We had a very good time in New Mexico and Days Inn made our stay great. LouAnne was tremendous! Her customer service and help was superb! She prepared our breakfast each morning and ensured we enjoyed our breakfast even offering seconds. Elevator was quick and local news on plasma in breakfast area kept us in touch with weather in NM. Our stay was very nice. There is nothing overly special about this hotel, but absolutely nothing realy wrong either. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My single night stay at the Days Inn Albuquerque Airport was completely satisfactory. There was a wee bit of confusion (to which I'm partly to blame) when I rang the hotel from airport to request a pick-up. That was sorted out easily enough, and I got a lift the following morning to rental car site from the proprietor. The room was clean and comfortable. […] There are other hotels physically closer to the airport, but considering it's virtually impossible to get to any of them without a shuttle service, that's a moot point. THE HOTEL WAS NICE, CLEAN, QUITE FOR THE MOST PART JUST HAD THE OCCASIONAL KIDS RUNNING DOWN THE HALLWAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE A/C WAS A BIT NOISY. OVERALL I ENJOYED MY STAY.

We booked our room for 2 nights our first night the TV did not work, our room did no get clean. We had to go get towels for the last night. We have stayed there many times in the past 4 years and this was the only time it was not good.

i didnt find anything wrong with the hotel at all it was clean and looked nice. the only thing we dint like was the tv was a little out dated for now a days but it still work. the pool was a little small only 5 foot but it was just right i still could get some laps in it. the hot tub was great it did get a little cool one time but i told the clerk behind […] the desk and he checked it out very quickly. overall a nice hotel for a 2day to a week long trip. i will go back Mehr

The lady at the check in desk was eating sunflower seeds, turned to spit out the seeds & used her hands, then touched our key cards, my Drivers License....yuck! Sanitary issues need to be reviewed with check in staff. Room was good. Tv is old and it took about 45 minutes for it to warm up to color. Good location, quiet considering close to the airport. A very nice hotel, especially for the price! Will stay again for sure. indoor pool and work out room (wasn't able to use either of them secondary to my brief stay, but they appeared clean and well maintained). room was clean and spacious, and is convenient to the airport.

We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and a pool. My children look forward to the pool more than anything. When we checked in, we were disappointed to find the pool was closed. The guy at the desk seemed uninterested that we were disappointed even when we asked when it would be open again. He said he would find out later and call our room. […] He was rude and seemed annoyed that I even asked. I stay there often for my V.A. appointments down the street. its always good . I would only make two suggestions. 1. Fix the hole in the ceiling in the bathroom of 117 and stop burning the sausages at breakfast 2. keep the hot tub and pool fixed.
