Obwohl wir die Frühstückszeit um 20 Min. verpasst hatten, wurde trotzdem alles nochmal gebracht.

Clean and fresh rooms, friendly and accomadating staff - from front desk to housekeeping, great location, great views. Excellent choice!

Friendly. Fancy. Clean. Affordable.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon night and felt a little uncomfortable at first because we had been driving all day and didn't look our best and the hotel looked very nice and high class. We were greeted by a very nice man at the front desk who was more than accommodating; he upgraded our room and gave us free parking for the night. He […] was also very nice overall anyway. When we got to our room it was a very nice king size suite overlooking the capital building and we were very happy with everything. The night was very quiet and romantic for us. We also had a little balcony which was nice to get some fresh air when needed instead of having to leave the room at anytime. I would rate this hotel a 5/5 stars and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. :) Mehr

I would highly recommend the Hyatt. The staff are friendly and the hotel is immaculate. They make it so easy to check in and out. The bed and pillows are pretty comfortable. The parking fee is a lil steep. Hyatt has a bar and restaurant on site. It is a block away from the K St block near Pizza Rock, Dive Bar, and D30. My girlfriends and I used this […] as a pre-party hub and also to crash so avoid drinking and drinking. My only complaint is that the check out time is at noon but the housekeeper knocked on our door around 9:00am!!! Mehr

This hotel is in the heart of Sacramento. It is close to everything...restaurants, bars, convention center, etc. I would definitely stay here again. The room was big and clean. Checking in was a breeze. The front desk didnt always answer the phone, but that is my only complaint.

Very convenient to convention center--just across the street!

I stayed NYE and saw evidence of several parties but slept soundly when I got back. the walls are well insulated, staff friendly and room very comfortable. All in all a good stay. Just expect to pay $25 for parking and more for internet.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the check in, to dinner at the steakhouse, and check out everything was perfect. Everybody was so nice and attentive. Our room.was great, very comfortable bed abd had a great view of the Capitol. The gym was amazing too. I was very surprised to see the kind of equipment this gym offered […] to it's guests. All the restaurants in the hotel are great too and there is even a Starbucks. Great location near a lot of great things to see. The only thing is there are a lot of homeless people downtown around sundown but nothing to worry about. All in all an amazing hotel! Mehr

I have mixed feelings about this Hyatt. We stayed here Christmas because other family members booked it. It was very difficult to find because of Sacramento's one way streets. We chose valet parking which was $25 v.s. self park at $17. The rooms were big and spacious but the bathroom did not seem clean (hair on the floor). The service in the restaurant […] the day after Christmas was horrible. I eventually got mine comped because they forgot to bring it to me after everyone else had eaten. (My family shared bits of theirs with me). Front check in and out was fine and the valet was great...did like the two lounges available. Make sure you map quest it first or you'll be driving in circles. Mehr

Overall this was a good experience. Part of the hotel (common areas) is a little dated, however the room was nice enough. The fitness center actually requires you to go through the parking lot, down a flight of outdoor stairs and walk half a block to get to - when it was in the 30s as it was when I was there, this was not good. The only other complaint […] I have is when premium hotels are still charging extra for WiFi access. This one does - and I don't get it. Mehr

You get the same thing LITERALLY three blocks away for half the price.

Nice hotel. The bed, however was a bit worn out. And the conversation from the adjoining room could be heard.

For Such a large Hotel, everyone is very nice! The staff is very calm. They all give superior service. I love the Hyatt! I see why its all booked up.

Loved the comfort of the Hotel. I slept so wonderful due to the comfort of the fluffy pillow and pillow top mattress.

This is definitely a nice hotel. Great service, friendly staff, great location as it is just a stone's throw away from the convention center. A few downfalls, the fitness center is located in the same building as the hotel but the entrance is outside, around the corner. As a woman travelling alone, I didn't feel it was a safe idea to be heading to the […] fitness center alone, at least not at night when my work day was over. Another thing, there's no free internet! Not even in the business center. With paying such a high price per night at this hotel, I would have expected to have access to the internet. Major bummer. Mehr

Hyatt Regency in Sacramento is close to Old Sacramento, lots of restaurants, the Convention Center. The hotel was undergoing renovations to othe lobby at the time of our visit which made entry from the parking garage very inconvenient; had to exit parking garage to the street level and either walk completely around from the back of hotel to front entrance […] to from around the side. Not guest friendly. Beds (we had a room w/ 2, as we had our children along) were extremely SMALL. Not even queens. Must of been fulls. My husband and I could barely flt, made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also irritates me when hotels do not provide enough towels for your whole party. Its a room with 2 beds, to accomodate 4, leave 4 towels, not 3! Mehr

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The customer service was flawless from the waiter in the restaurant, to the registration personnel. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This location was perfect for me and my friends. The restaurants where in walking distance and so were the clubs and lounges. Great place to get away and relax. They were renovating the place but it was still nice and the customer service were very helpful

The Hyatt was a beautiful hotel with a great staff. The check in was quick, our room was available early, and the bellman was GREAT! The room was very nice, clean and roomy. My husband and I were traveling with our two young children and went to the pool. The pool and the pool area was fantastic. However, at night, we walked down K street to go eat […] dinner in oldtown Sacramento. K street is a dump, but we did find a nice Mexican restaurant in oldtown. It was REAL good, up on the second floor with outdoor seating. The next day we went to the Train Museum, which our boys loved. All in all, the hotel was great, our dinner was great, and the museum was great, just the area surrounding the hotel is run down and sketchy, not somewhere you want to hang out with kids. Mehr

Everything you would expect from a top-notch hotel. It is not the super-high end posh resort but a very nice hotel on the top end of the list. Absolutely perfect stay.

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel for a family weekend away. THe first experience was great..this one....not so much! We will not return. Our door did not lock, a massive bar bill was charged to our room (hotel kindly removed after I insisted I did not drink $400 worth of alcohol with my children). Extreamly loud guests in the hotel. […] THe beds were very saggy and we had sore backs for 2 days post-trip. THe restaurant was filled with "working girls" for breakfast. One woman barely had herself covered and the manager apologized to my family and asked her to leave. Food was good, but very expensive. $14 for a pancake. $10 for a side of bacon. I had a cup of fruit and coffee, but we still managed to spend over $50 for breakfast (myself and 2 small children). This is not typical of the hyatt and I dont know how they can control the rif-raf that graced their property that particular weekend. They apologized to us numerous times. I would choose to travel elsewhere with my yourng children- quite a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic / heated year round. Mehr

We ended up packing up and leaving at 1am. The next door neighbors had a party going on and 45 minutes after calling the front desk, security still hadn't arrived. Checked out and told the desk clerk why were leaving. She comped our bar tab, but no offer to do anything else. Disappointed to spend a full night's rate for only a few hours of use.

AC didn't work...thermastat said 72F and set on 65F. Sink didn't drain very fast in the bathroom.

This is an excellent hotel. Nice staff. Great beds. Perfect location.

We prepaid on Hotels.com but a bill came with same amount from Hyatt. Other then that the room are very nice and the Capital Building is across the street.
