They did not advise us that the pool was under renovations which was are one and only thing we wanted when we booked our room.Other then that the hotel was beautiful, all newly renovated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of amenities, selection at breakfast, and size of swimming pool area. For a smaller hotel, they really put care into a lot of the items that make it more like home.

In every aspect, my stay at this hotel was outstanding. Of particular note was the quality of food at the pasta bar - delicious pasta and prompt, friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. This hotel receives my highest recommendation - perfect for the business traveler.

The updated rooms are great, but the beds are fulls instead of queens. Our vending machine and ice machine on our floor were down, which wasn't convenient. However, the hot tub and pool were great for our girl's weekend! Everyone at the front desk was really friendly.

Really nice and aesthetically pleasing room. Room was a little small but everything in the room looked brand new and recently renovated. Huge flat screen TV, extremely comfortable beds and the hotel is within walking distance of 3 restaurants.

I loved the hotel. The location was great, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The only problem I had was we had to switch rooms because the first rooms door didn't work.

Did not like the entrance and/or exit set up. It was hard to go in the direction we needed to go.

I was happy with my stay. The only thing that I might suggest is that the heater that was in my room should be sealed up better. The cold air was blowing through so bad that I could hear it at night while I was trying to sleep and I had turned the heat up high as it was so cold in there when I first walked in that I kept my coat and mittens on for a […] while till it warmed up. This Hotel was very convenient, it was close to the airport, freeway and plenty of shopping.. When i arrive at the hotel the Football game was on in the lobby and the Bar service was great. before going to my room. My beds were very comfortable, fresh and Big, plenty of towels. The room was very small and as soon as we entered the bathroom it had a stinky smell before anyof us use it. It smelt like sewage.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hotel was kept up great for the great price! We ordered breakfast room service and that was pretty good too ..only downside watery steamed eggs!

Well apparently they were performing renovations on the rooms next to us because all we heard in the morning was pounding from a hammer. So why would they put me in a room so close to that is beyond me. Also when I went to check out I never received my 50$ deposit & there was no answer to why. Bathroom was a little small and it was a tight fit to get our large suitcase past the bed and wardrobe to the other side of the room. Other than that, the hotel was great!

The bed was amazing, the room was impeccably clean and newly renovated, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful :) A bath tub would have been nice, though the shower was roomy, I would've loved a soak. The hotel had no "WOW!" factor... Except for the king bed- So comfy :)

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. We received a shuttle pickup from the airport to the hotel and drove us around as needed. Less than a 10 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. There is a little mini mall across the street. One free bottle of water per day. This will be the hotel I will stay in when I come back to visit.

This hotel is beautiful and comfortable and was a great bargain. The only major issue I encountered was a lengthy wait for shuttle service from the airport. We waited 42 minutes before the transportation arrived. It's frustrating to have a long wait when you're tired. Hotel is currently under renovation but able to maintain overall standards of a business hotel, bed was very comfortable and bathroom very clean overall. I would stay here again on my next trip. Overall very satisfied.

Very close to the airport but without all the air traffic noise. You can get a very competitive rate here for the quality of hotel. It is undergoing some construction but not enough to hinder your experience.

This is a so-so hotel at best. They didn't have the room I reserved (King bed) and I rolled with that. The bathroom was not entirely clean. My coffee maker didn't work and the front desk was not very helpful with that--maintenance was much better to deal with. We stayed one night and left our car during a brief trip to the East Coast. Our room had recently been remodeled and had a terrific bed and big wide screen TV. We used their shuttle service to go to The Mall of America and for transportation to the airport. The service was great and the staff very helpful and courteous.

We picked this hotel last minute as they had availability close to the Mall of America. Our kids are small yet, 5 & 7, so the small pool area was fine for us. This is a Four Points Sheration so not a super upscale property, but it was clean and comfortable and my room was nice and modern. I would stay there again, for sure.

Room 407 has the air conditioner right next to the desk. the fan intermittently blew cold air across the desk which was surprisingly chilling and annoying, making it hard to use the desk.
