Hotel is nice, clean with friendly staff. Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Lacking in room fridge. rooms are not sound dampened at all. can clearly hear conversations in hall, and even the tv from the adjacent room. Very annoying when there are kids running around and knocking on doors and shouting in the halls.

I want to comend hotel.com in this hotel, from the staff to the comfort of the room was a very wonderful esperience. Thank you

This is not a 3 star hotel. It's needs more remodeling. The shower temp was tepid. This is the second time we've stayed there and the second time the shower was luke warm. No bottom fitted sheet making the sheet "bundling" uncomfortable. There was no bar service and the restaurant food was marginal. Very disappointing.....AGAIN!

This was a great place to stay , convenient as my daughter was in the upper great lakes event being held at th richmond ice rink. Location was easy to go back and forth. Nice hotel...clean. Good price. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to MOA and other stores. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Very comfy beds and linens!

Hotel staff is friendly and responsive

Easy access to and from I494 and I35W. Eating places close by. Very accomodating staff.

Clean, fairly comfortable, friendly staff, buffet or a la carte restaurant for breakfast, internet/Wifi included (though on the slow side), the Four Points is a solid business-oriented hotel. Don't expect much in frills, the rooms are basic, the bathrooms are on the smaller side (basic as well), and all lighting is fluorescent (takes a bit getting used […] to the harshness of the light). Mind that even though they say "airport" in the description the property is located a few miles from the terminals. The property is located just a few exits from the Mall of the Americas and there are a few dining options in the immediate area. Mehr

Our Minneapolis trip was planned "last minute", so we were not sure what we were going to get. The Booking was simple, the information perfect. There wasn't one glitch in anything. My stay was ok but it was too far from my actual working site which meant too much driving. otherwise it was fine.

Hotel was good. Front desk exceptionally nice and helpful. Only down fall was our room was once a smoking room and there was a lingering smell but everything else was good.

Just the way it looked and how dinghy it was it was not worth it,ever body was trying to make a buck by charging you either for milk or water or a splash of sprite

The entire hotel is a bit too small everywhere for my usual tastes. Small rooms, an island for the registration area, a tiny little corner bar that looks like something that belongs in a suburban rec room, etc. But even with the hotel was fully packed on a Friday night where we were staying (4th floor two rooms from the end of the hallway) was perfectly […] quiet. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, no plumbing issues in the bathroom, A/C worked fine. Can't say anything about the breakfast (they will charge you $12.99 for it every day if you use it) since we ate all our meals elsewhere. Only real complaint is the cheap pressboard furniture that looks like stuff I had in my dorm room in college back in the 1980s. Also the wall lights near the bed are not hard wired into the electrical works. They were running off of an extension cord that blew a fuse when I plugged in the iron. The lights went out near the bed and we lost the use of the clock/radio. All minor irritations though. I'd recommend this place – it was clean and quiet and reasonably comfortable which are my only real requirements for a hotel. No problems at all. Mehr

thay advertise they have high speed wireless. that is incorrect. the signal flucuates from 36MBS down to 5.5!! we actually tried a couple of other different rooms and te signal was worse. internet was completely unreliable! we also did not get the top 25% of the channels listed. I complained about it one day but never heard anything. the next day i […] spotted a maintenance guy and he came right away and fixed it. he had to upload the sofware from a flash drive.. overall I was diappointed in the service of the place. i dont think i would stay there again or recommend it to anyone I like. Upon a late arrival nearing 1 AM we were given keys to our room to find others sleeping in it. Some how the room reserved for us has also been given to another, We were offered the single king room as no longer had the 2 double bed room. It was OK also given free breakfast for the misunderstanding, Room was great, comfortable and clean.

Overall not bad, the rooms were very tiny and the pool was really small too. It was cheap, but, we won't be staying there again, not enough space anywhere.

The location was convenient for us and the staff when we checked in was very nice. I had to wait a bit to get checked out because the person working the desk the next morning was busy visiting with some other staff. The biggest issue was that our bathroom was FILTHY when we checked in. Someone had dumped a red drink down the bathtub drain and there […] were red sticky splatters all over the tub shower. There was makeup on the sink vanity. We checked in at almost 1:00 am, so it was not good trying to get it cleaned up. Mehr

Staff were very helpfull and the property well maintained. Restaurants within walking distance were of the "cafeteria style" so that would be my only criticism.

We stayed a couple of nights. The location was great not far from many attractions. Would stay again. Buffet breakfast with an omlett station, this was not free but a nice breakfast.

This was a nice hotel. Close to the Mall of America, Southdale Shopping Mall, Southtown Shopping Center were all just minutes away. We stayed for 2 days. The only thing I would have liked was for the room to have been either arranged different or had just a little more space. But it was nice to have a 42" flat screen.

clean and comfortable

i liked the hotel itself was nice and clean, good location. i didnt find the complimentary breakfast to be too great. i was also lead to believe that the buffet was included in the comp breakfast and later got a bill for it. not impressed. Overall, the hotel was nice and quiet. It was close to where we wanted to go, so that was nice, but it's definitely in 'the burbs.' They have a restaurant on site, but we didn't go, so I can't comment about it. The beds were nice & we didn't have any noise problems. The in-room coffee situation is ridiculous - can only make 1 cup's worth and it basically […] comes out as coffee-flavored water. Had booked thinking that the breakfast on-site was a continental (free) breakfast, but that wasn't the case, so that was a disappointment. Mehr

I booked my reservation for this hotel under the name Ramada Airport West. When we entered the address into the GPS in took us to the Four Points by Sheraton. We thought it was a mistake but when we asked they said the name was changed. So beware of that. Other than that the hotel is great. Close to the airport. Rooms are cleaned and beds are comfortable. […] Great for a 1 night stay if you need to catch an early flight. If you are looking to stay for more than 2 nights find something closer to the Mall of America which is also close to the airport. Mehr

Great hotel. Beds were very comfortable and it's only 2.5 miles to the Mall of America. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Mall or going to a Twins Game. The Metro train station is in the Mall East Parking Garage and goes to Target Field.

Booked room for 2 double beds, when I arrived my room was not available. Was given a room with one king size bed...I was not happy because I paid for 2 double beds.

First the postive. The staff were very good and you can get shuttle transportation to the Mall of America, the Airport and to the Light Rail station (which takes you downtown). Complimentary breakfast available also. Now for the negative. Too many things didn't work..........most of the lights in my room, the picture on my TV, swimming pool under repair, […] bath tub in poor condition and couldn't get WiFi in my room had to go to the lobby. I have stayed at good Ramada's in the past and I hope this one will improve in the future. Mehr

I checked in sunday evening, walked into the room and entry light wasn't workin. I got settled in and found that there was no alarm clock, tv wasn't working and no water cups in the room. To top it off I requested a morning wake up call which never happened.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Clean, close to everything we needed, friendly staff. Pool and hottub was vacant so we were able to relax and have some fun. Anyone who would complain about the hotel is just a crabby person and would complain about a good time. We would strongly recommend going to this hotel!!

Totally fine. More than a 2 Star for sure. saw COOLIO staying there for his concert when we were! its gotta be more than a 2 star lol.

Had two night booked, and was only checked in for one night. Had people opening our room in the middle of the night saying they got checked into our room... weird.... Never again will me and my family stay there.. I would say the worst by far...
