The staff were very friendly and helpful! But the room had torn wall trim, cobwebs, and mold and was generally not well kept and pretty dismal. And the air conditioner leaked but at least it was to the outside.

We rolled to the middle of the bed ,because the matress was so worn. Had to move to another room because the air conditioner was leaking water all over bathroom floor.

Good for price. Small pool, limited b/fast, just donuts and cereal/ bagels. Very nice staff.

After a long day of driving on a road trip - the Days Inn beds were most welcoming! So much so in fact, that I booked there again for my return trip. Very comfortable, and good service at check-in & check out as well. Will stay there again!

Conveniently located to local attractions. Poor maintenance of room conditions and not the best cleanliness

The only thing we weren't happy about is my daughter said the pool needed to be bigger. It was good over all. The staff was wonderful.

Clean room, clean bathroom, hot water with good water pressure, not bad breakfast food. Good deal in a good location.

Great location, just 2-3 miles from Ruby Falls and other tourist attractions. Indoor pool. Plenty of vending machines scattered throughout building. Pretty much what you expect from a Days Inn.

the entrecne way was danguges and the swimming pool was not very kid friendly or for anybody that was not good with there feet

Pretty good for a one night stay. I didn't see what all the bad reviews were saying. The room was decent, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was good. Plenty good enough for a 1 night stay. Wouldn't recommend spending a week here though.

If you're looking for a budget hotel, just to sleep at, then this place is ok. The location is convenient for attractions such as Rock City, Lookout Mountain, incline railway and a short straightforward drive to downtown Chattanooga As for the room itself: Positives:- the beds were comfortable, free wifi, fridge was convenient even though the icebox […] compartment was totally frozen so unusable, aircon worked (noisily) Negatives:- Smell of smoke coming in through bathroom vent, general shabbiness of room and outdated furniture, front door poorly fitted and gap allowed excessive noise from outside. (traffic, squealing tyres etc) We only really used this hotel as a base to explore the area, which for the price was fine, however if I was planning a trip where I was spending more time at the hotel I would probably pay more and choose one of the other chains in the area. We stayed one night when driving threw to Florida. And one night was enough. We didn't bother eating the complimentary breakfast becaue when we checked in at 8pm the area was still dirty from breakfast that morning, with coffee and cereal all over the floor and counter. The pool was musty looking and there were no extra towels. Overall a quick stay […] is OK, I guess. But we will not stay there again. Mehr

Nice little place. Clean. Our door card scanner didn't work. It took 7 to 10 tries to get in the room. The comp breakfast was so skimpy even the kids complained. However, it was a nice place, And the pool is extra tiny, but close to everything. I would stay again, I think.

I stayed Aug 12 through Aug 13. When I arrived hotel, I was surprised in hotel room. First of all, I already reserved non smoking room but host said that they have no non smoking rooom. It's ok that bedroom is real dirty and stinky smell too, and not good breakfast too. I never seen the Days inn hotel in America. I always have good reputation for Days […] Inn. But not this time. I never go again the hotel Mehr

the location of the hotel was great...but the room itself wasnt very good at all...cob webs in every corner and along the wall....wallpaper peeling off...and had a issue with a bathroom light and they wouldnt replace it just told me to wait and let it warm up cause the light bulb was old but not quite yet burned out completely but was pretty close....overall […] the hotel wasnt good at all Mehr

We were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean quite comfortable motel for a very good rate. the beds were comfortable the bathroom very clean and the staff very friendly.

Needs updating, Bathroom "FILTHY"

I booked last minute online and the photos made the place look decent. the fact hat is was just me and for one night was fine. One i checked in my room, i noticed the furniture was really dusty. I thought maybe the room wasn't rented out in a while. Then I sat on the bed and the box spring was really old. Bed was really uncomfortable couldn't sleep […] at all. Worse part is coming....there was a wash cloth on the sink (I thought it was clean)...i picked it up and found it had a pubic hair on it and looked to be used on something. GROSS! Mehr

The carpet was sticky or just recently washed but not yet dried. We requested a non smoking room, but this one was a smoking room. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't switch rooms. However I had booked and paid online several weeks ahead for both rooms; it seems that the prepaid rooms request would supercede incoming customers. Also, the two rooms […] were not next to each other, same floor but the teen's room was separated by the length of the hotel. Overall, the checkin was quick, friendly, and helpful. One night's stay was uneventful, clean, and inexpensive. Tis is a moderate hotel in a very convenient location. Mehr

Instruction to accsess hotel is showing hotel on wrong side of the hiway. It should be corrected.

I stay at many hotels and this one was the worst. I am all about getting what you pay for. If you were just staying for the night to get some sleep this one is for you. But if you are actually staying for a few days spend the money and go somewhere else. The pool was full of mold, ane the floor and chairs were never cleaned. The pictures are very misleading. […] We left and went to the Chattanogga Choo Choo hotel well worth the money!!! I also called and complained and was told the manager would call....which he never did!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!! Mehr

The hotel room was clean, but the bathroom had a large crack in the ceiling over the shower with water leaking because the room above had left the curtain out of the tube and was showering with water coming on the floor. They stopped the shower and the water stopped.

This hotel was just nasty! The rooms were disgusting and we were next to some really shady people who live there, I think. My kids were so scared, they wouldn't even go to the pool. We had to use the "buddy system" the whole time. Very shady! Not for families!!!

The front desk was not very accommodating, as we asked for a first floor room when we booked the room. There are no elevators so we brought our clothes up to the room, because the luggage was too heavy. I don't think that we would recommend this Days Inn to anyone. The only perk was that it's right off the interstate.

The room was great for the price. The staff was very friendly. I saw a couple of roaches but overall the room was clean and comfortable. I would definately recommend days inn if you're trying to vacation on a budget.

The motel was nice, our room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was close to Lookout Mtn and Raccoon Mtn where we were spending a couple days. Will stay again next year when we go caving.

This hotel was the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. There was mold in the tub, ceiling, and curtain. I changed rooms and the second room was worse than the second. I had 3 small children with me and we had to switch hotels in the middle of the night. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this mold infested hotel!

Hole in bathroom wall with t-paper was not so cool. Desk help very good. t-paper holder was loose worried about leaky toilet cuz it wiggled.

We stayed in this hotel TWICE on our way to and from Florida. The hotel itself is in okay shape (some tiles are missing in bathroom, patched walls, etc.), but everything is clean and comfortable. Great place to stay overnight. Close to highway and easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful

We had a little trouble with the wi-fi but the room was great and the people there were even better, checking in was so easy and they were ready to answer any questions I had in the friendliest way, never felt uneasy at all about asking.

We liked it there.kept up well and Friendley. Will be back again. Pool needs less chlorine thats only complaint

For the price great hotel. Needs some repairs. Great location. Pool small. I spent half the money and had a good place to stay.

This hotel needs a complete remodel, it is very dated and has numerous maintenance issues.

it was clean ,quite and peaceful and it was booked we went on 4th of july and it was still quite ,i recemend this hotel

Great view of the mountains. Very convenient location. Lots to do in the area. Very clean and comfortable.

The Days Inn is great. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. Thanks for making our stay awesome.

The area is poor except for all the hotels. We were very surprised...the location was good, right off the main highway but the hotel needs to be updated. New bedding, new paint the works. Also, the door did not seem to close completely.
