Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Wouldn't think twice about staying there again. The staff was courteous and responsive.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The pool and hot tub were in good working condition the room was clean. The only issue I had was with the very limited breakfast available. On one morning there were not any full size paper plates available to put a full sized waffle on. I realize that there are sometimes issues that come up, […] this just seemed to be something with a simple fix. When I mentioned this to the owner on checkout he became very upset that i would even mention it. Not very professional. Like I said I was mostly happy with my stay and any owner/manager should welcome constructive criticism in an effort to always strive to improve conditions for guests. Mehr

I can't imagine why anyone would stop in Winslow unless they were just driving through and needed to stop to sleep. That being said, this place fulfills that need perfectly. The people that run the place are nice and friendly. I wasn't bothered by train noise. There was a free breakfast. One suggestion, don't bother looking around. For a budget hotel, the Winslow America's Best Value Inn is about what you'd expect, with some aging infrastructure. The room was clean, but the TV remote control didn't work and the refrigerator made some sort of 'ticking' noise that forced me to unplug it. Upside of the TV problem was the high speed internet clocked in at 10.5 mbps on my iPad, or […] about triple the speed of the best I've ever gotten before at a Hilton, and great for watching streaming video. This hotel was easy to find...But sadly the beds were horrible!!! Extremely uncomfortable. This hotel should get better beds for their customers.!!!! Their breakfast they offer their guests was donuts from a six count package that you can get at 7 11 for .69 cents....If I wanted those I would have bought them and not the hotel room and breakfast. For the price this was a great hotel for the price nice room and amenities. The indoor pool was clean. The little lady at the front desk was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a plus and the breakfast did have some hot components. Overall well worth the money.

We were very pleased with this Hotel. Last minute reservation. Great service at check in. We enjoyed a clean room and a very comfortable king size bed. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great room with an even better price. The only draw back was the morning breakfast.

On check in we found the hotel to be really out of town, and the person on the front desk (said he owned it) to be rude and not helpful at all.

The hotel is really outdated needs a renovation! Has the same look from the 80s!

we rented rooms here and they attempted to profit off of us even though we had already paid for the extra people. eventually after getting a new confirmation they were helpful but at first they wanted to put us out in the middle of the night with my elderly family... please do not visit these folks the inexpensive room comes with a price! a price too […] big for most of us to pay! The hotel was ok. It seems a bit tired and rundown at first but it grew on us. The room was clean and neat, the staff was very helpful. You get what you pay for. There was a huge bug on the bed when we entered the room. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Most hotels along the I-40 are prone to noise from the trains. This hotel was no exception. Also the Wi-fi signal was lousy and the neighborhood was rowdy.

The owner was rude and treated us like prisoners. He watched you like a hawk. The room were ok. Breakfeast kinda sucked all old dried out pancakes. Loud all day and night. Dont stay here.

Nice enough place. Breakfast was a good carb breakfast, pancakes, sausage, toast, cereal, packaged donuts. They did have $2 off coupon for Meteor Crater. If coming from the east, good location for crater. If from the west, stay in Flagstaff. Meteor Crater is 20 west of Winslow.

Stayed two nights (on way to Phoenix and on way home). Very close to interstate so easy on and off. Clean and comfortable room. Continental breakfast not the best but just added to the value. Will definitely stay again.

Unfriendly service, too much cleaning the place reeked, lights flickering in the hallway made me think I was in a horror movie.Room only some what clean looking.Breakfast was terrible, charge too much and charge me for a 3rd person when nobody else did on my trip. will never stay there again!!!!!

Convenient location, heated indoor pool. Somewhat eccentric proprietor. Room was large and clean, but ever so slightly tired, and dated. This hotel was great for what it was. Clean, warm, inexpensive. Easy off and on the freeway. The hot tub was actually clean. The 'continental' breakfast consists of roughly 84% Hostess products. Again, for what it was, it worked.

The hotel was good. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to sites we wanted to see. The breakfast was good. Only one problem the side door lock was broken. Anyone could come on in. We felt safe but hope they get the lock fixed soon. The rate was resonable. Would stay here again.

This is the best deal for a modest travelers hotel along I-40 east of Flag. Trains do pass by a night. This may bother your sleep. Breakfast was better than expected.

We needed an inexpensive place to sleep after a long day of work and driving. America's Best Value in Winslow fit the bill perfectly. Our room was very comfortable and we slept great. The hotel is old, but kept up and very clean. If you need an inexpensive place to lay your head at the end of the day, this is perfect. The motel was clean and the room was confortable. The continental breakfast with pancakes and sausage was more than I expected. Not much else at the offramp to the freeway.

Very limited choices in Winslow and this property is amongst the better choices.

Stopped over on a trip from New Mexico to California. Clean, slightly older hotel, with excellent facilities. Winslow is a slow town, and this hotel fits right in - relaxed and low key. This will not ever be a resort destination hotel, but then Winslow isn't that kind of town! Older rooms and amenities, but clean, tidy and functional. A bargain for […] a stopover. It was hard to find. Not on any main street. Had to ask directions. Near railroad track. Not in the best of areas. Had to hunt for a place to eat dinner as none were nearby.

Good value for the money. easy on and off access to the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby

We stayed here one night in order to get an early start to Meteor Crater in the morning. Winslow looks like a town suffering some economic distress, though they are planting trees and refurbishing downtown to emphasize and beautify historic Route 66 and thereby attract tourists. This motel is very convenient to the Interstate. When you first pull off […] the Interstate, you won't see much that's attractive; in fact, this clean motel with its indoor swimming pool and a good breakfast seems almost out of place in its surroundings. Remember that you are "out by the Interstate" and many blocks away from downtown. Mehr

The bed was very uncomfortable, buthe room and hotel were clean and well kept. The neighborhood looked rather scary to me. About the only places to eat were small mexican restaurants. We ended up at the Flying J truck stop.

The Hotel was conveniently located just off I-40, was clean and the price offered through Hotels.com was very reasonable

I was disappointed in the wi-fi service. It was only available during office hours, from 6am to 10pm and it was not high speed. The hotel is not geared to business travelers and I would not stay at this hotel in the future. The tv had problems, the volume would change on its own and the sleep timer did not work. The room was hot and the air conditioner […] was too noisy to use while trying to sleep. I tossed and turned all night and did not get a full nights sleep. Mehr
