Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten.

Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.
Lage
Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West in Farmers Branch ist familienfreundlich. dieses Hotel befindet sich im Geschäftsviertel und liegt in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: L.B Houston Municipal Golf Course. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind: Sandy Lake Amusement Park und Galleria Dallas.
Ausstattung
Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessstudio, Außenpool und Whirlpool. Die Betten in den Zimmern haben Pillowtop-Matratzen und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Ein Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) steht Ihnen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Neben einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel-TV-Empfang sind die Zimmer mit folgenden Angeboten und/oder technischen Geräten ausgestattet: Pay-TV. Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören außerdem: Schreibtische, kostenlose Zeitungen an Wochentagen sowie Telefone mit mehreren Leitungen und Voicemail. "Have to Pay for Internet"
Really? No free internet on a 4 star hotel???? Otherwise, great hotel - awesome wine bar, amazing rooms and outstanding service.

We booked this Hotel through Hotel's.com to attend one of our Friend's wedding function in the same place.. The room was clean and well maintanied , good facilities like Gym, Pool and the SPA.. We had a wonderful time... The only regret on my part was to use the hotel shuttle. I got lost going to the race track... And setting up an taxi or shuttle to pick up my daughter from and concert. Other than getting lost.... I had a fab wkend. Ths, again.... I will again at another Omni....

"Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West"
The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and the customer service was wonderful. At certain times of the day, they would have free lemonaid or Starbucks coffee in the lobby for simple added touch. There was free parking very close by and the hotel was very easy to get to.
"Nice Hotel but the Kiddie Cheer Convention was in"
I stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year for business and usually have a great experience, but this time the Kiddie Cheerleading Convention was in town and little kids(elementary & middle school), mostly little girls were staying at the hotel with their moms. The yelling and screaming and door banging was just too much to handle and it started at 6AM. […] They were practicing their cartwheels and tumbles in the lobby. The neighborhood around the hotel is mostly offices/warehouses and it is not convenient to food or shoppping. But the hotel itself is comfortable. "Pros and cons to location"
The hotel was very nice. It is about 15 min from down town Dallas or a $40 cab ride. Our room faced 635 and we did not hear any noise which was nice. Would stay there again.
I was expecting an experience similar to that of Omni Fort Worth, but was disappointed. I was not greeted by someone to park our vehicle and show me where to check in. I was disappointed to pay for WiFi. At this level,one should not be nitpicked. The facilities were in great condition. The fitness room was top notch.

"Nice hotel, remote location"
I knew it was remote, but I think the hotel should offer a better shuttle bus system. We spent more than 500 USD on taxi to get around just a few days.
"Omni in Dallas Ft Worth"
The hotel was very nice and clean. Food was delicious And staff very helpful. Only complaint -- there isn't a place to eat after 12am Except room service and you arent able to order hot food.

"OMNIHOTELPARKWEST"
Great visit, we stay at the OMNI everytime we go to Dallas, very affordable. Our grand daughters were with us and the staff put out cookies& milk and turned down our beds. It was a great experience.
"Omni Park West - not close to anything"
This hotel is close to the airport but away from everything else. They operate a shuttle that can take you to the nearest DART train station, but the availability of shuttle is not guaranteed. We were told that first preference and better destinations (such as malls) are only available to crew or other elite groups staying there. At least, the one cab […] driver operating from the hotel parking lot was dishonest. The supposedly 2-mile ride to the train station became a $21.45 journey. The front desk staff was not very knowledgable about the area, transportation, etc. Now on the positive side, the hotel staff is generally very helpful. Errors were made on our folio, but corrected immediately. We were stranded in another city due to a missed flight and they gladly refunded us for that night - I think a lot of credit here goes to the hotels.ca agent as well. Mehr

There is not a lot right around the hotel, but it was very easy to find good places to eat and shop. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Hote was great! I look foward to staying there again on my next trip to Dallas.

"Solid hotel choice"
I've stayed here several times, always with consistently good quality. Rooms are very comfortable, service is great. The location depends on where you will be in Dallas--very convenient for the airport, not so much for downtown Dallas. Plenty of nearby restaurants and staff always very helpful. Parking is sometimes a problem if they have a big event […] going: it's irritating to be a paying hotel guest, then have all the parking spaces taken up by those attending a meeting or wedding, but that's not a huge issue. We have stayed here twice and we find it strange that the hall used to walk from the parking garage to the main lobby has been rented out as party space both time. That makes for some awkwardness.

Very nice hotel,great lobby and rooms were well appointed ,but a little small. Overall a very good stay.
"Great stay at the Omni"
Very helpful staff; spacious room with very comfortable bed and soft sheets. The hotel is a little far from the nightlife of Addison, but, without traffic, thats still only 15 minutes away. Wine prices at their "Wine Thief" bar are WAY high :-( Overall, a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable and the location was convenient to our weekend plans. The only issues I had was that on the Sunday, we were out of the room by 9:00 am and did not return until after 5:00 pm and the room was not cleaned yet.
