Comfort Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North - College Park

The beds were tall and VERY comfortable. I didn't hear noise from my neighbors, which was nice. The bathroom had large marble sink and bathtub. This is a great place to relax. The Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel was also excellent.

The hotel is out dated and the area is poorly located. The parking lot is not very safe there is a club on location which causes for a lot of in and out traffic and people hanging around.Be careful with your credit or debit card,the service desk attendant charged me for a room that I paid for with hotel. Com (TWO EXTRA TIMES).

Needs updating. Also, says a smoke free facility but smelled like smoke. Attached bar and grill is nice with good food.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites on 09/04 due to sheer business necessity, and because they were the only hotel with available rooms that weekend. Despite the hotel, like all in ATL that weekend, being swamped, the front desk staff were cheery and helpful. The room was great, the standard ES separate bedroom from the living room/dining room/kitchenette. […] The usual ES "Manager's Reception"in the evening with free drinks and snacks offered absolutely phenomenal real green, red and white tortilla chips with endless guacamole, sour cream and salsa--delicious! My one suggestion for improvement (and this seems to be the norm in all ES I have stayed) is that the room AC goes down only to 66 F...absolutely insufficient on a sweltering Georgia summer day. The guest should be allowed to choose the room temperature, not the hotel management. Without that issue, my stay would have essentially been five-star. Mehr

The pictures that are on the hotel's web site must have been taken 10 years ago. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. the rooms all smelled musty and dirty. There was a very strong urine odor in 3 of the 4 rooms we were shown. The fourth room smeled like somone had emptied an entire bottle of vanilla air freshner in it and you could still […] smell the musty, moldy odor. In fact, we ended up not staying. The manager was less than helpful and seemed to be mad that we did not like any of the rooms. I definately would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

The hotel room was disgusting, dirty and musty smelling. Had to go to Wal Mart to buy a fan for the night since the air conditioning didn't work properly. Need to condemn the building!!

Our air conditioner did not work properly in our room. Room was musty smelling and we found a piece of old food in our room. The water temperature was hard to regulate, it was either freezing or burning hot!

I was very uncomfortable because the air was not working in the lobby or the hallways. You felt like you needed to take another shower after you left your room. When we were eating breakfast there was no air circulating. It was difficult to breathe. Upon arrival we were sent to one room that was in complete disarray! There was bedding all over the floor of the room & dirty towels scattered in the bathroom! After, we altered the staff at the front desk we were sent to a another room. The room was clean the bathroom was NOT! The toilet was full of something, after flushing the toilet over flowed […] onto the bathroom floor! We alter the young women at the front desk only to be tried as if it was our fault that this had happened! She was very rude, unapologetic, & snappy! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. However my only issue is when I went into the first fitness room, the equipment was broken and in shabby condition so I was not able to get my workout which I was looking forward to. I saw that there was another fitness room but it didn't look like it was for hotel guest use so I didn't bother with it. I guess […] I should have asked someone at the front desk but I didn't. Had to find a place near Atlanta airport. I thought the airport sucked (worse major airport I've ever been to), then comes the Comfort Inn Hotel. Surrounding area was creepy. Not a place I would subject my family to staying ever again. Receptionist would rather be somplace else. Beds were too small. Room was old. Next time, I'll spend more money and […] get a decent place...better yet, I'll stay away from Atlanta's airport. Mehr

I needed to print a boarding pass, and it was more complicated than I imagined. The business center did not have a printer, and I needed to ask the reception clerk, what is going on. She explained that all the printing needed to be done from the printer in their back room, and they will hand you it afterwards. The lobby area was noise because of the Mexican bar that is attached to it. They had to door open from the mexican bar attached to the hotel so the customer from bar was roaming around in the hotel lobby.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle service every 20 minutes but our shuttle was full although we arrived to wait in plenty of time so we had to pay for taxi. This hotel DOES NOT offer free parking while away. They will let you leave your car for a fee. Shuttle from airport upon return worked out fine.

Location was very good - two blocks off the interstate and close to the airport, which was why we were there. I was planning to drop my wife off at the airport, but we learned that the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport every half-hour - could not have been more convenient. I stayed here first and I sent my mother over there because of the quality of the service. I felt like home and besides they had spanish speakers staff, which was plus. My mother loved it too, she said "I felt like a queen"

Great Location for the airport with easy access off I-85. Close to a variety of resturants and gas stations. Pleasant staff. However, a black female hustler with a armed forces hard luck story was staking the breakfast room and the resturant(blarring music). She was there when we left and again a week later when we returned with the same story.

Were it not for the Hotel clerk, I don't know what we would've done. We requested for 2 queen beds, we were assigned 2 full beds. Correction was made, however, the 2nd room was unclean with a non-working air conditioner. We were moved for the 3rd time, which was ok, because we were greeting our daughter and son-in-law from Italy, after a year of not […] seeing them.
