Das DaysInn ist mit Bus und Subway bequem zu erreichen, man ist in ca. 15 Minuten die Innenstadt. Das Hotel bietet großzügige saubere Zimmer zu einem sehr moderaten Preis. Von den von uns in den letzten Jahren besuchten Hotels/Motels dieser Kette ist das Hotel in Chicago mit Abstand das beste.

Sehr guter Preis, Downtown ist über die nur ein paar Minuten entfernte CTA Station super erreichbar. Hotel liegt in sehr netter Umgebung. Frühstück war etwas über dem typischen Motel Durchschnitt, und für meinen Geschmack genau richtig. Zimmer und Hotel war sauber. Zusammenfassen sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Days Inn ist in einem superschönen Quartier. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur 3 Blocks von der Hochbahn entfernt. Die Kingsize Betten Zimmer sind anzuraten, da diese viel grösser sind als die Queen size Betten Zimmer. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

It is a nice hotel, fair quality for good price and located in a good neighborhood. Good bus connection to downtown Chicago

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have no complaints. Friendly staff, EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Free WIFI, Free continental breakfast. It's a hike from all the typical touristy Chicago venues, but nothing a short trip on the bus can't fix. I can't think of any reason why I won't stay there every time I am in Chicago.

I used to live in this area of Chicago. Lots of restaurants, bars, and public transportation to get you wherever you can't walk. Close to Wrigley and Lincoln Park!

An older property but clean and good location from which to explore the North Side.

This was a great hotel, very easy to get into town, clean and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Some reviews said the rooms were very small and that's true, but it certainly wasn't a problem for us - it was more than adequate size and more than made up for by the huge comfy bed and central location.

I enjoy staying at the Days Inn in Lincoln Park, in large part due to its great location in the middle of a bustling, active and eclectic neighborhood. It is very close to DePaul University and I enjoy the pricing with the DePaul discount. There are a number of restaurants, local and national retailers within a 5 minute walking radius. The zoo, the […] Nature Museum and access to the beautiful lakeshore trails are great for runners and walkers alike. The hotel is very clean and safe with comfortable rooms, though the room I reserved via Hotels.com, was much smaller than what I typically get.Staff is friendly and responsive. Free breakfast, wifi and Bally's gym access are perks that seal the deal. Mehr

I was in Chicago for about three and a half days and wanted to stay close to everything, but not TOO close. I had read reviews that some of the rooms were loud, if too close to Diversey, but mine didn't face the street and I could still hear my neighbors on both sides and the ladies in the hallway. The "welcome" basket comes with shampoo, two soaps, […] and ear plugs. Need I say more? The closet was a really awkward size/shape, and the room in general was pretty small, but for what you pay, it's a good deal, especially if you're in your room mostly only for sleeping. Mehr

I can't believe the price for everything you get at the Days Inn on Diversey in Lincoln Park. You couldn't ask for a better, centrally located hotel in one of the most pristine neighborhoods in Chicago, just blocks from Lake Michigan. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to get downtown with limited stops on the Brown Line light rail, so this is a perfect […] choice for those who want to be close to all of the action but don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a downtown hotel room. They put earplugs in all of the rooms which tells me that it's probably noisy for those who end up with "street facing" rooms...we got an interior room that had a view of the air conditioner system, but it was quiet and that's all we could ask for!! Oh also, they have really convenient breakfast hours for people who don't like to get up at the crack of dawn...we loved that. If you're planning a Chicago getaway, you won't be disappointed with Days Inn on Diversey! Mehr

Really enjoyed this visit. I grew up one block away on Diversey, so the location was just great. Access to the things I wanted was perfect. Only problem was a very static filled radio. Room size was perfect. Very happy. Valet service was excellent as well. I hope to come back for a longer stay. Thanks.

