We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!

hatten das Hotel als Wildwood-Inn gebucht und es hat eine weile gedauert bis wir es als red roof inn gefunden hatten, ansonsten :Zimmer gut ,Pool OK und über das Frühstück schweigen wir .

Quality Inn & Suites River Suites liegt in Sevierville in der Nähe von: Sevierville Events Center und Floyd Garrett's Muscle Car Museum. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Tanger Outlet Mall und WonderWorks.

"Close to event center and indoor water park."
Great hot breakfast. Nice bed. New carpet. Water pressure is great. Room is big but only for two people. Base board need stream clean. Staffs are very friendly. Just remember when women of joy conference weekend to see if hotet can move to 6 am since door open at event center at 7am. 9000 women that friday to sunday.
The room needed maintenance. The door lock almost wouldn't open. The door stuck in the frame & didn't seal once we were inside. Having two bathrooms was nice, but each bathroom only had 2 towels. A room for 6 with 4 towels provided....

Very clean rooms. We had a room with 3 queen beds. The beds weren't hard like most hotels. The pillows could of been alittle better but still loved the hotel. It had a indoor swimming pool and hot tub that was nice. Our kids enjoyed the stay too. They didn't want to leave. Breakfast was great too. We will be staying there again soon!!

"Quality Inn & Suites River Suites"
No River... so weird name. Rooms were clean, just very run down. They could certainly go with some paint and updating. But for what you pay, it was comfortable and functional. All rooms are nonsmoking which is great, but all the doors go to the walkway/ balcony where the smokers go (there's chairs to sit in). So if you get migraines like I do from smoke, […] this is unfortunate. But everyone (staff and other patrons) were kind and considerate. The breakfast was fine- the usual fare of waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, milk, yogurts, toast, pastries. Oatmeal and grits- instant. We had the 3 queen bed room and a comment was made that the air condition doesn't quite make it to the one side unless you freeze out the other side. This is certainly true, but workable. Mehr

"Decent place for the money"
The room was clean & the staff was nice. I was a bit taken off guard when I reserved a smoking room & recieved a non smoking room. I didn't complain because it was beautiful outside and there were chairs close to my room. From the looks of it, all the rooms around us were non smoking. "Pet Friendly"
Only needed a room for one night but needed it to be pet friendly and sleep 5 people. The three queen beds were perfect, especially since on of them is petitioned off. My mother-in-law felt as if she had her own room. Booking was also easy with hotels.com. Nice hotel. Had 3 queen beds which was perfect for our needs. Good continental breakfast.
For what we paid it was an OK place....they need to pay attention to the baseboards as the dust is accumulating. Our tub was backed up and it was taken care of promptly and while we waited they allowed us to use another room. All in all not a bad place-staff need to pay more attention to the cleaning of the rooms.
"Comfort At A Low Price"
Altho this is an older hotel, it is very comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. The indoor pool was fun and perfect when it rained. I would recommend this site. It's about 10 minutes with basic traffic from Dollywood. The breakfast was adequate and fresh.

"Pleasantly Surprised"
Our room was bigger than I expected. It was nice having a sitting room with a TV separate from the bedroom, that also had a TV. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Beds are comfortable. The rest of the furniture and fixtures were pretty outdated. Breakfast choices in the morning were good. Staff was very friendly and accomadating

"Water Leaks"
Everything was great at check-in. Shortly after midnight we were awoken by water flowing from the ceiling. Apparently the toilet began overflowing from the unit above us. It was a mess to say the least. The night manager offered to let us move to another unit on the second floor but it was in the middle of the night but we declined because the kids […] were all sleeping. Mehr
"Would recommend"
If you are not "high frill", then this hotel is for you. The location is convenient yet does not feel touristy. The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge, the indoor pool was very nice and maintained, and the room was spacious.

The first room was not clean and smelled of smoke. Second room was cleaner. The hot water on the shower went from hot to cold back to hot again. The pool was dirty. Could not see the bottom of the pool. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was great. If you are going to the National Park, you are over 30 minute drive away.

"River Suites"
I assumed there was a river view which there was not. Since we were staying for 4 nights, I assumed we would get a choice room. We were stuck on the highest floor quite far from the elevator. The breakfast room was so crowded, I never got to eat in there. I got my food and had to take it back to the room, which as I said, was far away. Was not thrilled […] and would not recomment this place. Mehr

The room was great with a separate sitting area. It was well taken care of we definitely got more than we expected for the price.The location was very good, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinbug. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very nice and the breakfast excellant. The road that the hotel is on is currently under construction so this led to some issues with access.
