rooms. Lemon, the clerk who checked us in was very professional and personable. the young man needs to be commended . He was there when I arrived early afternoon Saturday, and was still on duty when I left Sunday afternoon. this is truly a dedicated employee. […] The continenal breakfast was great.. Our experience at the Hampton Inn was fabulous. Kind and courteous upon check-in, also had a corkscrew when we had forgotten ours. Such a GREAT bargain!!!! I was so afraid to find a hotel in the Dallas area on Superbowl XLV Saturday. AMAZING!! Great room, great rate!! A nice place to hang while pipes were frozen at my house!

We wanted to spend a night in Dallas area. We did not need anything fancy - just a clean room with good breakfast was all we needed. We got exactly that. The hotel was almost empty and very quiet. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. We actually stayed there again on our way back and some breakfast items had changed, which is nice.