My family and I required two rooms which was next to each other and was very nice. We were welco Ed and greeted in a very respectful manner. When we reached our rooms; one room smelled like cigarette smoke! I informed the hotel desk and the personnel offered to move us but then we couldn't be together as a family, so the hotel staff came to the room […] and sprayed the room to rid of the odor. It smelled better but still had a small linger smoke smell. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great. Rooms were not what they looked like in the pictures on the website. I stayed at the hotel on Thu-Fri. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean the hotel was and our room especially. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I did not like the noise level at all. I did not sleep all night. There was traffic noise because the hotel is on busy streets, there was a couple arguing loudly […] on the street fro 1.30 pm to 12.00 pm and then there was the loud death / trash metal music coming from inside the hotel at 11.00 pm. I had to call the front desk because I was staying with my 5 year old and my mother due to a visit to the nearby Children's Memorial Hospital the next morning.Other than that this was one of the few extreely nicely maintained hotels I have stayed at. We spent a weekend in February here. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to public transportation. For $2.50 we rode the Metro train from O'Hare to Logan Square Station and caught the #76 Diversey bus which stops right in front of the hotel. Trains and busses all seem to run every 10-15 minutes. The hotel is feels safe, clean, and the personnel […] are friendly. There is some inter-room and hallway noise. We had an interior room that was insulated from street noise. Ask for one. Continental breakfast is typical of most places these days, make-your own wafffles, rolls, cereals, coffee, juice. Perhaps more fruit choices than some. Note: Whether you select an option specifying free breakfast or not, breakfast is still free. Free wi-fi was very fast. They change the access code every few days, so ask for an update when you lose you signal. We'd stay there again without hesitation. Mehr

Enjoyed our stay. We were in Lincoln Park to see a performance at the Apollo Theatre. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room had a comfortable bed. I left a tip for the maid and she wrote me a thank-you note. Nice. The room was no-frills, a bit noisy when staff was cleaning rooms up the hall. We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Almost anything you could possibly want within walking distance. The room was comfortable and cleaner than other more expensive hotels I've stayed at. The other reviews spoke about noise but we did not hear anything. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn while visiting our son in Chicago. It was conveniently located to his apartment and provided easy access to all public transportation needs. While the room was small (it's not a brand new hotel - duh!) it was very comfortable. Heat functioned well in the bedroom area. The large bathroom provided the only down-side […] which was limited heat. The exterior exposure of the shower made it a tad chilly until the hot water got cranking! Nevertheless an excellent room for the price. Outstanding continental breakfast. I'd stay there again just for that alone! Mehr

The Hotel was very fine. Breakfast was excellent, Staff was pleasant and helpful. I walked out of the hotel and left my camera on the bench near the door. One of the staff ran out after me to retun my camera. EXCELLENT.

This Days Inn has exceptional staff and service. Friendly and helpful all personnel brightened my day. I found the hotel clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was interesting and safe. Great food, movies and shopping. Highly recommend this Days Inn.

This worked out fine for me! The staff was helpful whenever I asked for a phone # or a recommendation.. they stashed my bag when I needed it- there was good shopping and a movie theater in the neighborhood- it worked out well for me!

Nice staff. Room was smaller than my childrens bedroom. Shower head comes out of the side wall of the shower as hotel is very old. Parking is horrible. Plan on paying $20 per day for parking.

This hotel was better than I expected. Much better! It is situated ever so conviniently with plenty of shopping close by, lots of good restaurants a minute's walk away and the L is about 4 blocks away too. The room we had was a double suite and it was spacious, clean and SO COMFORTABLE! I liked how secure the hotel was: you needed your key for the elevator […] and the stairs which was nice. The neighbourhood seemed very friendly: a good mix of ages, families and dogs! First time using Days Inn, not my last! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mehr

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location to get around Lincoln Park area and downtown. It is a nice find.

very pleasant; probably was a fine old hotel and days inn has kept it that way - parking around the corner, many good shops theaters etc in walking distance; clean, nice ambiance
