Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer.Nettes und sich kümmerndes Personal. Liegt allerdings etwas sehr außerhalb.Für einen Zwischenstopp, um noch ein anderes Ziel zu erreichen, Klasse.

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine Übernachtung vor einem frühen Abflugtermin. Ein kostenloser Shuttle bringt einen in fünf Minuten zum Flughafen. Gute Shopping Mall kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht werden.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da (Rückflug), aber das Hotel hat direkt überzeugt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Super eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles wirkte wie neu renoviert. Bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Sehr empfehlenswert. In Deutschland wäre das Hotel locker ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Sehr schoenes Hotel, toller Service und rund herum alles in Ordnung. Babybettchen verlangt, kam 10 Minuten spaeter aufs Zimmer (ohne extra Kosten). Fitnesscenter ist vom besten, sehr neue Geraete. Die Lage vom Hotel ist mit einer der besten am San Antonio Riverwalk,Zimmer mit Balkon empfehlenswert, ist oft mit drei Hotelzimmern verbunden was aber OK ist.

"Very Decen"
When we got there check in was simple, we went to the room all was very clean. We then went to the pool area which was nice but could have been cleaner, Wanted to lay out but all the layout things were covered in black sute. It was very close to Sea world and the restraunt was next door so for a party of 14 it was easy to feed. The Breakfast was bland, […] but that is what you get when it is free. Over all it was a good hotel and i would use this again for our troop trip. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Mehr

This hotel was very clean and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
"Over Charged"
I appreciated the directions that were available at the front desk but did not appreciate what happened to my bank account one week after my stay. I paid through this site and was still charged by the hotel. Then on top of that they added another charge a few days later. So I check with the sites customer service and they were great and assured me they […] had not double booked me or anything and that it was a mistake on the part of the hotel staff. Over the course of many phone calls and quite the run around I was finally able to get the customer service number for the chain itself and am awaiting the results of the investigation. So this experience has greatly overshadowed any further desire to stay at this hotel again which is sad considering I started out in the hotel industry and know that mistakes happen. But a lack of professionalism is unacceptable in the service industry and I would not wish this headache on other consumers (especially in this economy). Mehr
"No me senti comodo"
La verdad en mi estancia en el Hampton Sea wolrd no me senti nada comoda, un sofa cama no funcionaba y me lo cambiaron por una cama muy incomoda, ademas me dijeron que al dia siguiente lo repararian (el sofa) y ya no fueron, no hicieron bien la limpieza del cuarto, y habia pocas opciones de desayuno, se me hizo muy raro porque siempre dan muy buen servicio, […] pero a lo mejor el hotel estaba muy lleno.
